Nice and clean place, hassle free check in, very convenient for south goa stay.

The place was as great. They had send the care taker on both days asking if any cleaning was needed. Will definitely book this place only for our next trip also.

The place fully fits the description. Monika is an excellent host and she was very prompt in her communication. We had a last minute plan and arrived quite late in the night. Despite the same, she was very prompt and helpful in communicating with us. Absolutely loved the place and will surely visit again

Well-maintained property with a good river view Clean and spacious rooms, same as shown in the picture. Close to the airport, making it convenient for travelers. It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Everything about the listing was great. Host was always responsive and helpful. The society has lots of restrictions/Do’s and Dont’s. Rest everything was perfect.

Excellent service for the housekeeping team. Well sized rooms and comfortable beds. Beach was about 10 to 15 min walk and the main road was just 5 min away with lots of eating places. Very convenient location and quite central. Rosy and her team took great care always providing service for our large group with a smile. We had dinner most days at the vill and she and her team are an excellent cook.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

I would start first from the check-in. Host provided early check-in as property was available. Care taker Ricolin was available based on our call to him. Property is nice, silent place, properly maintained, walkable distance to beach as mentioned on Airbnb. Excellent place for vacation for a large family or group of family and friends. 1 AC was not working when we arrived so reported to host and caretaker and immediately they got it repaired. Good support from both. Swimming pool is small in size and shared between 2 Villas but properly maintained. Only a small family can use it at a time. Very good open space and balcony to be utilised for drinking and smoking. Sofa placed in the balcony could have been cleaned. We didn't used balcony as outside open space was well enough. Care taker Ricolin provided all the support and arranged rent bike at the property itself for us. Overall a very good stay we friends enjoyed here. Thanks to host Indrajit and Care taker Ricolin.

We had a great stay and Patricia a great host. The place is in a great location accessible to restaurants, beach and shopping. The host communicated through out our stay. Would highly recommend the place for a peaceful holiday

A Perfect Getaway with Stunning Backwaters View I had a wonderful stay at wahiida’s in Goa! The highlight of the place is undoubtedly the beautiful backwaters view, which creates a serene and peaceful atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds. The location is also great—just a 10-minute drive to the beach and some lovely cafés. The surroundings are quiet and scenic, making it ideal for anyone looking for a tranquil retreat. The home itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Overall, a fantastic experience! Highly recommend this place for those seeking a mix of nature, comfort, and easy access to Goa’s beaches and cafés. Would love to visit again!

It was a great stay. felt right at home here. beautiful surroundings with greenery everywhere overall a great experience. really helpful and responsive host too. we were contemplating due to some bad reviews but we faced absolutely ZERO issues during our stay here. would absolutely recommend this place for someone who would want a peaceful and serene stay.

Awesome experience flat was neat and clean on arrival host really helped us out to make a smooth checkin, we stayed for 7 days and no disturbance was from the owner. Apartment is a bit far from main city, but you can always use GoaMiles app for travel by cab. There are some real network issues in the apartment but nevermind until and unless you plan to move permanent. WiFi will come to your rescue..!! You can always order from swiggy for food. Grocery and liquor shops are just walking distance. Stay was value for money.

The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

Nice host. Cozy arrangement. However, there were dogs barking crazily for non-stop 20mins at night which woke everyone up. There’s no hair dryers so better bring your own. After checking out, I found out I left my charger at the Airbnb and the host assisted me to get it back smoothly. Thank you!

This Place is a Gem for group of friends or a Family. Spacious 2bhk Apartment well managed, clean and as good as shown in photos. Its A Luxury at cost of budget. Tarunpreet is a great host always active & responsive. She sorts everything you need to ease your vacation. Safety is well managed with security active 24hours. Definitely will be visiting again. A perfect little escape! This apartment was exactly what we needed for a cozy yet luxurious stay. The interiors were modern and well-designed, the bed was super comfortable, and the balcony view was a lovely bonus. It’s conveniently located near all the hotspots but still offers privacy and peace. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was extremely accommodating. Would definitely stay here again
