Our charming Kampa Cottage on Lake Lanier is a ideal location for vacation getaways for Families-Couples-Friends. The house has 3 bedrooms/3 full bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 7-8. It offers big unobstructed panoramic views of the lake, year round deep water and a large covered private dock. You can lounge on the dock, fish, swim, kayak, boat, visit Margaritaville/ Lake Lanier Islands, dine at Park Marina, rent jet skis and paddle boards, hike, picnic and much more for a fun filled holiday.

Come and enjoy nature with 100+ acres to roam. Paths for long walks. Architect James Fox designed this cliffside home overlooking a beautiful waterfall. Feel like you are in the trees, in an area much as it was when inhabited by Cherokee Indians. Stream feeds into Lake Hartwell. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Magical Mountain Retreat with Vintage Charm

Our second home is a mix of mid-century modern and "cabin in the woods." It sits on 2 heavily wooded acres and backs up to a mountainside with rock outcroppings. The main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) is raised about 4 steps, and the bedroom and bath areas are on the main level. There is one large bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace surrounded by ledge stone in front of the u-shaped built-in sofa. There is abundant reading material & 2 TV's.

The Lookout Mountain Birdhouse

This house was built to stretch towards the clouds with a 1000 sqft deck and bird's eye view from inside. The 8 foot windows allow for an unobstructed view. Janelle’s Cottage

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.
