This place was the perfect spot for our group attending a wedding in Malibu. The Airbnb was well provisioned with anything you could need and comfy beds. Everything was super clean!

Sara's place was great, and served our needs very well. As others have said there is nothing special about the exterior of the house but that did not matter to us. Everything that mattered was fantastic - the house was very well designed, clean, and functional. The beds and the couch were very comfortable, the kitchen was fantastic (especially if you like to cook!), and the big back yard was a bonus. It proved to be a great place to stay with young kids. I recently stayed at The Deck House and had an incredible experience! The host was exceptionally hospitable, accommodating, and made sure everything was perfect for a last-minute engagement dinner party I planned. The house itself was beautiful, in a peaceful and private location, yet not too secluded. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and special getaway!

My family and I really enjoyed this beautiful property. The house was clean, nicely furnished and decorated, had comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms. The crib was especially cosy and nicely made up for my baby grandson. The kitchen was large enough for multiple persons to cook together, which we did for our family breakfasts. The outside was truly lovely and the heavenly scent of wisteria and orange blossom was everywhere on the rear patio, the front veranda and even on the bocce court. We had a great time and couldn’t have asked for more.

it was the perfect little getaway for my wife,s b day! Close to lots of great shopping and dining. Stress free back patio setting on the water and loved the location! We will be back again.

The home was just what I needed it was local to my home and work as I had some major renovations done to my home I had a wonderful place to stay, very safe area, wonderful backyard for my two small dogs. Danna was great to work with and very attentive and considerate to my needs.

My husband and I did a five day stay here and it was well worth it. We wanted to stay somewhere serene while still being able to explore Santa Barbara and Ojai. Santa Barbara is only 15 minutes away and Ojai is about 30 minutes. We bounced around between those two towns and also got to see what Carpinteria was all about. Steven's place is 7 minutes to the Carpinteria Bluffs where heaven meets earth. The locals are friendly and high in consciousness, they are one with the environment and take pride in their role in keeping it safe. The home itself is spacious with great views, the kitchen was fully stocked with the all the cooking essentials. Instacart delivers to this location if you need anything last minute. During the stay you will hear different sounds of farm animals in the distance which I found relaxing. The living room is comfortable with tons of lounge furniture and space. The outdoor decks have plenty of seating and is surrounded by wildlife. If you want peace come here!

This was a fantastic location, the accommodations were as advertised, and the hosts were super helpful and responsive. (Morgan, thanks for extending our checkout time at such short notice;)) I hope to stay here again soon!

I have an annual golf trip in Ojai and prefer an AirBnB. This place suited my needs. Quiet. Clean. Great, hot shower. Comfy bed. Microwave and mini fridge. I’m not really in the places that much when I’m in town so that’s about. Only star I would ding the place for is just that it’s a ways back behind the house and away from the street on a semi uneven stone walkway. It’s not an issue for me since I’m able. But if you needed to roll any luggage or had an unsteady gait, this might not be a perfect fit. Otherwise. No notes. Friendly communicable hosts are always appreciated which they are.

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Staying here truly made us feel like part of the Ohana. My family and I chose this wonderful house for my Pepperdine MBA graduation weekend, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. We were the first guests after the devastating fires, and Jimmy, along with the neighbors, ensured we were well taken care of. Jimmy has done an incredible job renovating the rental to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Although the area is still recovering, and getting in and out was challenging, Jimmy ensured we didn't face any issues. We spent the entire weekend on the deck, mesmerized by the ocean views and delighted by the sight of dolphins and sea lions. Unfortunately, we couldn't get to the private beach due to the occasional rusty debris washing ashore, which I didn't want my child to play with. We eagerly look forward another stay once Duke's restaurant has reopened. Mahalo to Jimmy and the wonderful neighbors for making our stay unforgettable!

Beautiful and comfortable apartment on the sand exactly as described. It was perfect for our girls weekend getaway exploring from Carpinteria to Santa Barbara. Alli was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

I had a truly beautiful stay at The Malibu Oasis. It’s peaceful, thoughtfully put together, and you can feel the love and care that’s gone into creating it. It was exactly the kind of quiet and restorative getaway I needed. On my last day, I unfortunately got a bad case of food poisoning (totally unrelated to the property!), and the housekeeper, Lorena, showed me such kindness by allowing a little extra time to rest before heading out. I’m really grateful for that compassion and for the beautiful environment that made it a little easier to recover. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful escape, and I’m looking forward to coming back in the future!

Absolutely the best stay ever, Julie was outstanding in her communication and her place was ideal in every regard. I can not even say to all that is so easily accessible from her location. Every need I had was obtained in less than 7mins from her residence. I felt completely at home and more than satisfied with my stay. Have recommended Julie to all my friends and personally will seek her out as my first choice for all future visits. 5stars for accessibility, cleanliness and every consideration being accounted for…Julie is a diamond and I’m a world traveler so you won’t be disappointed I can assure you of that 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We had an amazing stay with Vanessa in Malibu. A really gorgeous place with an incredible view surrounded by wildlife and tranquility. Really good bird watching opportunities from both the deck and the lower viewing area. Incredible sunrises. This was also the best stocked airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Plenty of everything, especially in regard to kitchen supplies. I highly recommend this Airbnb - you won’t be disappointed!

Bobby is GREAT! he was responsive at all times and understanding. The location was perfect, His home is beautiful and it accommodated my entire family. We stayed at Charlie and Kevin’s beautiful house while in Malibu for our daughter’s graduation from Pepperdine. It was the perfect arrangement for our family and so convenient to campus. We really enjoyed the beautiful scenery and porches and balconies. Fantastic communication, even accepting an Amazon delivery for us before we arrived. I just wish we had discovered this gem before her Senior year!

We had a wonderful stay at Jo’s house. It’s a great house, just as shown in the photos. Great amenities, fully stocked kitchen, the hot tub was a hit for everyone, outdoor BBQ grill, and we felt right at home. Jo responded within seconds to questions, allowed us to check in early, and surprised us with bubbly wine to celebrate the New Years! Highly recommended!!

Mili was fabulous! Responded so quickly. Had all that was needed ready for us! Very clean. Great space for a large group. Lots of seating inside and out. Plenty of tables. Lots of parking. Peacocks and bunnies in the yard! We loved our stay as we celebrated our son’s wedding locally! The rec room with the workout equipment was great. Air conditioning worked very well! Highly recommend!

The house was absolutely amazing - we felt right at home - my family enjoyed the grounds - we spent most of our time in the beautiful backyard . Very comfy inside too! Dream kitchen we made fabulous meals there. The house was immaculate Patty was incredibly thoughtful, accommodating and helpful. She was very easy to reach if needed And left clear instructions. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay there !!

Beautiful home , with beautiful views . Hot tub is huge and feels amazing . We saw that the owners are creating a gazebo add on room outside , it wasn’t finished during our stay but looks like it’s gonna be so nice . Wonderful place

No home away from home is perfect, but this impressive home was a great sanctuary for my family. Grand times were had, great meals were made, there was plenty of space to congregate and play. The only unfortunate issue is that many of the doors--to bedrooms and bathrooms--have trouble fully latching. So until that's fixed, everyone just needs to be mindful and knock!
