This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

anche se abbiamo trascorso solo una notte da Silvia possiamo dire che L'appartamento è bello e confortevole, le due camere sono spaziose, ideale per chi vuole soggiornare in 4, letti comodi. noi eravamo in 6 ed anche il divano letto è comodo; la sala grande quindi non ci sono problemi di spazio nemmeno quando è aperto. comodo il doppio bagno quando si è in tanti. si trova in una zona tranquilla. l'appartamento era ordinato e pulito. Host cordiale e accogliente; avevamo un impegno li vicino ed è stata molto gentile ad accoglierci all'orario che ci era più comodo. Lo consigliamo anche per le vacanze estive, se il prossimo anno saremo di nuovo in zona sarà la prima che contatteremo!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

Logement très propre et fonctionnel, bien équipé. Situé à moins d'un km des plages et dans un quartier résidentiel très calme et agréable, le logement est très bien situé. Francesco a été très accueillant. Merci pour ce séjour !

I was very satisfied with my stay. The place was cosy and had enough space for two people. It's perfect for anyone looking for peace and quiet. The host was very responsive and hospitable, which made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend!

If I could give more than five stars, I would! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. Miriam and Roberto considered every detail—from the super comfy beds to the warm welcome. It's perfectly located near the central station, making it easy to catch trains to Cinque Terre. Miriam communicated promptly and warmly, offering helpful local tips. It’s clear they truly care about their guests' experience. Despite our early morning checkout, they came to see us off and even drove our heavy bags to the station—such a kind gesture! Their hospitality made us feel like we were visiting friends. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement de Daniella ! Il était confortable, bien équipé et au cœur du centre ville tout en étant accessible à pied depuis la gare. Idéal pour visiter La Spezia et les Cinque Terre !

Giuseppe and Margherita's place were one of the best places we've stayed. We were welcomed with a wonderful homemade pie and more. The place were spotless and big. The balconies were a bonus. Very close to the old city.

Logement proche de l’aéroport, de la gare et du centre-ville. Tout y est parfait ! L’appartement est au calme et bien équipé. Nous y avons très bien dormi. Daniela est très disponible, prend des nouvelles et donne des conseils de visites, de restaurants ou autres. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Fabulous location - right on the Main Street into Riomaggiore. You could really feel the ‘vibe’ when you opened the window. Serena was so lovely and even organised a car space for us which was very helpful. The apartment is light and airy and like everywhere in Riomaggiore the steps up to it are a killer, so just be careful.

A perfect place to stay for a wonderful trip in Cinque Terre. Riomaggiore is the perfect place to stay and Irene was a perfect host. Very economisation and knowledgeable on the local area. A great location for access to restaurant, train stations and sea views.

Il soggiorno presso l'appartamento è stato semplicemente perfetto, super fornito di qualsiasi comodità che possa tornar utile per far sentire l'ospite come a casa, pulizia impeccabile e Nicoletta sempre disponibile, precisa nelle comunicazioni e super gentile nell'averci fatto trovare, al nostro arrivo, dei pensieri di benvenuto sia per noi adulti (vino chianti con due calici!!) e sia per le nostre piccole . sicuramente in futuro se decideremo di tornare dalle parti di Viareggio, sapremo dove andare!! appartamento e host super consigliati!!!

l appartamento ha tutto quello che può servire, anche per bimbi piccoli, ottima posizione e la signora Giuliana è molto gentile. ci siamo trovati molto bene, consigliatissimo

Anna Maria è stata molto disponibile e ci ha fornito indicazioni chiare e precise per raggiungere l'appartamento. La soluzione offerta è perfetta per 4 persone, molto spaziosa, luminosa e fornita di tutti i comfort, a pochi metri dal centro di Monterosso e con supermercato e parafarmacia adiacenti.

Die Wohnung ist exakt wie beschrieben und sehr geräumig. Wir waren zu fünft und hatten genug Platz. Sie liegt ca 5 Min vom Bahnhof entfernt und ist in unmittelbarer Nähe der Fußgängerzone, wo es viele Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte gibt. Guido hat uns direkt ein paar Empfehlungen für Ausflüge in der Umgebung gegeben. Die 5 terre selbst sind in der Hochsaison extrem überlaufen und man gibt viel Geld für Zugticket und Wanderwege aus. Es gibt jedoch sehr schöne Alternativen. Danke Guido für deine Tipps!

Wir haben zwei Nächte in Fabrizios Wohnung übernachtet und es war einfach fantastisch. Er war für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns sogar vom Bahnhof zur Unterkunft gebracht. Die Wohnung ist für einen Besuch von Viareggio super, die angebotenen Fahrräder haben wir gerne genutzt und konnten Viareggio einfach erkunden. Die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen!!!! Danke!

This was such a great place to stay!! We only wished we could have stayed longer. The apartment was in an ideal location, had everything we needed. Christiana was an incredible host! I felt like I made a new friend, she was so delightful and helpful. Highly recommend, will hope to be back soon!
