Mountain and pool views, a well-equipped kitchen, toys, games, Wi-fi, Bluetooth soundbar, BBQ, patio, games room, DVDs and TV with access to your subscriptions await you in this family-friendly space. Sorry no pets.

Enjoy a view of Mt Baker in the quiet, beautiful countryside. There are 3 bdrms, kitchen, dining & living areas, covered porch with gas grill , fire pit, & private hot tub. Country sounds abound —coyotes, cows and roosters (right next door). The pool & another hot tub are about 150' away & ALSO AVAILABLE TO OTHER GUESTS ON THE PROPERTY. Reserve the times you want. $25 per day per pet fee. NO ADULT PARTIES AND NO MORE THAN 7 GUESTS at any time during the stay without a charge of $15 per guest.

(pool open June 1 - Sept 31) Our suite sleeps up to 8 guests, perfect for bridal parties, sturgeon fishermen, outdoor enthusiasts, or the whole family. We are child/pet friendly but please do not leave either unattended inside or outside. Just 200 steps from the front door you can be standing on the edge of the Nooksack River. The Snowater complex has many amenities to offer. This unit offers WiFi.

A wonderful place to get away !! In this beautiful country setting. The carriage suite has its own private deck looking over the gardens. Access to hiking trails nearby. 10 minute drive to centennial trail, mountain biking trails and Chadsey lake. Minutes away from Ledgeview Golf Course. The suite has a full kitchen and the grocery store has delivery service. We offer an EV station for your convenience, you must provide your own charging adapter! We charge $25 for your stay!

We have a large hot tub with rain cover for use all year long. The main event during summer is obviously the pool! A 9ft deep salt water pool with loungers and other seating. We have towels available and a pool house for changing with a washroom.
