Everything is as described, beautiful building, great unit, nice gym and wonderful pool. Easy to communicate with the host. We enjoyed our stay.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Suwutcha's place. The location is exceptionally serene and private, nestled within a charming local neighborhood that offered a true sense of tranquility. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, creating a perfect retreat for our group. Suwutcha was an outstanding host—accommodating and attentive, providing us with clear and helpful instructions that made our stay seamless. Cozy and beautiful place.

The location initially gives you a jolt being in a very down to earth location but which is a 350 yo community close knit friendly clean and bustling around the concepion church and beautiful statue. Once you get to PK’s place you realize what a marvelous piece of heaven he has carved out here and true to his creative spirit designed and maintained it beautifully. I was with friends traveling from around the world who lived and enjoyed the best of the best places and PK’s place with its gorgeous views literally on the water makes for phenomenal coffees and breakfasts ( Grab makes it so easy ) and outstanding sunsets and gorgeous evening lights and parties . Loved the place and really enjoyed our stay Thanks PK for being so responsive and thoughtful in all the little details you provided at check in

还挺不错的，摆渡车也很好用。保安人挺好的，帮助引导入住什么的。就是洗衣机倒洗衣液的槽有点牙白。

I had a great stay. The room is in a very good location. Just a 10-minute walk to BTS Talat Phlu, which made getting around very easy. There’s also a 7-11 conveniently located on the ground floor of the same condo. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Highly recommended.
