This is a great spot to be centralized in Hanoi! We felt right in the middle of all that the city has to offer. There is so much right outside the door, but we felt very secure and private in this home. Tons of space for our family of 5. Great home base for enjoying Hanoi :)

Video for check in and luggage were so helpful. Super nice- Ha was on it whenever I had a question. Great stay!

Traveling from Los Angeles, this was a great location with many trendy places close by! My first time in Vietnam and I had a blast. The Airbnb had everything I needed and more. Nearby coffee shops and deserts as well! It was also helpful that the host was very responsive and made me feel welcomed. Thank you!

这是一套漂亮的民居，能够体验当地生活。位于老城区中心，去任何景点都很近，交通便利，打车方便，邻居都很友好。房东热情的联系我，并让我提前寄存了行李。我是和父母一起旅行，他们也对于这套房子十分满意，下次再来河内，一定还会选择这里:)

We had an amazing stay at Thuy’s property! Thuy went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, providing Netflix access in each room and even helping us dry our clothes for free when we had to leave before they were ready. The house is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room and privacy for everyone in our group. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend staying here for an exceptional and thoughtful hosting experience!

Good, convenient location in the old quarter with a minimart nearby. Clean rooms and good amenities, especially the water dispenser. The host, Tung, is responsive and friendly. However, do note the two rooms on top of the house are not separated by doors if you planning to come as a group of couples who want some privacy. Other than that, great and affordable place 👍🏼

Rosie’s place was so wonderful that my friends and I decided to stay for a couple extra days. Rosie was very welcoming and accommodating for our itinerary change. She included us in the first full moon celebration with delicious sweets and fruits delivered to our place. Thanks for included us Rosie. The only thing I forgot in my previous review was to mention how great it was to have a washing machine for laundry. Works well and very clean. Each room 101/201/301 have patios with furniture for sitting to enjoy coffee with friends. The top deck 301 was a perfect get together place for my friends and I. We spent a few hours here hanging out and enjoying the street views of Hanoi :-)

Great hosts and accommodations. When I checked in, I had a little problem with the first room, but the host immediately provided me with another room. Their response is prompt and excellent. I want to stay again next time.

호스트는 친절하고 항상 신속하게 답해줍니다. 불편한것이 없는지 중간중간 체크해주시고, 문제를 해결해주려고 최선을 다 합니다. 숙소 위치는 미딩에서 가깝고 올드쿼터 까지의 거리는 조금 있지만, 두군데 모두 다니기에 좋은 위치입니다. 집의 컨디션은 최고이며, 층수도 높아서 전망도 좋았습니다. 저희는 남자 네명이서 우정여행을 왔는데, 이번 숙소에 아주 만족했습니다. 하노이 오시는분들께 추천드립니다.

미딩과 가깝고 높은 층에서 바라보는 경치가 너무 아름답네요. 세탁기에 옷을 넣어두면 빨래도 다 해 주시고 너무 좋았습니다.

위치가 좋고 단체 가족에게 좋음. 옆에 빈컴 센터에서 장보기도 좋음.

체크인 부터 중간 청소까지 너무 좋았습니다. 위치도 좋아서 택시나 그랩을 한번도 이용하지 않았네요^^ 다음에도 간다면 또 방문할것 같습니다!

This was a lovely place to stay in. The views were amazing and the place was clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. There was a supermarket and coffee shop nearby as well as a large mall with an aquarium and many shops and food places. All this within walking distance. Being out of the old quarter (not in walking distance) meant it was a nice place to retreat to. The hosts were always responsive and helpful. I’d highly recommend this place.

The apartment is even nicer than the pictures. Looks brand new in an upscale building with a nice restaurant on the first floor. I didn't use the building amenities but it has a good gym and pool. I stayed there for 6 weeks and the kitchen had everything I needed, the king size bed was very comfy and strong water pressure in the shower (my top 3). There are lots of shops and street food within an easy walk and more around West Lake. Lotte Mall is 3 blocks away with nice restaurants, a big grocery and would be competition for any mall in the US. Very quiet neighborhood with Old town a convenient Grab ride away (about $2). I did 4 street food tours, great way to meet other travelers and learn how to order and eat the local food. Ms Hoa is a gem. She was very proactive, preparing me for my arrival and checking on me. Though I didn't need to contact her often because I never had a problem, she always replied quickly to my requests for info or recommendations.

Ấn tượng ban đầu của mình khi đến nơi là một căn villa rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, phòng ngủ rất rất rộng. Mặt hướng ra sân cỏ full cửa kính tạo cảm giác không gian xanh và thoáng. Mình hài lòng với tất cả cơ sở vật chất, tiện ích cũng như dịch vụ mà chủ villa mang lại. Nhất định sẽ là 1 trong những địa chỉ mình quay lại ở những lần tiếp theo.
