Beautiful flat, a perfect location. Would definitely book again! You cannot go wrong. Parking was just 2 minute walk and we bought a permit that worked out cheaper and you could use in a lot of places. Fantastic flat, thank you Anna.

Lovely apartment by Worthing seafront, with all the comforts needed for a short stay. Super clean , all very new. The hosts were quick in communications and instructions to access very clear. We would have loved a little “welcome breakfast” kit , as we arrived late evening with a kid , and we did not have time for food shopping. Overall, very nice place to stay!

The apartment was very conveniently located from the fast jet and had everything you could need. It was very clean, spacious and well-equipped. Would highly recommend.

We had a perfect long weekend in Sandown! Nick's home was even better than the photos - incredibly spacious with modern kitchen and bathroom. The home was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and plenty of room for the whole family (one of the most spacious airbnbs we've stayed in!). In the centre of town in walking distance to the beach, shops and local amenities. Look no further for your IOW accommodation; We look forward to visiting again.

A lovely stay and a great host! Debra was friendly from the moment we enquired about her property. She was helpful and accommodated our stay ahead of our friend’s wedding. Lovely clean and comfortable apartment right by the sea and a pleasant 40 minute walk to the historic dockyard. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable for a short stay for two people, with plenty of pubs and places to eat to choose from in the nearby area, we would definitely stay there again!

We liked our stay. On weekends the street can be very loud, since a lot of people are out. The place itself was nice and clean. It felt very homely. Thanks for the great stay!

Really enjoyed my stay, nice location and perfect for what we needed it for. The beds were really comfy and the bathroom was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful place to base yourself near Chichester. It was cosy but felt spacious for our family of 4. The terrace overlooking the fields made for great mealtimes and an area to relax. Plenty of great places to visit nearby. We particularly enjoyed Bosham (Anchor Bleu for lunch was a standout!), Petworth, Arundel and West Witerring for a blowy beach walk! 5 stars!

Firstly Johanne and John were very welcoming , everything connected to our stay was explained by John and if we had any questions etc during our stay they were easily contactable. Our little oasis of The Garden Apartment was perfect everything you could need for a relaxing stay and very comfortable.We absolutely loved our stay . Short walk into Shanklin and to the esplanade, lovely restaurants and The Crab pub very traditional with good food . Bus stops nearby to various parts of the Island .

I cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough! It was the perfect apartment for our stay in Hove. So close to the beach, parking was simple, plus there was quick & easy access into both Hove & Brighton. The apartment was so lovely. It looked fab, really contemporary, great bed, super shower room and a kitchen anyone would envy! The hosts went above and beyond, both with their communication - answering questions about parking and distances to where we wanted to go in Hove - and with the thoughtful & kind little touches within the apartment, with bread, milk, fruit juice, yoghurts, jams, cereal and fruit left for us to enjoy. We are already looking forward to returning in the near future. Absolutely five stars all around!

Easily found just off the Main Street this cosy but spacious apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. The hosts communication was great. Thanks for a fabulous stay.

Tony and Hilary were the perfect hosts and our stay was just wonderful. They provided some toys, books and games for our two little boys to play with, the house was immaculate (even better than the photos) and nothing was ever any trouble (including washing our little boys car seat and clothes after he'd had travel sickness). The house is in a beautiful rural location and is a great base for exploring. Our stay so enjoyable and if we're ever on the Island again we'll be sure to go back!

The host and his family are all nice helpful people. The area is also nice with shops nearby. Maybe just check with the host about parking, becquse we were not sure where we can park. Nice stay.

I had a fantastic stay here while working at a nearby theatre production. The location was ideal – just a short distance from the venue, making it incredibly convenient for late finishes and early starts. The property itself was clean, cosy, and a perfect place to unwind after a busy day. It was peaceful and well-equipped, with everything I needed to feel at home. My dog was also brilliantly catered for, which made the stay even more stress-free – it’s not always easy to find dog-friendly places that go the extra mile, but this one really did. The host was welcoming, helpful, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. I’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone travelling for work with a four-legged companion.

We had a great time here. Views are amazing . The weather was lovely so we made the most of the outdoor space and the hot tub. Great place for walking.

A fabulous place! I stayed with my wife and two children (4 and 2) and couldn’t recommend it more. The accommodation was perfect, it’s private, quiet, clean and has everything you need. A well organised pool house, with a kitchen and clean amenities you need. The pool and hot tub was a great addition that the children loved. The house is set in a quiet residential area that was perfect for exploring Winchester and Paultons/Peppa Pig World. Stephanie and her husband were attentive, polite and communicative if we needed anything. Made the 3 nights stay very easy, enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

We loved staying at Little Gem in Shanklin. The flat is beautiful and comfortable. It has a lovely Georgian window with window seat and it is perfectly located for exploring the coast.

We were four sets of family members and had a great stay. The flat was perfect, ideal for a get-together and the kids loved the built in bunk beds in the family room.

This is the second time that we have stayed at Ghulam’s place and like the first time it was absolutely fantastic. Ghulam is such a lovely host and nothing is too much trouble. The living area with two bedrooms and en-suite is perfect for us as a family if 4. The swimming pool, sauna and steam room inside with the hot tub to watch the deer in the field behind and the bunnies running across the lawn as the sunsets is simply idyllic. The children absolutely love playing in the beautifully heated pool all day everyday. We were sad to leave but know that we shall return!! Big thank you for your gem of a place Ghulam and Family!!
