This artful digs is walkable to countless bars, restaurants, parks, boutiques, and nightlife destinations, making it an ideal and convenient getaway. Enjoy the backyard, cozy up near the backyard fire, explore Indianapolis museums, sightsee on bike, get your city fix, and fire up your late night plans. Pack your bags, this is it.

Private Garden Studio (No Bath Tub/Shower)

We have been hosting guests in our carriage house for years and recently completed this brand new garden studio specifically for short-term Air BnB guests. This is a perfect location for one or two guests for one or two nights. The space does not have a shower or bath tub so longer term stays would be difficult. There is a small refrigerator in the space for storing any food and drink. The garden studio will be your private space with your own private entrance overlooking our vegetable garden.

Kick back and relax in this calm, welcoming space. 20-minute walk to Lucas Oil Stadium, 15-minute walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. 25-minute walk to the convention center. Steps away from the Cultural Trail in the Fountain/Fletcher District, you are a short walk away from coffee shops, locally owned restaurants, hip bars, award-winning breweries, and trendy boutiques. You’ll be able to conveniently explore everything downtown has to offer. The walkability of this location is excellent.

Our carriage house (built 2019) sits behind our historic home on the near eastside of Indianapolis. We curated the space with the modern traveler in mind- from the design to the local coffee and art. There’s no better place to explore downtown Indy than our stylish condo in the heart of it all. We have free parking on site, but you won’t need your car! Wineries, breweries, coffee shops, antique dealers and entertainment venues are all minutes away. At night, you’ll enjoy the sparkling skyline view.

There’s a living room with a table and chairs, a bedroom with a queen-size bed - nightstands, dresser and closet space with hangers for your use - and a newly remodeled full bathroom. There’s also a kitchenette in the hallway which is an antique Hoosier Cabinet equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot, and hot water pot.
