Staying at Fleur’s place was such a treat. A gorgeous, elegant house with a garden for miles. Super easy to check in, and we had everything we needed for a weekend away. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t want to leave at the end!

Highly recommend this absolutely beautiful place, one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at . So beautifully designed . It’s also in a perfect location to discover Rye . Peaceful and yet in the centre of town . We didn’t want to leave !

This was our second visit and it was great, the place was nice and clean and we felt right at home with everything we needed being provided. The town is a short 5 min walk down the hill and we even met the neighbours who were super nice and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

What a beautiful place to stay! The attention to detail was amazing and it had all the possible amenities you could need. Diewertje was incredibly responsive and even left a little gift for our 1 year old which was extremely kind. We really enjoyed using the log burner on some cold and windy evenings. The location is also great for exploring the local area. We would not hesitate to stay again!

John and Max are great hosts and the house is perfekt for families with kids. The proximity to Hythe and the Motorway makes it a perfect base for trips through Kent! We can highly recommend John and his house! Thank you so much! :-)

Excellent home for a weekend away, we loved it. Deanna was extremely helpful - loads of useful recommendations and clear instructions. House is spacious, beds v comfortable and the outdoor area at back was perfect for breakfast in the sunshine. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Jamie's Cottage in Whitstable. It had a great location, is airy and stylishly furnished, lots of great art prints and in the typical style of an English fisherman's cottage. Everything we needed was there, the kitchen was well equipped and Jamie made sure we were comfortable. I only realised afterwards that dogs were allowed, but it was really very clean and you didn't notice a thing! Above all, the bed was super comfy, there was great bed linen and the shower was perfect (in some holiday homes it's a disaster). Thank you Jamie, we would love to come back!

Claire and Tom were fantastic hosts, completely accommodating and provided us with detailed instructions. Their home was beautiful and we had such a wonderful stay. Exactly as described with lovely facilities and sea views in the lounge. Claire responded so quickly to any questions and it was a pleasure to stay in your home! Mark was a gracious and responsive host. Mark pro-actively checked- in with me regarding the comfort and satisfaction of the flat. The flat was clean, comfortable and as pictured. The location felt safe and is an idea location close to the train and within walking distance to lovely shops, cafes and restaurants. Should I return to Southend-On-Sea, I would book again.

Just back from a family weekend in Margate. Craig's place was the perfect base for our stay. The whole property has been finished to a super-high standard and everything was spotless. All the furnishings and equipment gave it a luxurious feel and the amenities were great with everything we needed. Although situated on the main road into town, it was nice and quiet in the flat itself. The advantage of the location was a short walk to the amusements and beach! I would highly recommend for anyone staying in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at Amelia’s flat. It’s really close to the town centre in Margate with all the attractions and restaurants etc. The flat itself is incredibly stylish and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed in a practical sense too.

Loved our weekend stay at this stylish and character-filled flat in Margate. The space is beautifully curated with vintage touches, unique artwork, and thoughtful design details that give it a truly welcoming and creative vibe and everything was impeccably clean. The location is perfect if you enjoy a bit of a stroll - about 30 minutes to Margate center, which made for a lovely walk through the town and gave us a chance to explore some great spots along the way. The area itself is peaceful but still close enough to all the independent shops, cafes, and galleries that make Margate special. Jess was very communicative and helpful, responding quickly to the questions I had. would recommend Jess's place.

My partner and I stayed at Leena’s home for 2 nights while attending our friends wedding in town. Her home was very cozy and had everything we needed. Was a short walk to the Walpole Tidal pool for swimming/sauna which was a bonus. We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the back garden or living room/kitchen areas as we just used the home as a base and spent most of the weekend out with friends but I’d definitely stay here again. Very charming home with lots of character.

Claudia’s place was exactly as described. A warm, relaxing and peaceful spot! The host was extremely welcoming and gave excellent recommendations. The breakfast at the onsite cafe was also a brilliant way to start your day.

We throughly enjoyed our stay, the description given is 100% accurate. Great views, tranquility and you can be as active or inactive as you want. Great correspondence from Tom indicating local places to visit and recommending local hikes (using an app, thankfully as we were useless with the map and compass...lol!) Glad we read reviews and brought along camping chairs, which where great for sitting in front of the firepit in the evening. The cabin was lovely and warm and we had no need to use the fireplace. Surprised by how good the Shower was too, hot water and pressure was perfect. We came away feeling well rested and would highly recommend and we will definitely come back or visit other cabins in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely shepherd’s hut! The hut itself was modern, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable getaway. The host went the extra mile by leaving us a welcome bottle of champagne, which was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, they were incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The peaceful countryside setting was perfect for a relaxing weekend away. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cosy retreat. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a fantastic one night break here. the Cabin was incredibly warm and cosy, and the temperature of the heating was adjustable and kept us happy throughout the evening. The amenities were perfect for what we needed, and the surroundings (a quiet but functioning fruit farm) was enjoyable to watch from inside the cabin. The grounds although closed to guests were available for us as guests to have a stroll around and they were even picturesque at the time of year we visited (February). We would absolutely visit again. Thanks for accomodating us

We loved our stay at Pancake Lodge, beautiful views, immaculate lodge, hot tub was a very good quality one, outdoor dining area was unique and creatively made, all amenities needed and clear communication throughout. Kari also was kind enough to add a birthday banner for us before arrival and helped plan for a later check in putting on some lights warmth etc. Very thoughtful extra touches were appreciated. Would highly recommend and will return.

Many thanks to our friendly approachable hosts Mary and Mick for a very enjoyable recent stay in their garden room. A home baked loaf scones and a selection of breakfast cereals very kindly provided. The accommodation in a very quiet location is ideally situated for easy access to all major roads to explore the beautiful surrounding area. Sue & Ed.

Such a great stay! The cabin was brilliant and so peaceful. Lovely sitting out by the fire pit listening to the owls when it got dark. The outdoor space was great and our daughter loved running around and enjoying the swings etc that John kindly said we could use. John couldn't do enough for us with lots of recommendations for pubs, day trips and outings. So friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!
