Brilliant little home, clean & really comfy beds. Was a perfect location for us to attend a friend’s wedding less than 10 minutes down the road. Even the little touches of a biscuit/jam basket and a little bottle of milk so we could have a coffee as soon as we checked in. Amazing. Thanks so much Joanne, perfect get away for us.

We’ve stayed with our two two year-old sons and couldn’t have picked a better place. The cottage is cosy and welcoming and incredibly well equipped for cooking sessions, rainy days, catching the evening sun in the garden or picking up tips for the next day out. The boys enjoyed the toys and books provided, the garden and the playground only a short walk away. The adults enjoyed that the town centre is in walking distance with a huge choice of cafes, pubs and shops and the fireplace in the evening. Henrietta and Ed have been perfect hosts, friendly and supportive. Thanks a lot.

We spent eleven nights in this lovely house during our trip to the UK. We liked the spacious rooms, comfortable beds and great shower. The location is ideal for exploring the local area and a great base for walking. I would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing venue, spacious living space which was appreciated by all. The children loved the toys they found and the adults enjoyed the grounds, Poole and table football. Kitchen facilities were excellent and we all fit around the dinner table with ease and comfort. If you need a special place for a group get together this is the place to go. So much better than a formulaic bland hotel. Thanks to the team.

If you're looking for a true home away from home, this is the perfect spot. It's absolutely beautiful, warm, and inviting. The calming decor creates a peaceful atmosphere, and the kitchen is stunning—fully equipped with everything you could need, including a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, cooker, microwave, and a freezer outside! The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the back garden is beautifully maintained—a lovely space to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Communication from the owners was perfect, can't fault anything! We felt completely comfortable and could have easily stayed for a week.

The Cow Shed is a perfect place to stay - it is centrally located, has the perfect host and offers the chance to embrace what country life is all about with goats, sheep and chickens close to hand if you want to say hello to them. A wonderful place and I’ll be back!!

This is our favourite place to stay when we visit Halifax, especially when we want to bring our two dogs. It's only a few minutes' drive from the Piece Hall, Shibden Hall, the Bankfield Museum and other places we like to visit, but it is quiet and feels like countryside. Fields are on two sides, with deer and foxes that sometimes pose for us in early morning or at dusk. It's always clean. Everything we need is right there. We especially love have enough of a freezer to bring a week's worth of our dogs' favourite food. In the Halifax area we really don't want to stay anywhere else.

Lovely spot in the heart of Chapel Allerton. Stavit was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely stay again the next time I’m in Chapel Allerton.

A great space to stay for a couple of nights near family. Beds were comfortable and the area was very quiet, useful to have a shop so close and good fish and chips down the road. Loads of lovely places to explore nearby. Great size garden too

Great little hide away with plenty of walking routes, lovely walk through the woods along the river into town. Nice cafe 3 mins walk away on the site with water side seating. Very clean and tidy with fast replies from Marie. Thanks for a great mid week break.

Tucked away, in a quiet corner of Haworth, five minutes walk from the bottom end of the main street, the cottage, was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. With plenty to do in the area, the cottage is within ten minutes walk of Haworth's pubs and restaurants, and about 15 minutes from the Bronte Parsonage Museum, at the top of the hill. We parked up, right outside the cottage, when we arrived, and walked everywhere over our weekend's stay.

Really nice modern 4 bed detached. Excellent location for football ground and local train station. Clean, spacious and all mod cons.

Fantastic hosts around whenever you need but also very discreet. Beautifully finished and has everything you could ever think of needing. Plenty of hot water and the shower was lovely. Very warm and cosy. Very grateful for the milk, butter, bread etc to get us started. The bed is worth a special mention - I have a sore back and shoulders and it was not only huge but incredibly comfortable. We took 2 chaotic dogs with us and very grateful for the paddock to let them free run. There is a lovely guest recreation space - photos don’t do it justice. Other properties there but each one private and you would never know it. Definitely be back for a holiday to relax and a chance to enjoy the lovely garden. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thankyou!

I booked this accommodation for a newlywed couple, and they absolutely loved it! From the start, Louise was an incredible host—her communication was excellent throughout the whole process, which made everything smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was the thoughtful surprise she left for the couple—it completely made their day and added such a personal, memorable touch to their stay. The place itself is stunning, with beautiful views and a relaxed vibe that's just perfect for a city break. Would 100% recommend staying here. Thank you Colin for a lovely weekend! The cabin was beautiful- pristinely clean and very well thought-out with lots of lovely little touches to make staying there comfortable. Colin was also extremely kind and flexible with our booking- I broke my toe right before we were originally supposed to stay and he let us rearrange with no fuss- as it was such short notice he had no obligation to do this so it was extremely appreciated! Our trip when it eventually came around was well worth the wait, Colin's instructions made everything very easy and we had a very peaceful and relaxing weekend!

We had a fantastic stay at Sonia's place, the cottage was beautiful and was perfect for our family to stay over New Year. There was lots to do in the area and the cottage was in a great location. The hot tub was a fab addition in the frosty weather! Communication with Sonia was good and quick. Thank you! 😊

We loved our mini break at Lorraine's place. The cottage is beautifully decorated throughout and very homely, the garden feels very private, even with houses all around. Addingham is a lovely village with great pubs serving delicious food, it is also perfectly located for exploring West/North Yorkshire. Highly recommend staying here.

a fantastic little place with plenty to do in the village or neighbouring towns, lots of lovely little touches made it feel really well thought through and not a "standard air BnB" at all - fresh coffee, different teas, dressing gowns, welcome drinks, and plenty of logs for the log fired hot tub which we took advantage of every night of our stay. Also one of the increasingly rare places with a host confident enough not to leave lots of "please do this don't do this" type notes which helped us feel like we were at home really quickly.

Our stay was lovely. Property was beautiful perfect location for our plans and the communication before and after was great. Wish we could have stayed longer!

we had the best time for my fiancé's birthday the cabin was lovely a clean and even provided a dog bed and treat. it was amazing waking up and watching the sheep and lambs and cows in the morning, the scenery is amazing and all the amenities you need are provided. amazing short stay we will definitely be back !
