This was really the perfect weekend getaway for our family. We were three couples and one single adult and one infant and the homeless spacious and clean and perfectly located right on the beach. It was really comfortable and perfect, everything was great. Make sure you know to park in the correct assigned space, because there is an above ground and a below ground space with the same number. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice, attractive high-rise unit in convenient location. It worked well for our family of 5. The unit has all the modern amenities you would want. Very spacious and amazing light-filled kitchen with all windows on two sides. The beach is about a 15-minute walk down a nice path. Good high-end commercial center with lots of food options 1 block away. Amitay was good with communication.

Vanessa was on site most of the time and always answered our queries and was very approachable The studio was close to the busstop to TelAviv etc which was good. We could walk to the Mall and the new site Piano for supermarket chemist etc The kitchen needs a lot of improvement as really couldn’t do more than breakfast and salads We would come again though as we liked the position of the apartment for us but it’s no good if you want a beach holiday I’m afraid. Especially in the heat for the walk

Right on the beach and very nice building with a pool. Host is very responsive and friendly. She put a lot of effort into her directions and answered a lot of questions about the area. Would return!!

Wow, it was an amazing stay. A beautifully designed and surprisingly spacious apartment with high ceilings and many windows. The building itself is an old one, as most are in the neighborhood. No chic outside should be expected, - rather a multicultural cozy-small-city Israeli milieu. The location is perfect for shopping groceries and stuff, the bus and train stops are nearby, though we used our car. It's not easy to find a spare parking space close to the building, but it's possible. The beaches of Bat-Yam are just 20 minutes walk on a straight Rothschild str. The nearby bakery shop Lehem Hodaya is amazingly tasty, we even bought some with us when we left home. We loved it there and would love to come back.

We stayed at Joel's place from July 31 – Sept. 3, 2023. Before we arrived, we had some questions. We contacted the host (Joel) and he responded immediately with all the information we needed. When we arrived the place was very clean. We were 7 people (4 adults and 3 children) and the place accommodated us very comfortably. It had everything you needed. The view from the balcony is amazing. It faces the sea and you get an unobstructed view. We spent many a mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony enjoying the view of the sea. There were a couple of minor issues when we were there but they were attended to immediately by the hosts and did not cause us any inconvenience. On a couple of occasions, the hosts came around with wine and cake including a very tasty apple pie baked by Joel. The hosts are very nice people who did everything to ensure our stay was enjoyable. It was a wonderful experience all around and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great location, great host, and super communicative and responsive. The balcony is 10/10 and for the best location, and host in TLV look no further.

We were warmly welcomed by Or’s family. The accommodations are a small independent studio attached to a larger house with access to a nice yard in the back and large gorgeous park a few blocks away. It fit our needs perfectly for an overnight in Rishon near an event we had to attend.

היה תענוג להתארח אצל דן. דירה מקסימה עם כל מה שצריך לחופשה בלי דאגות. דן היה זמין כל הזמן, ענה במהירות לכל השאלות ואפילו יצר קשר בעצמו כדי להסביר לנו דברים על הדירה ולדאוג שיהיה לנו הכי נוח ושנרגיש בבית. בנוסף, דן היה מאוד גמיש ואיפשר לנו להישאר שעות נוספות בדירה ביום האחרון ללא שום תשלום נוסף בעקבות דחיית הטיסה. סך הכל, חוויה מאוד חיובית. ממליצה בחום!

Gorgeous, comfortable, expansive apartment with huge beautiful private outdoor rooftop space. Backs up to park & playground. Great for dog walking. Amazing location - short walk to stores & restaurants. Great toys & books for the kids. Master bed and 2 upstairs twin beds are very comfortable. But the bunk bed & expandable bed mattresses in the 2 kids' rooms are thin & only suitable for small children. So it really sleeps 4 adults & 4 kids. Kitchen was amazing & super well equipped. Owner was friendly, helpful, and very flexible. We loved our time there and felt very much at home.

Amazing 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of Tel Aviv. The place is newly renovated, easily accessible, quiet and clean with all you need for a long stay. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, two bathrooms, all the linens and towels you'll need and two very comfortable bedrooms. Shulamit was always responsive and addressed every question, will definitely come back.

