An excellent stay! Amazing scenery by the river. Huge space living room and bedrooms. Excellent value for money! Host is very helpful and friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in was very easy and the host met us and showed us around the area and apartment. We liked having so much space and the home was very cosy and smelled nice. Towels and linens were very clean and comfy, and the kitchen is well stocked. The best thing of all was the location we were close to everything, tube station is right outside the door. Avoid traffic entirely and take the Uber boat from right outside the flat! Battersea Power Station is a lovely walk away and is fantastic. Nice restaurants two minutes away and right on the river. We had a great stay thank you very much.

We all really loved our stay here. Fantastic views from the apartment and great place to explore London from. The place was super clean and appreciated the top quality linen and towels. Kitchen was great too, with a handy coffee machine. Small grocery stores nearby were rather handy. Tip: found a Thames pedestrian tunnel 1km south so was awesome to explore Greenwich Observatory and Cutty Sark across the river.

Kappy made it very easy for us to check in by explaining and telling us if he was needed he’d be always available. Nothing more than if you are stuck. The apartment itself was incredible especially for the price and couldn’t reccomend it enough from the overview of the o2 and river Thames. Underground was close by too which helped getting into central. 30 mins max you’d be there. Check out was very simple and made it easy for us.

Great Location near local shops, cafes and a short walk from the seafront, Cute flat with all the basic amenities for a short trip to Folkestone. Very Friendly and responsive host.

Location of this property was everything. We were there for C2C at the O2 and couldn't have asked for a better location. Check in was easy and the person we met was polite and gave us a choice of two apartments. The apartment itself was lovely, clean and tidy, modern and well presented. There is secure parking on site but at an additional cost of £40 a day which is not the cheapest in the area. My advice would be to look elsewhere for parking. The only criticism I have of this property is the lack of amenities. It was lacking in the basics such as plates, cups, mugs, cutlery, dishwasher tablets, shampoo and shower gel. All of which the listing states it provides and for the price you pay I would expect to be provided.

The apartment is sunny and spacious with a great view of the Thames. The garage was useful to securely keep our car and local transport links were good to use during our stay.

what a great quirky place, when you enter into the kitchen/breakfast area it looks compact but upstairs feels a lot bigger. would definitely return if coming back to Southend.

The Old Stable was absolutely perfect inside with everything you could possibly need and more. Beautifully clean, comfy and homely. The view from the bedroom was so lovely to wake up to and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Personal touches like eggs from Jane’s chickens and a bottle of complementary fizz were a really lovely touch. Outside in the very large patio area there were numerous seating areas around the pool and jacuzzi. The BBQ, pizza oven, chiminea and outdoor lighting meant that you could have a lovely meal and relax and unwind under the stars. A great place to relax and have a peaceful home away from home!! A very warm and friendly Jane was always on hand to answer any questions or queries. Thank you!!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Minster-on-Sea. The home was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. What truly stood out was how thoughtfully it was designed with accessibility in mind -everything was easily accessible for those with mobility issues, which made a big difference for our group. The people I was caring for really enjoyed their time there - it was smiles all round, which meant the world to me. It's refreshing to find a place that combines style, comfort, and practicality so well. I'm so glad we found this gem and would absolutely recommend it to others. I'll definitely be returning!

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria’s beautiful beach property! We were 4 adults with 4 children and it was perfect. Plenty to do in the area, we went to rye and camber sands. House has everything you need for cooking. Plenty of fridge and freezer space and double oven. Hot tub was very much appreciated once the children were in bed!! Highly recommended

Spent 4 nights at Julia’s accommodation for my mum and dad’s 70th birthday. From the point of booking Julia was responsive to queries which made the preparation of visiting smooth. As it was a special birthday for my mum and dad I requested a balloon be placed and that I was happy to pay for this. Julia said there was no need and that they would organise this. In addition to the balloon there was also a bottle of champagne which was amazing and thoughtful. The accommodation was amazing, set over three floors which worked really nicely for 6 people. The area is so peaceful, to the extent of not believing you are in the hustle and bustle of London. It was a short distance to Canada Water which was the tube station we regularly used to head into central London. Overall, we had the best time with the accommodation being a big part of that…..thanks so much xxx

This property was perfect for our visit to the area. A brilliant public football pitch to play with my kids located just across the road with the beach 2 minutes away through the back gate. This was a last minute booking whilst visiting family but will definitely use again to bring the family in the summer! Thank you for letting us use such a great home.

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! great place to stay. every thing was just perfect. acommodation was lovely and very clean and tidy when we arrived . breakfast was a nice touch. location was perfect for eating and going out. tom was brilliant he made sure everything was OK for are stay and always there if you needed something. recommend for anyone who wants to stay in canterbury to stay here you will not get anywhere better . lovely view of river and park right opposite.

Anthony and Samuel’s apartment is beautifully decorated, absolutely clean and a wonderful place to stay when you’re visiting London. We felt right at home. The bedroom is great, lots of sunlight during the day and with the blackout blinds and the curtains dark at night for a sound sleep. We didn’t make use of the kitchen, but it’s very well equipped and I’m sure it’s great to cook in it. We can absolutely recommend the place and would always stay again. Thanks a lot!
