Thanks to Eynar we had an amazing vacation! You have everything you need for the great vacation with BBQ, sauna and outdoor pool, and for sure very friendly and approachable host! Highly recommended!

Me my family in total 12 people, had absolutely relaxing and comfortable stay and all amenities were provided. The host brother was in constant contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

My family (including 4 young children) had an amazing time at Kanan's house. Everything was ready at the check-in, both check-in and checkouts were flexible which is highly appreciated when with small children. My family has fallen in love with the garden, the pool and the summer kitchen area. Everything was made to enjoy time together and make great memories. The house was very large, with ACs and all appliences needed. Kids especially loved the toys and Kanan has gone above and beyond with kids toys, so they have fun! Kanan was super quick to respond, always super helpful and clear communication. His dad who we've also met was also delightful gentleman to communicate with. The place is in a quiet area, among families. Taxi can be ordered via yango app, food delivery oj wolt also works to the house. Mardakan has few interesting restaurants and of course Baku is not far. Mynrecommendation for travelling families is to hire car rental, as we found some taxis refusing to take stroller.

The villa is located by the sea, with a quiet beach and a magnificent sunset on the sea.

Tea is a very friendly and wonderful host, her house is amazing, it’s spotless clean, well equipped with everything you need even professional grill on patio to do some barbecues. Location is great with amazing view from the house, it’s only takes 15 minute drive from city center (Freedom Square) Definitely she’s highly recommended host and I’d always stay there

It was our perfect family reunion vacation. Location is quiet and peaceful. A little far from Batumi, but that what we were looking for. Beach with black sand was right behind the fence. You will need car or taxi to go to any grocery store. They also have family restaurant in walking distance (be prepared they accept cash only) Each room had anything for comfortable stay - shampoo, gel shower, soap, towels, wardrobes, fridges with drinks and snacks (extra pay). All rooms had TV and balconies with chairs and tables. Host was extremely responsive and always helped us with any needs - organizing dinner with fresh food cooked by company of cooks in front of you; also helped us with transfer to/from airport with good prices. Few minuses: little tricky washer, no microwave. Overall great stay and highly recommended host!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Tbilisi! The location was perfect—close to key attractions, great restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The place is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing any time of day. We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi. Our stay at Qeta Villa was absolutely perfect! Everything exceeded our expectations — the villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location was peaceful and offered a wonderful sense of privacy, while still being close enough to everything we needed. The amenities were top-notch, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay special. Communication with the host was smooth and very helpful. This was our first time in Georgia, and let me tell you, without this house and our host David, I dont think we would have had as much fun and a feeling of belonging as we did. Very fancy house, nice garden behind the house, very beautiful nature area to walk outside the house, with berry trees and plums parallel to where you walk. Also as someone who isnt the biggest fan of dogs, the dogs in the area were the cutest, and would even walk around you when going out for a walk to protect you. David welcomed us and laid out his rules, which were very fair all regarding hygiene and taking care of the house. The house was equipped with everything we need, and was very modern and european looking. He even did BBQ for us which and we got to know each other, and all about his culture. He even offered to tell us all about the nice places we can visit with him in Georgia. Big thanks to David, and because of him, we’d surely come back. Looking forward to seeing you again! I can’t begin to tell you how much I recommend this house

Отмечали день рождения большой компанией. Снимали дом на два дня. Сам дом идеально подходит для больших выездов и празднований. Каждое спальное место было очень удобным, свежее постельное белье, удобные матрасы, тёплый пол во всем доме и все необходимые принадлежности (полотенца, зубные щетки, зубная паста, шампуни и кондиционеры) - оставили хорошее впечатление. Понравилось обилие красивой посуды, можно сделать прекрасный ужин на 12 персон и более. Большой мангал и розжиг тоже очень помогли в готовке. Интернет быстрый, качественный. Локация недалеко от продуктовых магазинов в городе (~15 минут) , имейте в виду, что доставки продуктов нет, лучше привезти с собой. Хозяйка дома отвечала быстро и во всем помогала.

I had a wonderful stay at Ramil’s clean and beautiful villa, with his friendly and helpful hospitality making it a great experience.

It was out fourth time in Reva's house. This time we came for three weeks and it wasn't enough!!! If you are looking for an quiet, peaceful, healing place- this is it! Amazing high level comfort, clean air, beautiful house and fruit trees in garden (the grapes are just fantastic!!!), total privacy and big private pool! Its kind a paradise especially if you come with kids (Revas is super kids friendly!!!). All our requests were fulfilled by best! We felt in love with this place. Revas and Fati became our good friends. I'm sure we will come next summer too! Thanks you dear Revas for an amazing vacation you made for us!

The place was amazing, exactly like the pictures and we were stunned by the views and how well kept the house was! The swimming pool was temprature controlled so we swam in the cold also! and we had more than required linen and ameneties! Im definitely coming back to stay at this place as the host gave us recommendations for everything in gabala!

Домик очень приятный, есть камин, посудомойка, стиральная машина. Отдыхали друзьями 13 человек, жарили шашлык, ходили в сауну, купались в бассейне. Все было хорошо. К сожалению нам не повезло с погодой, и в доме было холодно спать ночью. Мы выбрали подогреть бассейн (за дополнительную плату 300 лари) вместо того чтобы подогреть дом. Не знали, что подогревание бассейна будет за дополнительные деньги, и что на выбор будет либо теплый дом, либо теплый бассейн.