Brian is a brilliant host and very welcoming. The apartment is a few mins walk to Jaffa and the flea market, likewise the beach is straight down the road. As far as value for money goes you won't find much better trust me. The apartment has a balcony great for breakfast etc. We have stayed here before and would highly recommend this apartment. Thanks Brian a kind and helpful host.

Felt right at home at Amir’s apartment. Lots of space with a very large balcony to relax on in the morning. Was on a peaceful street but very close to the main streets with lots of restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed this neighborhood, it felt very friendly and family oriented. Apartment felt like an authentic experience for the city and good price for all the space you get with 2 full rooms plus kitchen. Would recommend and would stay again next time I come to Tel Aviv

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles drin, was man braucht. Auch die kleine Terrasse mit dem Gartenstück hat uns gut gefallen. Man ist sehr privat dort, niemand kann einem in die Wohnung sehen und es war auch nicht laut. Wir waren nur ein paar Tage da, für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre die Kücheneinrichtung etwas überholungsbedürftig. Es gab zwar genügend aber nur riesige Teller aberkaum Tassen und Gläser. Dafür reichlich Kochgeschirr und Besteck und auch praktische Dinge wie z.B. Frischhalte- und Alufolie und Backpapier. Livnat hat hervorragend kommuniziert, es war immer sofort eine Antwort da. Check In und Check Out waren sehr easy, da der Schlüssel in einem Safe neben der Wohnungstür zu finden ist. Das Haus gehört zu den älteren in Rehovot und die Wohnung hat Charme. Leider schließt die Schlafzimmertür nicht. Wohnungen in Israel sind meist alles andere als gemütlich. Diese ist es. Wir kommen bei Gelegenheit gern wieder.

We had a wonderful time at Anthony's apartment. We were a family of 5, parents and 2 kids and we had enough space for all of us. The location was absolutely perfect with young children , a few minute walk from the marina with lots of restaurants and the mall, and the other direction was a beach! The pool in the apartment was amazing, a big pool, small baby pool and outside area. the view and balcony were great, my kids spent lots of time just watching the boats go by and the fish jump out of the water. Anthony was responsive to all my questions, and very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, spacious, well decorated and comfortable. I would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone. we had an amazing vacation!

Me and my two boys (12 & 16 ) stayed at the apartment for two weeks in August. We enjoyed our stay very much. Me and the older used the bedrooms and the younger slept in the leaving room. Despite the central location , with restaurants just minutes away , it was very quiet during the night . The kitchen area was relatively small , however it was equipped with everything needed to cook and enjoy breakfast and dinner , we usually ate out for lunch. We enjoyed the roof top to watch the sunset and view the boats sailing away, during the day it was too hot to sit on the roof top . The pool was amazing in the mornings and evenings! Having the underground parking was great during hot summer days. Guy was available for our questions and quickly replied .

The flat was absolutely fabulous!! The living room appearance was even nicer than the pictures :-) The kitchen was fully equipped and more - two type of toasters, coffee machine, lots of cooking utensils, plastic bags, plenty of cups and plates from all kind types, there were coffee, oil, salt and pepper, various spices, and even peanut butter and flatbreads. Amazing. The shower was lacking soaps and lotions, baby wipes etc. Washing machine and dryer was life saver with kids. The swimming pool was spacious and fun, partially shaded with nice staff working there. Having the private parking was very important in this area. Ronit was very responsive and very helpful in our stay and I couldn't ask for a better host!

Staying at Irene's place was comfortable and pleasing. Irene is so very nice and responsive. There was an issue with a water drip from the ceiling which could not be helped during our stay. Irene answered any questions we had and made sure to provide extra items we needed on short notice. Everything was as described. The neighborhood and neighbors are nice and the pool was a perfect addition. The location is great for getting around the Sharon area towns without too much traffic.

Yaniv was an excellent host. He was prompt to answer any questions. The location is incredible with an absolutely breathtaking view of the city. The building amenities were unique and a great added benefit. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a fabulous experience with our stay in this apt. It is fully equipped with useful items for the beach and pool, and with supplies for children (baby bath tub, crib, bed rail, hi chair, infant bounce seat). This is a beautifully furnished and clean apt. Sarah and Elad were incredibly responsive and helpful.
