Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

We loved our two week stay. The unit is small, but perfect for us. We were looking for a "less busy" location with quick access to other locations ... we were close enough to Sarasota, Siesta Key, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda. Some good restaurants options close, some within walking distance ... if you didn't want to venture too far. Everything was, as described ... no surprises. Our needs/questions were few because all was communicated well ... but, for the few questions we did have the host and the maintenance crew were very responsive. We plan to stay here again.

We loved our stay! It was exactly what we wanted and exceeded our expectations. We wanted access to the beach and it was right across the street and down and bit. We enjoyed the clean house and updated features . We especially loved the little bathroom touches … we forgot to pack Q-tips but then found some in the bathrooms - it was great :) we will definitely stay here again !

Enjoyed my solo stay here for 3 nights. Quaint, quiet, nice space for one person (or two!) Had everything I needed though I did not spend much time on the property. Clean, comfortable bed. Host reached out frequently to inquire about my experience and offered help as required.

This was one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed! Small space but very reasonably priced. There is no common area (like dining or living room), only a full size bathroom and the bedroom across from it. Coffeemaker was there and mini fridge right next to the bed.. We did not mind at all! Wonderful spot to get away to the woods without being too far from town.

Instructions to the property were so easy to follow. The location is really good and the backyard on the lake was wonderful and relaxing. The private screened in porch was sooo good! It had a coffee maker and toaster to use with all the extras to use it. The bathroom was modern and super clean. The bedroom! The bed and pillows was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I slept like a rock. No noise, peaceful and I felt safe. I would highly recommend a stay here and would for sure stay here again!

Mike and Karen were amazing hosts and extremely hospitable:) my only wish was that my dad and I could have stayed longer. 100 percent plan on returning next year for some more fishing. 6 stars

we had a wonderful time at Robert's place. Everything was as described. the island is a perfect getaway for anyone that wants to go on an adventure and get away from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook, it was perfect! Everything was well thought of in this home. On a side note, golf carts need to be booked months in advance and are pretty pricey and we hoped to walk around the island but we're told upon checkin that was not allowed. we could only go to the beach and back to the property. You could walk along the beach though.

A beautiful home in a serene location. We enjoyed walks on the peer, swimming in the pool and watching the dolphins swim by. There are a few good and varied restaurants in the area, and groceries near by as well, so you get the feeling of seclusion without sacrificing convenience. Ingrid was a very attentive host, and we loved everything about our stay. We highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at Tad's place! Right on the canal where we could walk out on the dock and just enjoy! Close to grocery and shopping, but not right in the middle of it. I can't even say how much we needed a place like this. Thanks so much and thanks for always getting back with me about anything and everything. We would stay again in a heart beat!!!

The house was very comfortable and clean. Loved the inside and the views. Kid friendly. And the host was super nice and helpful.

This house was everything that we could have asked for. Unfortunately, we came when the weather was in the 50s but the heated pool and spa definitely made our time worth it. I was continuously impressed with the things this house offered. As a mom of 3, I’m already overwhelmed with the things I need to pack for my family. This house had it all. It included: beach toys, pool noodles, mini paddle boards, a pack and play (I believe, I didn’t look too closely), a beach bag, bikes, a high chair, umbrella, etc., everything you need to stay here! In addition to the wide variety of items, the hosts were very responsive. The only thing I did not enjoy was the firmness of the king bed but I also know that’s something you can’t win with everyone. I also would have appreciated a carbon monoxide detector but we ended up bringing our own. I would still choose to stay here aside from that :) My kids loved the “pool house.” We hope to be back again!

Susan's home is outstanding both outside and inside! Inside was very clean, spacious and comfortable for our party of 6 adults, 1 teenager and a baby. The kitchen is beautiful, spacious and well stocked for all of our needs. Very comfortable beds, sheets and bathroom towels. Susan has impeccable taste and attention to detail in making her home very inviting for our family gathering. The outside is fabulous. The yard has many colorful flowers and very well maintained flower beds and palm trees in the front, side and backyard. The pool and hot tub are very clean and nice. Susan's backyard is very unique with a large dock, that extends into the river. Our family enjoyed evenings fishing off the dock which Susan has illuminated with many beautiful lights. There are many swinging and other chairs for our enjoyment. Susan promptly responded in person to any request and went out of her way to make our family's vacation memorable and special. Susan's home is a diamond in the rough!

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

Ed's place has become our happy place and our home away from home! This trip was so relaxing and healing after a surgery...just what I needed. Great sunsets!

This condo was exactly as described, and it is amazing! It sits right on the harbor, you can sit out on the screened porch and watch the boats come and go while listening to the live music next-door at the restaurant. We spent some time in the pool, which was extremely well maintained, and everybody in the complex is so friendly. We loved being able to just walk next-door and grab a bite to eat, don’t miss out on the Trading Posts’s specials for lunch! We hope to rent this place again soon.

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this location and it does not disappoint! The place has been renovated and looks great! The host is clear and we had no issues getting into the condo. I used the laundry room and that was straight forward. The location is so close to the beach. We enjoyed our time and plan to come back!

We had a great stay. We saw lots of dolphins while sitting on the balcony. Great location located near a quiet beach and good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to downtown Fort Myers, where everything happens. Next door to Pinchers. Beautiful water view. Conveniently located next to Publix supermarket and easy to get around. The only thing I would say is that it could use some de cluttering a bit. Aside from that no complaints and would love to have my parents come back for another 5 weeks next winter. Walking distance from where we live as well. Just the perfect location Thank yoj

Great stay! Thank you. We couldn't find the snorkel gear, but wasn't a big deal at all. There's plenty to do around Lemon Bay. Great music, fun bar scene, and once you get past the fence surrounding the beach, fun times searching for shark teeth.

The location was awesome, great beach access across street and outdoor shower to rinse sand. Condo was spacious and clean. Linens smelled fresh and floors were so clean I could walk barefoot inside and my feet did not get dirty.
