Monica was the best host I've met. The communicaton with her was very easy, her response time is super quick. The instructions to go in to home is very clear and she is supporting the instructions with videos. Her place is exactly as it seems on the photos and maybe even more beautiful. The view from the balcony and the terrace is mesmerizing. Neighbourhood was very calm and quiet but it might be because it was off season when I stayed there. Although the neighbourhood is calm, the markets and closest shopping centers are only within 15 minutes driving distance. House is also very close to the Villa Balbianello. The house was very clean, Monica left everything we need in the fridge and kitchen. Lastly she helped us a lot during our stay with her recommendations for restaurants, shops, facilities around the region.

All I've gotta say is that if you are even considering booking this Amazing apartment with one of the Most Spectacularly Magical views of Lake Como just do yourself a favor & Book It! Elena is an incredible host with Amazing communication from start to finish. Elena welcomed us by picking us up from the nearby bus stop & was so kind to get us settled into the Fantastic apartment. The welcome water & snacks were a nice touch after a long day of travel. Unfortunately it rained for the majority of our stay but please know that it was still one of the most beautiful stays ever! The attention to detail like leaving a couple of umbrellas for us to discover just outside the apartment door was extremely thoughful as we explored the nearby town of Lenno that I highly recommend. The apartment is located to walkable yummy local restaurants, grocery store etc. The apartment is nicely equipped with with everything you need & the beds are Super comfy. We hope to return soon!

Das Haus ist eine Perle. Wir waren bereits ein zweites Mal dort und werden wieder kommen. Simon ist ein top Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Grandioser Ort um abzuschalten und zu geniessen.

Laura's home was lovely -- very clean and comfortable, with spectacular views from every room. It looked just like the photos: charmingly retro, with all the amenities we needed. Laura greeted us warmly and gave us a map of local attractions and eateries, including a bakery right across the street and a coffee shop just up the hill. This was our first visit to Lake Como and we didn't realize how narrow and windy the roads are (we should have arrived before dark -- our fault), but Laura's place was easy to find, just off the main road and not noisy at all. Felt like a slice of heaven.

We had a lovely stay at Il Terrazzino! The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the house was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view over the lake was absolutely stunning, and the location was perfect—peaceful, yet just a short drive to everything. We would definitely recommend it and would love to return!

Solveig’s place had everything for our large group of 7 adults and 5 kids. Lots of space and mattresses in the house. Comfortable beds and cozy rooms. There were toys for the kids and kitchen had everything that we needed. Beautiful views and church bells in the evenings were very special!!

Great place with a fantastic view of the lake! I found everything to be as described with the sauna being an obvious highlight. Due to the house being located at a cul-de-sac, it feels very private (except for the odd rando intrigued by the view or the owner's sister collecting some furniture on Easter weekend). The autobahn is nearby, but its sound doesn't overwhelm that of the cow bells, so no big deal.

One of the best views you can get. Even the pictures can not show how good it is. The house was very clean. The easiest check-in ever. Michele is a great host and answered to any question we had. Many thanks!

Appartement avec une vue superbe sur le lac, en plein centre de Menaggio et à 3min à pied des départs de ferry. Parking sur place très appréciable mais attention pour petite voiture (type SUV ou berline pas possible). Appartement bien équipé, très propre, et calme. Lit bébé et chaise haute mises à disposition par Marco, tout était parfait pour notre séjour avec nos deux filles 4 et 1,5 ans! Marco est un hôte très réactif et disponible. Arrivée autonome par boîte à clés. Si nous devons revenir au lac de Côme, nous séjournons sans aucun doute à nouveau ici!

Hello Nada, Thank you so much for hosting us! We stayed for 2 days with 3 families and everything about the place exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was very well equipped, which made cooking and spending time together so enjoyable. The beds were super comfortable, and the entire place was spotless and well-maintained. A special thank you as well for the thoughtful gift of wine—it was such a lovely surprise and truly added a special touch to our stay. Moderne schöne Unterkunft, ruhig, gut ausgestattet, schöne Gegend und hilfsbereite Vermieter. See sowie Supermarkt und Bäckerei in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir und unsere Hündin haben uns wohl gefühlt. Kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und hätte nicht schönen sein können! Top Lage mit sehr schönem Ausblick. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief perfekt. Wir können die Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen und werden wieder kommen.

