Alloggio recentemente ristrutturato. Arredamento curato e funzionale . Lenzuola e asciugamani nuovi e pulitissimi. Possibilità di utilizzare la lavatrice e di stirare. Stefania cordiale e presente. Davvero un ' esperienza positiva .

Oreste host molto ospitale e gentile, l'appartamento è molto comodo e pulitissimo. Ci siamo trovati bene e lo consigliamo vivamente. Siamo stati ospiti di Oreste per passare il capodanno a Rimini e abbiamo girato comodamente le città vicine a Igea Marina. Grazie di tutto.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Appartamento ampio, ben pulito ed ordinato, in un'ottima zona centrale di Cervia. Giulia è un host disponibile e gentilissima.

Emanuele e’ veramente un SUPER HOST!Eravamo a Cattolica x la finale nazionale del Progetto Sport: l appartamento e’ in una zona residenziale tranquilla, vicinissima al mare e alla zona pedonale e a 8 minuti dal Riviera Horses Resort, facilissimo da raggiungere. L appartamento e’ veramente super e bellissimo e corrisponde totalmente a foto e descrizione e anche l ampia terrazza e’ stata molto utilizzata.Siamo stati benissimo. Dovevamo lasciare l appartamento sabato mattina, entro le 10, ma non essendoci altra prenotazione, Emanuele ci ha proposto di tenerlo gratuitamente anche per tutta la mattinata: in questo modo, dopo aver ultimato le gare siamo ritornati con calma a casa e abbiamo preparato tutti i bagagli …senza fretta… lo abbiamo lasciato verso le 14. Dovessimo ritornare a Cattolica, sicuramente riprenderei lo stesso. Emanuele grazie!!!! 😘

Geräumiges uns charmantes Appartement. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Perfekte Lage für Ausflüge mit dem Auto oder Rad in die Umgebung. Und in 15 min. zu Fuß mitten im Zentrum. Zwei neue Badezimmer. Ein großer und ein kleiner Balkon. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung. (Eine Spülmaschine wäre noch perfekt). Francesco stets gut erreichbar und kommuniziert proaktiv. Absolute Empfehlung.

Ho alloggiato con la mia famiglia e ci siamo sentiti come a casa , l’appartamento ha tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi a proprio agio inoltre e vicino ad attività commerciali e alla stazione ferroviaria e metro tranvia molto utile se non si vuole prendere la macchina. Alberto è Susi sono stati fantastici sempre disponibili e premurosi e stato un vero piacere averli conosciuti e aver alloggiato nel loro appartamento dove sicuramente alla prima occasione utile ci torneremo. Consiglio a chi volesse trascorrere dei giorni in relax al mare vicino a le attrazioni della riviera romagnola la scelta di questo appartamento è la soluzione migliore.

Le logement est très spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. La vue autour du logement était incroyable entre les vignes et les collines. Gianluca est un hôte très discret et a été réactif lors de nos demandes. je recommande ce logement

Casa di Enrico è molto accogliente e perfetta per chi cerca la tranquillità del quartiere ma la comodità di raggiungere a piedi il centro città e il mare. Il parcheggio privato è sicuramente un plus. Enrico molto disponibile nel fornire consigli utili per visitare Rimini. Molto piacevole la passeggiata che dalla casa raggiunge il centro città e che passa dal bellissimo borgo San Giuliano

Claudio è un ottimo padrone di casa, molto ospitale, affabile, disponibile, pronto a intervenire per qualsiasi esigenza. La sua casa è accogliente, luminosa, dotata di tutto ciò che serve e anche di più. Ed è molto pulita. La posizione è ottima, perché pur essendo molto vicina al centro di Forlì è in una zona residenziale piena di verde e silenziosa. Insomma, ci tornerei davvero volentieri.

L’appartamento si trova in posizione ideale per raggiungere a piedi sia la spiaggia che il centro. La descrizione corrisponde alla realtà. Cucina fornita di tutto il necessario. Ambienti spaziosi. Ottima comunicazione e disponibilità da parte di Eleonora e Stefano. Nel complesso un soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Soggiorno rilassante e tranquillo. Alloggio piccolo ma confortevole. L'host è stata molto socievole e disponibile a dare indicazioni su cosa vedere e come muoversi in zona.

We stayed one night at the Apartment during a Roadtrip from Germany to the south of italy. It was perfect. We had Everything we needed and the communication was really friendly. The check in was super easy. Would recommend! :) thank you

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

It was perfect!

upon entering the property Luna was amazing. she provided us snacks/wine and even recommendations on where to go. she also is a bartender so she provided us an aperitivo one night with a ton of snacks. overall the place was amazing, we got there on a rainy day and looking at the hills surrounding us were magical. only thing for improvement is the soundproofing, we ended up getting some really loud guests next to us that would love to blast Bachata music, woke me and the wife up at 4:30 in the morning. had to go over and knock on the door. even when they watched movies they had it on super loud. as side from that, I would definitely go back. felt really peaceful and the grounds are very well kept.

Wow! That describes what we felt once we arrived at this Flat! It is very spacious, tastefully decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped and it was spotless clean! Everything you need for great vacations you find here. Location is amazing for someone that wants a good base to travel around Tuscany. We recommend visiting the Antinori Winery in Chianti (make sure to book the wine tasting or lunch at their restaurant in advance, otherwise you cannot even access their premises). For those that like to combine vacations and shopping, the flat is located 10 minutes away by car from “The Mall”, a big luxury/designer outlet nearby. Jonny was always very kind and helpful throughout all our communication and recommended us some amazing restaurants! We will definitely come back and also recommend this AirBnb to friends and Family. One of the best Airbnb we have been to so far. Everything new, spotlessly clean, modern but also decorated with a lot of charm and „gusto“ / taste !!! You can see how much of affection they put in there. Coming to the hosts: a great couple who welcomed us so warmly and sympathetic! I often had very nice and interesting chats with Monia and Fabio was also always available and asked how we were doing, if we needed something etc. The view is stunning, it’s quiet to relax and work (WiFi works also on the terrace) and it’s a fantastic & strategic location to visit all important spots of Emilia Romagna. We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel endroit. La ferme comporte plusieurs appartements avec chacun leur intimité. La piscine était très propre et chaude, il y avait de l’ombre à disposition et une douche et des toilettes juste à côté. L’appartement était comme sur les photos, il n’y avait pas de climatisation mais il faisait bien frais à l’intérieur la journée. Quelques jours avant notre arrivée, Isabella nous a envoyé toutes les informations nécessaires et c’est son frère Piero qui nous a très bien accueillis lors de notre arrivée. Le logement était très propre, la cuisine bien équipée et des linges de bain étaient fournis. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir dans les alentours, nous avons même eu des recommandations à disposition. Dans l’ensemble nous sommes vraiment contents et nous recommandons vivement cet établissement!
