Die erhöhte Lage des Hauses ermöglicht sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Dorf Capoliveri und das Meer im Südwesten und Nordosten. Grosse Terrasse, gemütlicher Platz zum Ausruhen auf dem Sofa oder den Liegestühlen oder zum Essen am Tisch mit Panoramablicken. Zwei Badezimmer sind praktisch und grosszügig, die Küche kompakt und funktionierend für diese Wohnungsgrösse. Das Dorf ist leicht zu Fuss zu erreichen, der Anstieg ist auch nach einem Abendessen im Dorf gut machbar. Der Parkplatz in der Garage ist sehr praktisch. Leider wird keine Bett-, Küchen- oder Badwäsche angeboten, diese muss selbst mitgebracht werden.

Staying here felt very different from a typical hotel—in a wonderful way. It gave me the feeling of actually living in Italy, not just visiting. The home had a warm, local charm that made the experience feel more personal and immersive. The location was perfect for me—within 20 minutes’ walking distance to major attractions, which made exploring very convenient. It’s also close to the airport, which is great for travel, though it does mean you’ll occasionally hear airplane noise. Overall, it was a memorable and comfortable stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a more authentic Italian experience

Brand new, modern, very spacious apartment. Extremely clean and comfortable. In a peaceful (no traffic noice) but convenient location with a nice view of the boats from the terrace.

The best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. If Marin’s apartment is available for your stay in Florence, snap it up. It’s an amazing spacious apartment in the ideal location, a block behind the Duomo. Because the apartment faces the interior courtyard of the building, there is absolutely no street noise whatsoever. The apartment was pristine, modern, extremely comfortable and well-appointed with extreme attention to detail. The washer (and Dryer!) came in very handy for our stay in Florence, the mid-point of our two week trip through Italy. Marin was extremely responsive and super helpful with recommendations. The ideal two bedroom apartment for our family of four (me, my wife and our two daughters ages 17 and 21). The upstairs bedroom (with its own full bathroom) was the perfect retreat for our daughters and the master bedroom downstairs was perfect for us. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were ultra modern, clean and relaxing. Apartment and host (Marin) are A+

The appartment is new, very well equiped and it really looks like in the photos. Communication with Alessio was always on time and very usefull. Highly recommnend to stay in Lucca.

We had a fabulous time at Emmy and Jan’s place. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious. The well equipped kitchen made it possible to cook meals easily. The air condition units worked beautifully and was much needed. The location is central with restaurants, shops and the beach within 10 -12 minutes walking distance. Emmy was very responsive and help resolved a couple of minor issues quickly. She also kindly let us have a later check out time which helped us tremendously. We would happily stay in the apartment again if we come back to Tirrenia. Thank you once again for hosting us!

Excelente localização, seja para chegar a pé, que dê ônibus aos pontos turísticos. Carlo foi ótimo anfitrião. Apartamento ótimo.. Vale salientar que há 4 lances de escada. Sugiro iluminar melhor o local da lavadora de roupas e colocar instruções de uso da mesma, já que ela é antiga e não é muito prática.

Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

We had a really lovely stay in Palaia with our 9-month old baby. Andrea’s place is very comfortable, had everything we needed, and is located right in the centre of the town. The garden space outside (and the hot tub!) is a particular treat, with stunning views of the Tuscan scenery but which also felt quite private. Andrea was a great and very helpful host, and gave us lots of information about the local area - grazie! Palaia is a beautiful and lively town with lots going on - we were able to get everything we needed from the shops, visit the lovely churches and see the incredible views from la Rocca. We would particularly recommend the takeaway pizza right outside Andrea’s place - so good we had it twice! We hope to come back some day.

wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Caterina sehr genossen. sehr saubere große Wohnung, in der wie uns wie Zuhause fühlten. die Gegend ist ruhig und alles nötige zu die erreichbar. wir würden gerne wieder kommen. vielen lieben Dank!

Wir waren 3 Nächte hier. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Viele nützliche Informationen für Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Unternehmungen wurden uns von Elisabeth zur Verfügung gestellt . Vielen Dank und alles Gute.

