Die Wohnung war super sauber und sehr komfortabel, und Stefano war ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Meine Freunde und ich sind uns sicher dass Stefanos Unterkunft das beste Air BnB ist, in dem wir je waren! Sehr empfehlenswert!

During my recent stay in Italy, I was fortunate enough to experience a truly unforgettable getaway, highlighted by a magnificent private pool that made all the difference. Nestled in the heart of the Italian countryside, the accommodation offered a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the beauty of the property. The villa itself was charming, with rustic stone walls and vibrant gardens that set the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The highlight, of course, was the pristine private pool, which was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It was a joy to have such a refreshing oasis all to myself, complete with comfortable loungers and a shaded area for those hot Italian afternoons. The location was ideal, allowing me to explore nearby quaint villages while also providing a tranquil retreat to unwind in the evenings. мы провели в доме 10 волшебных дней. Гуляли и возвращались в дом как в нашу тихую гавань, дарующую усталым путникам спокойствие и прохладу в тени деревьев. На машине мы посещали местные достопримечательности и исследовали пляжи. Все было великолепно! Мы предпочитаем готовить сами и в доме все было для этого. В 5 мин езды от дома есть новый и большой продуктовый магазин EuroSpin. Для большего комфорта нам не хватало посудомойки и микроволновки, но мы знали что их нет и были к этому готовы. Много различных моющих средств и это позволяет легко поддерживать чистоту в доме. Дом чистый и просторный и имеет 2 терассы, есть возможность делать барбекю что мы с удовольствием сделали. Бассейн в 20 шагах от дома и это большой плюс. Уважаемые Titti E Vito, больше спасибо Вам за эту возможность провести наш отпуск в вашем доме. Мы без сомнения рекомендуем тут останавливаться всем желающим.

Location carina, immersa nelle colline riminesi. Casa molto spaziosa, perfetta per grandi gruppi. Camere da letto più che funzionali, cucina attrezzatissima con spazi e strumenti perfetti per chi ama cucinare. Ampio living tra parentesi di grande impatto. Godibile zona esterna con Dehors, e jacuzzi da utilizzare in periodo estivo. Host disponibili e cortesi. Smart tv e ampia selezione di giochi da tavolo apprezzatissima. Molto utile la dotazione di ingredienti base per cucinare.

Die Unterkunft war super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage auf einer kleinen Anhöhe ist ein Traum, Sonnenuntergang inklusive. Martina ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin!

Fabio ist ein toller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in dem Haus richtig wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten war toll und hat besonders den Kindern total gut gefallen. Der Pool ist ansprechend und super für eine Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Im Garten wachsen Feigen Bäume mit super leckeren Früchten. Fabio hat uns begrüßt und verabschiedet und zwischendurch immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist - ein wirklich toller Service. Sollten wir nochmal in die Region kommen ist Fabio sicher unsere erste Wahl.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Umgebung. Tolles Haus, mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet. Waschmaschine ist super. Ein gutes Restaurant ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In 15 Minuten mit dem Auto ist man im nächstgrößeren Ort mit Einkaufszentrum etc. sowie am Meer. Ohne Auto ist es jedoch schwierig Unternehmungen zu planen. Preis/Leistung ist top und die Gastgeberin sehr hilfsbereit und nett.

Accueil exceptionnel, équipe au petit soin, très chaleureuse et à l’écoute.Accès direct à la plage privée depuis la résidence,appartement conforme à la description, propre avec balcon et vue sur mer depuis quasiment tous les appartements.Je recommande, un très bon rapport qualité prix pour un séjour en famille

Peaceful but close to everything’

Excellent logement. Dans un quartier privé et calme. Parking privé pour une voiture mais nombreuses places de parking aux alentours. Facilité d'accès à la mer à pied et proche du centre et des restaurants. Michelangelo est une personne très amicale et réactive. Ca a été un plaisir de communiquer avec lui. Si je devais trouver un petit défaut je dirai qu'il manquait un peu d'équipement dans la cuisine tel que des produits de 1ère nécessité (poivre, huile, ...) et un peu de vaisselle pour 6 personnes (tasses, verres à vin). Pour le reste rien à redire. A recommander

Luogo perfetto per rigenerarsi e host di un’accoglienza incredibile. Ci torneremo sicuramente per provare anche l’esperienza dell’home restaurant. Ancora complimenti per la ristrutturazione e per la disponibilità di tutta la famiglia

Luogo stupendo, tranquillo e ben curato. Gli host sono una coppia gentilissima e disponibilissima. Si è anche offerto di aiutarmi per il barbecue alla mia richiesta di informazioni sul funzionamento dello stesso. Colazione inclusa di alta qualità e con uova derivanti dalle tre galline presenti in residenza. Tenda spaziosa attrezzata con piumoni e letto comodo, con panorama mozzafiato al risveglio al mattino. È anche presente una piscinetta. Da passarci assolutamente almeno una notte. Noi torneremo di sicuro.

Traumhafte moderne Unterkunft in toller Lage. Im Haus befinden sich vier Ferienappartments, mit denen man sich den Pool teilt. Alles ist super gepflegt, sauber und modern. Auch die Außenanlage ist liebevoll gestaltet und gepflegt. Fabio und Monia sind super freundlich und versorgen einen mit Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Such a peaceful location, you can fully relax here, it is like your home away from home. with comfortable bed, and living area we were able to spread out and relax for the first time in days. we did not feel the need to go out and simply enjoyed a bottle of wine. while we had ours with us, we noticed the host had several to purchase in unit. would not change anything about this place it was perfect.
