The boat ramp is located at the end of the driveway and across the street. We are located 30 minutes between Bloomington & Champaign. All guests must be 18+. A fire pit is located close to porch for roasting marshmallows at night. Arthur is a very innovative town with lots of shops to explore.

Our place is 10 minutes from the airport and there are family-friendly activities nearby. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids. We've hosted people attending weddings, family get-togethers, training classes, golfing (professionally) and doing short-term work assignments.
