Brandon was always in touch with us, always responding on time, and when we had to modify part of our stay, he was super flexible, and the backyard is a great place to relax!

This was a lovely stay and we especially loved how close it was to downtown, while having an interesting view of barges passing by. We loved the Bar Julian rooftop views, and the breakfast coffee and sandwiches from the nearby bakery. I would be hard pressed to find any improvements- the security system is a little loud in announcing when the door is opened and that’s near one of the bedrooms. The charger is for Tesla connector only- just note that if you have a different car. Overall this was a great stay with a premium kitchen, well stocked and great for us three couples.

Excellent place to stay with a pup! Large fenced in back yard, very safe and secure. Well maintained neighborhood. 3 adults, each had their own comfortable bedroom, 2 full baths. Excellent overnight stop when passing through from Florida to Virginia, good 1/2 way stop. Very thoughtful amenities in house, clean and comfortable. Will try to use on future trips! We had a great stay at this charming and cozy place. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. Nice, peaceful neighborhood. We loved the square parks that were close to the place. We also felt we were close to a lot of attractions in Savannah, so we didn't need to drive into the city to do anything. We mostly walked all over the place: 15- 20 mins stroll, and we were where we wanted to be (City Market was about a 20 min walk, Forsyth Park was 15 mins). Parking was easy at the house as well - just need to mind street cleaning days.

we truly enjoyed our time at Brandon and Tiffany's place we we're visiting family so didn't take advantage of the nice downtown area of bluffton as host they were very responsive and agreeable to any questions or request will recommend to other family and friends and would definitely stay there again thanks again Tiffany and Brandon enjoy your hot summer ☀️

After attending the Masters we were looking for a place to retreat from the crowds, play golf, and relax while watching the end of the Masters on TV. We loved 1 Sorgum Lane as it had all of this and more!

Absolutely beautiful, it’s rare to go to an Airbnb that is more beautiful than the photos!! The home was comfortable and clean. Gorgeous furniture and decor. I even noticed small details of a lovely baby chair (high chair) in the kitchen closet) we didn’t bring kids this time but was happy to see that. Kids spoons and forks were also in the one drawer. Located on a beautiful street, walkable to many great places, some places were a 13 minute walk but didn’t even feel like it because there was so much to see on the way. Such a fabulous stay! Thank you so much.

We were on a ladies golf and shopping trip and we were very pleased with the location. We were close to everything we needed. House was clean and the perfect size for our group. Also the neighborhood felt safe!

Jodi has been nothing but a great host and the place is in a great location right next to all the shops and bars! And only a 2 mins from the beach! Parking is tight! But there is space! Room is great but the bar next door can be loud at time but if you have the A/C on and tv you can barely hear it, all and all this place was great! Would definitely visit again!

Jason’s place is adorable and overlooks the beautiful Oglethorpe Square. We took a Lyft to Tybee Island for a day, but other than that, we were able to walk everywhere. Seriously, anything you could want is within a few blocks, including a nearby CVS, which came in handy more than once. Also, the river front is a 5-minute walk and blew us away. We loved not having the hassle of a car/parking. The apartment is efficient and the bed is super cozy. The space is small but it doesn’t feel that way! Jason was responsive, friendly, and welcoming. We can’t wait to return.

Ron was all about making our stay comfortable. He had great response time to any questions or concerns we had. The residence was clean and had everything you would need like in your own home. The residence is only two blocks from a great city park with many activities to be had. Plenty of street parking was available. The residence was on the first floor made for easy access. We would stay again if ever in the area.

What a wonderful experience staying in Anne’s apartment! Beautifully decorated and appointed, we were totally at home and had everything we needed to feel like temporary locals. It was the perfect location from which to explore Savannah, including nearby Forsyth Park, and we loved spending time reading at the end of the day in our private courtyard. The apartment was spotless, the bed super comfy with lovely linens, and the kitchen very well-appointed. We loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended. Thanks, Anne!

Charles’ place is an urban oasis. Thoughtfully restored, it has relaxing spaces both indoors and outdoors. The beds are comfortable. It’s easily walkable to several great restaurants as well as to Forsyth. Would definitely stay again.

This was located within walking distance of the beach but far enough away from the busy areas. The house itself was very nice and everything worked well. We really enjoyed our stay.

The unit is in a great location. You have great access to the beach. The unit was exactly as shown.

It’s a beautiful place and so close to Coligny. Unit was extremely clean and nice furnishings. 2 1/2 bathrooms was perfect for 4 ladies! We would stay there again for sure.

My Husband and I loved this gem of a place. The location is perfect. Beautiful views of the ocean from the 3rd floor. The condo was very clean. The bed and linens were comfortable. Craig was kind and responsive. This place surpassed our expectations and we truly had a wonderful vacation!

We had the best stay! Ben’s place was PERFECT for our family of 4 (2 kids age 10&7). Super clean, had everything we needed! The location to the beach, shops, restaurants, gas, grocery was great. You could easily walk to the beach, but we chose to take bikes (maybe a 5 min bike ride) and enter through the Coligny beach access point. The kids loved the splash pad! We would definitely stay here again!!

Ideal location for Hilton Head Island. Access to adjacent resort is just perfect. The kids loved the pool, the beach is right there. Pool bar is great for a quick meal and beverage. Balcony is very nice for a lazy coffee in the morning. The condo has pretty much everything you need (beach chairs, sand toys, etc.). As others noted, the space is a little tight, but we spent our whole time at the pool and the beach. Also, Coligny is a short walk away. Overall, a great spot to unwind in Hilton Head. Also, reasonably priced compared to other rentals in the area.

The hosts were super easy to communicate with. The place has a generous cancellation policy. We needed to change our travel plans last minute due illness & needed to rebook. We enjoyed being able to walk to the shopping area to eat dinner every night. Also loved being able to walk to the beach. We forgot a few things while at the beach & was easy just to go back to the condo to grab something. Highly recommend !

We booked a day before we checked in and the host quickly responded. No issues with check-in whatsoever, and the place was ready 4 hours before our check-in time. The condo was very clean and inviting. The welcome cookies were a nice touch. Beach access was quick to get to as well. Overall, a great experience and would go again! FYI the condo is perfect for 2 people. I could see it getting a little crowded if you have more guest than that. Also, I wouldn’t cook any fancy dinners. The kitchen is small and there’s not a good place to have sit down meal unless you’re outside on the porch. But it doesn’t really matter since there are plenty of great restaurants nearby!
