The location and place were great and Sophia was super responsive! ☺️

Sophia’s two Queen bed room was GREAT! It was exactly what we needed: great location, great pool, great mountain/city views, great hotel, great little fridge, great nearby restaurants, great peace and quiet, and great beach nearby! The ‘kitchenette cupboard’ had all the cutlery, plates, cups, glasses necessary, but it could’ve done with a 2 piece toaster - that would’ve topped it off! 🙂 Getting in was a bit tricky as the lockbox was very sensitive and it took 3 goes, but otherwise we had an amazing time! 🙂

Sophie was a great and accommodating host ! The place was great to stay in with so many options of activities & food choices surrounding the property ! I would recommend to all :))

Sophia response time and support was spot on.

We arrived early and was able to check in early. John also upgraded us from a 3 bed to a 4 bed on the 53rd floor! The place was awesome with the usual amazing views, highly recommend

The location is perfect! Just one minute walking to the tram and one minute walking to the beach. Surfer’s main shopping area is two blocks away. It was an amazing stay and Sophia was always sending messages to check our stay. The room is spacious and could accommodate us four comfortably.

Lovely, clean, comfortable and very spacious. The highlight was opening the windows on the balcony, what a gorgeous view and the sea air was breathtaking.

We had a wonderful few days at The Manor.....great communication, spacious rooms, excellent restaurant and wonderful staff. We have stayed here before as we love the old world charm and the quiet, central location.

Fabulous stay with my daughter. We really enjoyed the retro room and pool, and short walk to the beach. Nice sustainability touches too.

Kate a was a fantastic host and this location was great start to my first trip to Australia. Everything was within walking distance and the room we were provided was very clean and welcoming. I would recommend this place for anyone coming to Gold Coast for the first time!
