This is a beautiful apartment and the views are stunning. We loved the proximity to the sunset viewing, and it was only steps away from many restaurants and shops. Maria was very helpful arranging our transport from the airport, and we really appreciated the full breakfast provided (and the wine!)

This is one of the best Airbnb's we have ever stayed in. The views are even better than the photos. Definitely a great place to stay for those who value peace and privacy. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Kostas est un hôte très accueillant, venu nous conduire à la maison. très réactif à nos demandes, avec toujours de bons conseils et cherchant à nous faciliter notre séjour. la maison est agréable à vivre, confortable, très bien entretenue y compris pendant notre séjour. l'espace extérieur et le jacuzzi bien agréable après une journée de visites. nous recommandons cette location. nous étions dans un joli village et avions des commerces à proximités, des restaurants. I cannot say enough about how amazing Eleni was as a host. She was so helpful arranging taxi and providing us with recommendations on places to eat and things to do. She even left us a bottle of wine and made us an amazing cheese pie. The house was beautiful and very comfortable. It was a great place to return to at the end of a busy day. This little gem was amazing! Set up as two separate apartments on 2 floors, the privacy and space was great for 2 single travelers. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after being on our feet all day. The location couldn't be better - The town of Pyrgos is not bustling with non-stop tourists. We were able to take photos with no one in them, and really enjoy the views. We took the bus up to Ois for a day trip and were shocked with how many people were there (many from the cruise lines that let off hoards of folks.) Although it was a great place to visit, we were so happy to get back to our quieter town which has amazing views, good restaurants and is centrally located to visit beaches and other sites. This was a perfect choice for us!

This is the nicest Airbnb experience we have ever stayed in. Giannis & Anna are super welcoming. The prooerty is gorgeous, the location feels like you are in the Captain Corelli's Mandolin movie. The locals are super friendly as are the cats!. The local restauraunts were great, The Sweetery and Kantoini were favourites as was Metaxi Mas. We visited most of the beaches and liked Perissa above all the rest. We will be dreaming of this property in this location for a very long time to come. Amazing holiday!!

Firstly many thanks to Vicky (Biku in Greek alphabet) for her fast responses and clear information. Also her friend Roula was just so kind and helpful and went well beyond any notion of "service". The property was as described with wonderful views over the beach, port and Santorini beyond. It was very well equipped (there is no television which I did not miss). Spotlessly clean and very quiet and relaxing.

Eleni’s house is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful and safe place in a walking distance from the action, market, restaurant, bar, beach. Clean and well equipped. Από τα καλύτερα σπίτια που έχουμε μείνει στην Ελλάδα. Μένουν άνετα πάνω από 6 άτομα. Η τοποθεσία είναι όνειρο, με θέα στη Χωρα , φοβερή ανατολή ηλίου, ήθελα να το αγοράσω με το που μπήκαμε. Ο οικοδεσπότης ΦΟΒΕΡΟΣ μέχρι και σε ξενάγηση στην Επισκοπή του φορτωθηκαμε . Αν φτάσατε να διαβάσετε ως εδώ, μην πάτε παρακάτω : το σπιτι είναι ιδανικό σα χώροι, τιμή/ποιότητα, τοποθεσία, θέα. Κι επιπλέον φαίνεται πως αποτελεί κανονική κατοικια κι όχι εφήμερο ενοίκιο, ο,τι χρειαστείς για να μαγειρεψεις να πλύνεις κλπ υπάρχει 10 στα 10 από μας.

Très bel endroit, isolé avec une vue superbe. La décoration est simple et de qualité. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil de Gail qui est très attentionnée, réactive et sympathique. L’accès à la maison se fait par un chemin de terre et de cailloux mais ça reste praticable même sans un 4x4 ! Merci pour ces quelques jours dans ce magnifique endroit !

Great house, location and host very responsive

We spent 3 nights here! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was nice and clean, and basic. Lovely location too, close to the beach/bars/restaurants and so easy to get the bus into town and the port.

I booked Kostas’ place for my honeymoon and it was absolutely beautiful. It is in walking distance to the beachfront with great restaurants. Thank you for the cheese block, it was delicious and such a nice gesture. I would most definitely come back to his place and I would highly recommend to stay at his beautiful accommodations.

Great place to stay in Ios. The village is very nice and better than what the photos show. Big, clean and modern with an incredible swimming pool. The owners are super nice and they pick you and return back from the port.

Kostas was wonderful, friendly, helpful. The place was beautiful…great views of the beach…and a short 3 minute walk down to the water. The pool was absolutely perfect! Recommend!

Had a great stay at Paradise, really close to the beach which has a regular bus into the town. Room was clean and lots of space for all of us.
