Beautiful flat, a perfect location. Would definitely book again! You cannot go wrong. Parking was just 2 minute walk and we bought a permit that worked out cheaper and you could use in a lot of places. Fantastic flat, thank you Anna.

I lived in Swanage and owned a property there in the mid 80’s and I have been a regular visitor in the years since I left. I can say in all honesty that Sebastian’s place is my new favourite place to stay in Swanage. Location, views, character, contents and a great bed with top notch bed linen - all very impressive, We look forward very much to another stay

This is a great property in a beautiful and quiet area. Everything you need is available and the bed is very comfortable. Instructions and communication were detailed and helpful. The centre of Bournemouth is just a short walk. Thanks for having us.

Although we didnt see them Emily & Luke were great hosts, helpful on messages. The place was just what we needed, very secure & private, great to have a secure carpark to use close. The flat itself was lovely - everything you needed, clean & tidy. Lots of useful & clear instructions in the book.

We stayed for 6 days in mid-August and it was such a great location and experience for us. Coming up to the day of arrival, Laura was in contact in relation to recommendations for places to see and things to do on site, advice on getting over to the island, where the local shops were etc. The apartment was really quiet and the place was well cared for. When we checked in there was everything there we needed. The fridge was empty and clean, as was the freezer. Everything you would expect for the kitchen was there. You do need to supply your own washing powder, but that was ok. Check out was just as easy and while it was early (10am) there are plenty of ferries running at that time to get you back to the mainland.

I booked The Osborne Retreat for my Mom to stay local in Warsash whilst she came to visit from Florida. The space was very clean, she had exclusive use, had all the essentials in the bathroom and kitchen plus fresh linen. Ample storage space and layout of the space made it feel larger. Great location across the road from a park and very close walk to the local shops! Clare was very communicative and made the whole stay very easy and relaxing.

Sadly, due to the hours I was working, I didn't have too many opportunities to use the enormous balcony and furniture, but on the few occasions I did, it was great looking out over the river and watching the sunset. Being there for a month, It was essential that I had somewhere homely and comfy, and this certainly was. There were other shocks too, like kitchen knives that were SHARP! Good selection of cooking equipment. Useful bits and pieces in the kitchen cupboards! Amazing! Hope it's still free in 2027!

A cosy, light flat, with all amenities & yummy extras. Bedroom very spacious with en suite. During our stay a 5.15 am awakening, to view the sunrise, from lounge window, was a real bonus. Although very central to town it was remarkable quiet during the evening. No 50 bus from station - ( a short walk down the road) takes you to Sandbanks & Bournemouth. Using the unloading bay outside WH Smiths very helpful. Broad Street parking - you do need a mobile that can take a QR booking. 3 days £25.00 Bev an excellent communicator

We were extremely lucky to have found Olive House. Everything in the house are just perfect or even better than described. Kimberly the Host was incredibly thoughtful and friendly. We were greeted by a vase of beautiful roses and a box loaded with bread, jam, chocolates and chips and useful sightseeing information. There was even supply of fresh milk and butter in the fridge. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything we needed, including a bottle of cooking oil, salt, sugar, pepper, teabags and coffee pods. The appliances are like new. All very clean, modern and function perfectly. The coffee machine even comes with a milk frother! A B&O Bluetooth speaker stands by for us to use. The house is spotlessly clean, spacious and stylishly decorated. The kitchen, the living room and the en-suite bedroom all enjoy nice river views and we can see beautiful sunrise. It’s extremely quiet and we all had good sleep. I’d definitely recommend Olive House.

The house is very spacious and in a stunning peaceful location. There was more space at the front, back and inside than the description suggested. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We had a great week, enjoying coastal walks and cycling and the local pub. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped. It has the most wonderful views from the open plan living space which you can’t really appreciate from the photos. Graeme was really helpful / responsive.

Nicky’s place was exactly what we needed to get away from our busy town. It was an ideal place for us as we wanted a quite location for an early morning dog walk along the beach, and somewhere that was a short drive to Mudeford quay, Christchurch & the New Forest. We were made to feel at home as soon as we arrived & Nicky was a big help with providing us 2 stair gates, travel cot & high chair for our toddler. Nicky was also super fast when replying to our messages when we asked about restaurants & supermarkets near by. The whole family had a lovely time & would love to return.

We had a lovely time in Marks boat house. The rooms are really nice furnished and very cosy. Everything was super clean, even the kettle was clean enough to boil water for a baby :) We immediately felt like home! The house is really close to the small harbour, there’s a large park perfectly for kids and dogs close by and the pub is also only a minute away. The only improvement we would suggest is getting some new pans and pots. The pan is very scratched and the pots not big enough to cook pasta for 3 adults. We would absolutely recommend staying there and we’ll come back if we’re ever in the area again!

Perfect location for visiting the waterfront. Spotless clean and well decorated. Very responsive hosts. Highly recommended.

Home from home.Excellent central location to the harbour,restaurants,pubs and supermarkets.Added bonus of secure covered parking.Found it great for days out as straight onto all the main roads whichever way we were heading.The apartment was much larger than the pictures and the kitchen and lounge were very well equipped.Tricia was super responsive with communication and really helpful with our requests.Can highly recommend Rivazza curry house for lamb railway curry,probably the best curry ive ever had.

This apartment was exactly as described. It had a beautiful view of the river. Bed was comfortable and the apartment was immaculate. Ted was very responsive to questions and was readily available to help if needed. We would definitely stay at Ted’s beautiful apartment again if we ever return to Southampton!

Our stay with Tina was absolutely perfect. The most stunning home with such a beautiful garden. Tina was so helpful from start to finish.

Absolutely stunning apartment. Exactly as described and spotlessly clean throughout. Also very well stocked of all essentials. My family loved the whole weekend, especially having their cups of tea each morning in bed looking out to sea. We’ll certainly be back. Thank you Tara.
