It is just minutes from the freeway, the hospital, the university, several parks, and lots of restaurants and shopping. There is plenty of room for your family to sleep and be comfortable, along with an open floor plan with a large kitchen and dining/family area. Enjoy the big back yard, the game room/garage, choose from one of our many board games, or go enjoy the town! There is plenty do all year long.

Come revel in the warmth of Ivy Cottage as you sit by the fireplace and slide your socks across her original wood floors. Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

Our lovely basement apartment with a private entrance is on a quiet street in the middle of town. It’s minutes to anywhere in Pocatello and Chubbuck, and right off the I-15 for travel. One cozy bedroom and bathroom with a queen size bed and streaming TVs, and a comfy twin size air mattress if needed! Spacious living room & full kitchen stocked for cooking. Perfect place to recharge after the day. We look forward to hosting you for your stay!

Sam’s Place II-Pet friendly retreat with porch

This 1920s charmer gives you the entire top unit to yourself! It’s 850 sq ft and sleeps up to 6. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy mornings and evenings on the large covered porch with comfy seating. Centrally located—just 2 min to ISU, 4 min to the hospital, 19 miles to Pebble Creek Ski Resort, and minutes from hiking and biking trails. Enjoy your stay in Pocatello!