Andrea nous a laissé des instructions claires par téléphone, ce qui a rendu notre arrivée très simple et flexible. C’est un hôte accueillant et attentionné, qui nous a conseillé d’excellents restaurants et activités à proximité. Il avait tout prévu pour notre confort : place de parking, barrières de lit pour notre enfant, et même une petite surprise à notre arrivée. Quant au logement, il est encore plus magnifique que sur les photos. Le cadre est splendide, avec une vue imprenable depuis le balcon. Nous avons passé un séjour formidable à San Mamete chez Andrea, qui nous a permis de découvrir les beautés du lac de Lugano et des environs. La localisation est idéale : à seulement 30 minutes de Menaggio, sur le lac de Côme, pour explorer les stations touristiques, et à 20 minutes de charmants villages suisses comme Lugano, parfaits pour des excursions en famille. Un immense merci à Andrea pour son accueil chaleureux, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

This was our first time staying on Lake Como and this place did not disappoint. It was quiet and relaxing and to stay in a town away from all the hustle and bustle was so relaxing. Our hosts Alessandra and Roberto checked in on us pre check in and during our stay they made us feel at home! Would definitely come back again

Dave and his family were very welcoming and had excellent communication throughout our stay. His father picked us up from the ferry station and took us on a small tour around Gravedona village which was very helpful. The house was beautiful, the views were breathtaking and the hosts were just amazing. Thank you Dave for this wonderful house, our trip was well worth our money!

Beautiful apartment and amazing views, exactly as described. Host Paola was very helpful and the check-in info was easy to follow. The bed was comfortable and water pressure great (for older building). The location was amazing – being on the water in a quieter town. Bellano was definitely the choice for us. Other more popular known towns such as Bellagio and Varenna are definitely worth the visit but too busy and touristy for our liking, even end of April. The main purpose for our trip to Lake Como was the Villa del Balbianello in Lenno, another very beautiful and less touristy town, especially early morning. Orrido di Bellano is definitely a must see. I can recommend Bar Truth where we stopped for lunch (great pizza) and Bar Testori where we had our last morning coffees, fresh croissants and paninis to go. We would definitely stay at Paola’s if/when revisiting Lake Como again.

Locație excelentă, priveliște absolut minunată și gazde extrem de receptive la nevoile turiștilor! Cu siguranță vom reveni în acest loc unde, deși departe de casă, te simți ca acasă! Recomandăm tuturor celor ce-și doresc o vacanță reușită!

We verbleven met veel plezier midden tussen de bergen. De baita is gezellig, heeft een heerlijke tuin, bbq, en kachel voor binnen. Onze kinderen (1 en 4 jaar) hebben genoten van het spelen in de tuin. We hebben heerlijke wandeltochten gemaakt. Deze ruimte is echt aan te raden voor wie de stilte en de rust van de bergen zoekt. We waren er begin mei en de temperatuur was heerlijk. Veel zon gehad. De host was heel flexibel rond aankomst en vertrek. Bedankt Emanuele voor de tip op de Passo della Forgalo te lopen. Een adembenemende tocht die naast het huisje begint.

The place is very, very beautiful, and the dealing and communication with her was very nice and kind, and she answered quickly when I asked questions. She also helped me with the best tourist and beautiful places in the areas close to the residence. Also, all my friends ask me where this beautiful place is when they saw the pictures I took when I was at home. I will visit you again soon.

Logement magnifique avec vue et accès au lac. Tout s'est très bien passé, le logement était parfait. nous avons un bébé et un petit, toute le matériel de puériculture était a disposition et très utile. nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Our stay at this charming lakeside house was nothing short of amazing! Ein schönes kleines Haus direkt am See. Pure Entspannung mit Sauna und genug Platz zu viert auf dem Sofa zu sitzen. Man ist schnell in der Stadt oder in den Bergen und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Sehr netter Kontakt und einwandfreie Kommunikation.

Our stay at Daru‘s place was just great! It‘s a beautiful house with an amazing view on the lake, quiet, and a very relaxing garden with pool. The house is exactly as described and has everything you need. Daru is an awesome host, very responsive and friendly, and he welcomed us personally. We can very much recommend Daru‘s place and hope to come back!