Liebe Giada, es war ein toller Urlaub und wir kommen gern wieder! Zu „meinem Glück“ als Hausfrau/Mutter, fehlte ein Messbecher und eine Auflaufform. Natürlich ist das Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Es ist eine ruhige Straße und es gibt ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr (Cinque Terre/Pietrasanta City) und die Fahrräder im Angebot sind Gold wert! So konnten wir in gefühlt 4 Minuten am Strand sein oder den Einkauf bequem transportieren. Leider ist der öffentliche Strand etwas weiter weg. Der private Strand der in 200 Metern entfernt liegt konnte für 30 Minuten genutzt werden dann wurde aber auch schon darauf hingewiesen das wir entweder einen Platz mit Liege und Schirm mieten oder uns wieder auf den Weg machen müssten da es ein private Platz ist. Das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Morgens, mittags oder abends ein wenig im Meer plantschen war für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Es war wirklich ein schöner Aufenthalt mit allen Annehmlichkeiten.

Susanna ci ha riservato una eccellente accoglienza. La casa immersa nella natura è bellissima e provvista di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. Il giardino ampio e recintato è perfetto per gli amici a quattro zampe che possono giocare liberi e senza preoccupazioni. La zona tranquilla e riparata dal traffico concede agli ospiti il giusto relax. Il centro è a meno di 5 minuti di macchina oppure si può raggiungere a piedi facendo una bella passeggiata nel verde della Maremma. I servizi - quali supermercati e locali - sono anch’essi a meno di 5 minuti. Eccellente.

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

Carla è stata un’host molto gentile e cordiale. Ha coordinato tutto perfettamente tramite l’app, rispondendo celermente alle mie domande e ai consigli che le ho richiesto sulla zona. La casa è molto bella e confortevole, inserita in un contesto splendido ed estremamente rilassante. Strategica la sua posizione: Siena è a 10 minuti di strada e nell’arco di un’ora si raggiungono tutti i borghi più incantevoli della zona. Consiglio l’esperienza!

Ritrovarsi in una "casa", non in un ambiente fatto per essere affittato. Ed una casa ha sempre un'anima, come il suo proprietario Leandro che ci ha accolti ed accompagnati anche nella storia di questa casa. Che dire, ecco l'Airbnb che ci piace. Posizione strategica in un'area dove c'e' solo l'imbarazzo della scelta su cosa visitare.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es war sehr nett, abends auf dem Balkon zu sitzen. Alles, was wir benötigten, war vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Beide Supermärkte sind sehr nah. Das Dorfzentrum ist nur ca. 500 m und der Strand 1 km entfernt. Francesca ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, sie ist sehr freundlich. Wir konnten auch früher einchecken. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from the walls. It was a quiet area, which suited us well (having a baby with us). Parking space for the car was great. Good communication with the host, Angela. Only thing to mention is that there was a bit of noise in the kitchen/livingroom until about 21:00 from the yogastudio/nearby gym. Didn’t disturb us, and not anything you heard in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this place!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo appartamento con un gruppo di amici e siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti della nostra scelta! La posizione è davvero perfetta, a pochi passi dal centro di Montecatini, il che ha reso comode le nostre esplorazioni della città. L’appartamento è spazioso, ben organizzato e dotato di ogni comfort, pulito e accogliente proprio come descritto nelle recensioni precedenti. Oksana è stata una padrona di casa eccezionale, sempre disponibile e attenta a rispondere prontamente alle nostre domande. L’atmosfera era tranquilla, perfetta per rilassarsi, ma allo stesso tempo comoda per visitare le principali attrazioni della Toscana, raggiungibili facilmente in treno. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, grazie anche ai servizi moderni e alle dettagliate istruzioni fornite per il check-in. Raccomando vivamente questo appartamento per chiunque desideri trascorrere del tempo in un ambiente piacevole e in una posizione comoda. Sicuramente torneremo!

Host molto gentile e professionale. Appartamento pulito e spazioso. Comodo per 4/5 persone. Posizione tranquilla, comodi anche gli spostamenti per raggiungere il centro ovviamente considerando il periodo dell’anno.

I booked it for my parents, the location was good and the flat is great. the only thing to note that it is on the third floor with no lift and for an older couple, it might be challenging to get luggage up and down.

So lovely and great value - lots of thoughtful touches and easy to find car parking. The freshly renovated bathroom is lovely!! Very well equipped.

Sabina’s place was perfect!!! 13 minutes walk away from The Leaning Tower and resturant’s. The apartment was spotlessly clean, not a spec of dust anywhere. Beautiful surprise balcony which had the tower and dome in sight. And Sabina was the loveliest lady ever! So so kind. Thank you for having us even if it was just for the night! Couldn’t fault it! Xx
