Our stay was perfect. The house is comfortable, delightful outdoor patio, fantastic bath and shower. Convenient to grocery, bus and park.

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

L’appartamento è molto accogliente pulito e di nuova costruzione. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi l’area pedonale e l’accesso al mare. Linda una padrona di casa impeccabile sempre disponibile, indicazioni per raggiungere l’appartamento e accedervi minuziose e dettagliate. Raccomando la soluzione proposta.

Super lieve vrouw met top ontvangst. Heel betrokken bij haar gasten. Echt wat je nog ouderwets zoekt bij een b&b. Lekkere mand fruit in de keuken staat klaar. Goede tips voor restaurants in de omgeving voor ontbijt en diner. Appartement heerlijk ruim. Dan je wel Stefania en vriendin ( die zo lief was om alle vertalingen te doen😁)

Excellent séjour! La maison avec son jardin sont un havre de paix à proximité de tous les points touristiques de Venise. L’accueil a été très sympathique, les conseils très utiles. Hôte très réactif et disponible. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Great place! Used it as a rest stop between coming down from the Dolomites and visiting Venice/Caorle while traveling by car. The apartment is spacious and has everything you’d likely need during a trip. You’ll need to take a short 5-minute drive to Ceggia for dinner, but that shouldn’t be a problem if you have a car. Aniello is a great host — friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend the place!

Wir waren im April zu dritt in dem sehr schönen Häuschen von Fabian und haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Wir hatten viel schlechtes Wetter, umso mehr haben wir uns bei Regenwetter über das heiße Jakuzzi gefreut. Auch im Haus wurde es dank des Kamins nie zu kalt. Direkt vom Haus aus kann man eine tolle Wanderung unternehmen. In einer halben Stunde Fahrzeit ist man in den höheren Bergen. Wunderbar, dass man im Umkreis viele kleine und große Städte besuchen kann. Viele gute Eisdielen und Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bell'appartamento moderno in zona centrale di Padova. Spazi puliti e ben organizzati, con la cucina che si apre su piccolo giardino interno. Area tranquilla e silenziosa. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono i principali punti di d'interesse della città. Parcheggi a pagamento nelle vicinanze, spostandosi un poco si possono trovare anche strisce bianche dove parcheggiare gratuitamente. Alberto ha sempre risposto in modo tempestivo alle domande, e si è dimostrato cortese e disponibile.

Cómodo, bonito, completo y muy limpio alojamiento en una zona tranquila, a media hora andando de la plaza de San Marcos y a menos de 10 minutos de multitud de bares y restaurantes y de varias paradas de Vaporetto. El anfitrión responde rápido y con recomendaciones claras y prácticas. Todo de 10. Si buscas un alojamiento en Venecia tranquilo pero al mismo tiempo con todo a mano, este es tu sitio.

El departamento es muy cómodo. Fuimos en invierno y no pudimos aprovechar mucho la terraza. El baño es muy amplio y con buenas instalaciones. El colchón estaba muy bien y de buenas dimensiones. Hay algunos negocios y un supermercado grande en cercanías. La caminata al centro de la ciudad es relativamente corta y agradable.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung in der man sich gleich wie zu Hause fühlt und einer traumhaften Terrasse auf der wir in der Sonne frühstücken konnten. Meine Ansprechpartnerin war immer erreichbar und hatte viele Tipps. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal mitten im zauberhaften Venedig. Ganz herzlichen Dank für dieses einmalige Erlebnis.

An excellent apartment in a great location! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Silvia was incredibly kind and welcoming, always quick to respond and eager to help with any questions we had. We really appreciated her hospitality and attention to detail. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return!

Dimitri and Valentina were incredibly nice and accomodating with us and their place was beautiful will definitely come back

This flat is very well located - 12/13 minutes from Piazzale Roma (very convenient to everyone arriving either by public transportation or car) and 25-28 minutes from S. Marco. It’s surprisingly quiet - it faces a canal but it’s a bit secluded from all the main, noisy, busy areas. It’s a comfortable flat - it has two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed, and another with two single beds; there’s a living/dining room with an open kitchen (dishwasher included) with all the utensils and basic condiments; and one bathroom with a small washing machine. The host, Amelia, who lives upstairs, is super responsive and nice. She tried her best to help us with arrival details and checkin time, clarified all local procedures for tourists, and even helped us book a water taxi to the airport.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben, uns erwarteten keine Überraschungen. Die Kommunikation mit Christina war immer perfekt. Besonders gut fanden wir auch den abschließbaren Garagenstellplatz. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

The location is perfect close to San Marcos square. I solely booked for the rooftop terrace and location. It’s a unique space on the top floor of the building. The space has basically 3 levels. Great use of space with charm. It’s exactly as described and my family had a very pleasant stay. The host was very proactive, responsive, and also sent several tips and recommendations.

Apartamentul este curat și primitor. Este foarte aproape de stația de autobuz care duce spre Veneția ceea ce reprezintă un plus. De asemenea, gazdele au fost receptive la orice nevoie și ne-au ajutat în cel mai scurt timp. Recomand cu mare drag!☺️

Ein wunderbares Apartment in einer perfekten Lage. Direkt in der Fußgängerzone mit Restaurants,Supermarkt und Bars aber trotzdem sehr sehr ruhig. Frühstückskaffee (Goppion) direkt vor der Tür und zu empfehlen. Nach dem Tag in Vendig oder auf den wunderschönen Insel kamen wir mit Freude in das Apartment und konnten sofort abschalten. Die Dachterrassen sind einfach unglaublich und haben den ganzen Tag Sonne. Wir haben diese gerne zum entspannen genutzt um den Tag zu beenden oder eine Pause vor dem Abendessen zu machen. Es ist alles blitzsauber und gemütlich. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Elena ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Sehr zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Amazing visit! The views from the apartment were exceptional with the 3 huge, opening, floor to ceiling door/windows, in addition to the enormous private terrace. We felt like we were true residents of Venice, totally connected to the beauty, activity, and natural elements of the Grand Canal and Carregio district. Pietro was unbelievably helpful to us, including water taxi, restaurants, tour guide and museum input.....he helped make our stay magical! Everything was all more than worth what we paid!

Amazing place with a terrace offering wonderful views of Venice! Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Spacious room, well-lit dining room, tv area with skylight, and well-equipped kitchen. Would return if ever back in Venice!

Questo alloggio a Jesolo ci ha sorpresi molto, non sembrava nemmeno di essere a Jesolo. Casa ben situata in una zona molto tranquilla e con tanto verde intorno è situata in una bella zona soprattutto. Vicini super simpatici, che dire è uno di quei posti in cui vorresti subito tornare per non parlare del design della casa e la pulizia e l’immenso spazio che c’è. Se volete passare una piccola vacanza a Jesolo o un weekend in tranquillità vi consiglio questo alloggio.

Buena relación con el precio. Muy cerca de la Plaza de San Marcos, con agua caliente ideal para el invierno. Es pequeño para cuatro personas con muchas maletas, pero la descripción del anuncio fue exacta y menciona claramente su tamaño, así como también menciona que hay escaleras que subir. Su cercanía, precio y amenidades hacen que sea muy buena opción.
