Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Want to really get away from it all? Our beautiful farm cottage has 15 acres of woodland to walk and play in, with the river Bray winding through the valley it overlooks. Though only about 30 minutes from Woolacombe, Ilfracombe, Barnstaple or Lynton, with fabulous beaches and coastal walks, Ovis is hidden away with no sound or light pollution, so is perfect for star-gazing and bird watching, messing around on the river and camping in the meadow. Riverside - Secluded Waters Edge Cottage On Exmoor

Riverside cottage is located on our 100 acre family farm. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet 'Visit England' 4 star standards. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 plus a cot, a standard size double, super king size double and a further super king double which can be made into two single beds. The Cottage has ample car parking and is smoke free. We do welcome pets in Riverside and outside there is fenced courtyard garden of you and your pets enjoyment.
