Spacious open, quiet, private, surrounded by trees. At the end of a dead-end road only 1 mile from Traverse City's West Bay, and in a quiet wooded area with wooded trails. Close to downtown Traverse City (1 mile), TART trail (.5 mile), Sleeping Bear Dunes (20 miles). Private access and designated parking area. Sleep with the windows open (not in the winter, please) and listen to the owls, wind rustling through trees, and enjoy nature without light pollution. Great spot for bird watchiing.

Capri condo unit 107 Downtown Traverse City

Walk to everything downtown TC has to offer! It is a one bedroom, one bath condo with a king size bed in the bedroom and an upgraded memory foam queen pull out leather sofa in the living room. We have black out blinds in the bedroom and black out curtains in the living room. It is only 3 blocks to the beach! It is only 2 blocks to Front Street which is home to great shopping and amazing restaurants! There are also some of our favorite restaurants/bars that are within 1 block of the condo.

Hideaway 10 Just out side Traverse City Fast WI-FI

Julie's review What a truly lovely experience we had at this Airbnb. It was absolutely spotless! Everything was clean and Jeff thought of every detail imaginable. They had cleaners, an extra standing fan, a carpet for when you step out of bed. The washer/dryer was perfect for a laundry emergency Jeff’s response time to any inquiries was very fast. Amenities we did not use included a charming covered patio with a table and chairs with a lovely view, complete with beautiful purple flowers.

Completely private home setting on 3 acres with natural Lake frontage conveniently located 15" from Traverse City and 20" from Sleeping Bear Dunes. Your visit to the Woodland Trail House begins with a welcoming peaceful drive through the pine tree forest. Part of the attraction to this home site is the mature trees and the wildness of the setting. Hawks, Loons and Sand Hill Cranes can be seen and heard at this private lake frontage home.

My house is the first house north of Cherrybend on the bay side. My place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, parks, art and culture, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, the outdoors space, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. I am on premise and available to answer any questions. I live in the main house.

Very cute and cozy log home located on a 7 acre wooded lot! Great central location for everything that Northern Michigan has to offer!! 3.5 miles from Interlochen Arts Academy. Traverse City and Crystal Mountain are only 20 miles away and "The Most Beautiful Place in America" Sleeping bear Dunes is only 35 minutes away. Lost lake pathway is just a mile and half down the road which is great for hiking and biking!

Waterfront 3 Bedrooms Charming silver Lake House

Newly renovated waterfront home on Silver Lake, one of the most beautiful lakes around Traverse City in Northwest Michigan. Enjoy the lake view from the living room and all three bedrooms. Use the private dock for all summer activities, such as swimming, fishing, waterskiing, canoeing, kayaking, or just sunbathing on our private sandy beach. Two kayaks with adult sized life jackets are available for your use.

Wooded trails in back yard. 15 minutes from downtown TC and public beaches. Attached deck area with gas grill and large back yard with fire pit. Children are welcome. As of 2026 we no longer allow pets. Coffee, tea, and some extras provided.

Centrally located between downtown Traverse City and Interlochen Arts Academy. It is a recently renovated full basement with its own private entrance across from Silver Lake. Features two bedrooms, kitchenette and a large living room. Very bright and cozy place. Has two parking places with a paved circle driveway.
