We like to say it's "just right" especially with all its 1929 charm. Fully furnished kitchen w/full size appliances. Washer/dryer, all utilities, high speed wifi are included. This historic home is located in a quiet, established neighborhood. 5 min to UIC, 5-15 minutes to various hospitals & Woodward campus's.

The quaint cottage nestled in Rockton is surrounded by the cute shops downtown, Macktown Golf course and Macktown Forest Preserve is steps away. The seclusion adds to the quietness of this studio cottage. Susie's cottage is finished in vintage style carefully selected yet a balance of modern amenities. The cottage boasts a queen bed as well as a sleeper sofa to expand sleeping for four. Sorry, no pets.
