Everything went perfect, the apartment was fully equipped for a week-long stay, everything was in good condition. The location also is great, you can really see the sea from the balcony, and last but not least - the host was very welcoming and provided all the necessary info. Definitely recommend.

It was my second stay at this apartment and I was, again, fully satisfied with my choice. The apartment is well furnished, the bed very comfortable. The balcony is really nice. I really appreciate how calm the place is while being in a very central location, thanks to the building's location in an inner courtyard off a central street. There are several supermarkets right on the street, nice cafés and restaurants etc. The host is extremely reactive. Communication is easy. I really appreciated that they came to meet me when I arrived at 3 in the morning instead of 11pm after a problem with my flight. It's great value for the money and highly recommended.

I can't recommend Elena’s apartment enough! The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It looked exactly like in the pictures. One of the highlights was the view from the balcony. The location was also great, just a 20-minute walk from the old town of Tbilisi, making it easy to explore the city. Elena was a wonderful host, very kind and quick to respond to our messages. Overall, I would definitely book this apartment again on my next visit to Tbilisi.

The home is really a place perfectly for families specially for us. very responsive and helpful host. we love the interior it is exactly what we are looking for. the kitchen is superb very spacious! and it got everything we needed. the living room is very relaxing. the bedrooms were on the spot. perfect sizes of beds and linens. my kids and us have enjoyed our stay in Hyur. Highly recommended.

Fijn appartement. Goede faciliteiten en schoon. Communicatie met Samvel verliep vlot en vriendelijk. Dichtbij een groot warenhuis en metro is op loopafstand. Zou het zeker aanraden.

Номер соответствует фото, есть всё необходимое. Очень тепло, не было проблем с горячей водой, не было проблем с электричеством. Пешком без проблем можно дойти до подъемников Crystal и Didveli, а с Didveli при наличии снега можно доехать до отеля по тротуару на доске/лыжах :) К сожалению, сам отель не так хорош, как был раньше: ресторан закрыт, магазин открыт не всегда, про бассейн (подозреваю, он тоже был закрыт) и зону хранения инвентаря вообще ничего не сказали, но шкафчики для хранения точно есть. Ну и в номерах прекрасная слышимость - звукоизоляции нет. Имейте в виду. Но зато сам отель расположен в тихой спокойной зоне, на улице шума не было вообще. За свои деньги это очень хороший номер, как минимум для катания на Didveli рекомендую!

Can’t express the comfort, kindness with words. Clean space was satisfying, one and only airbnb host I will choose forever. Location is in the middle of the center, you can easily reach two metro station, funicular, mtatsminda park and so many popular places by walking.

Everything was great! The apartment's location is excellent – right in the center of the city with easy access to all the main attractions, and there’s also a beautiful view from the window. The host was very attentive and responded very quickly and friendly, which was actually very important to me.

Аккуратные апартаменты со всеми удобствами. Внутри идеальная чистота. Есть вся посуда. В доме запрещено курить и это прекрасно😍 Всё соответствует фотографиям. Приятный, тихий район, парк рядом, магазины круглосуточные рядом и кафе. Замечательный хозяин, который всегда был на связи. Спасибо большое! Наш отдых удался.

We had an amazing stay at Kenya’s house. It was so perfect for my family, it had toys for the kids and so much space for them to play. The beds were very comfortable and the street outside was quiet even tho it’s near to the Main Street. It had everything we needs such a tea, coffee, spices, even pasta in the cupboard. It really felt like home. Would highly recommend.

Had a fantastic time. Place is at the forefront of old Tbilisi and all the places are accessible through walking. The place is big and can easily accommodate a nuclear family. Enjoyed our stay. Host Nana was very friendly and accessible

When we went to Kazbegi. It was really cold and Irma's place was great as we spent hours in there. And, she helped us with everything from taxis to breakfast. Overall it was a wonderful experience :)

Keti is a very kind person. She was always there to answer all questions. Here apartment was very clean and I felt right at home. she also had a mattress cover on her bed which means a lot. A lot of places don’t take to thing of things like this. She’s isn’t have a microwave but purchased one and had it delivered to me. That was so nice of her. I would definitely recommend staying at her place. I enjoyed it so much I’m thinking of extending my stay. Thanks Keti for being such an awesome host.

Михаил всегда был на связи, оперативно решал все вопросы, связанные с различными нюансами. В Орби присутствует проблема с лифтами, надо немного попроще к ней относится и приспосабливаться к различным вариантам. Они есть! Проживание и хозяина рекомендую! Спасибо 🙏

Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, und hat sich wirklich um mein Wohlbefinden gekümmert. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit schnell und unkompliziert, was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Apartment war makellos sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für alles!

Aida is a wonderful host. She welcomed me with a bottle of wine and always informed me of potential utility interruptions. Her kind husband came over to fix the water heater immediately after I told them it wasn’t working. The apartment itself is cozy (has one of the better beds I’ve slept on in Tbilisi), and it’s located near one of my favorite restaurants (Maqashvilebtan). Overall, the value is quite good in my opinion. I had a little problem with noisy neighbors, but Aida informed me that they are no longer there.

Alex and Lika are very hospitable and always available. The apartment stays very warm even in sub-zero weather during winter. In Batumi, it is very difficult to find a warm apartment, so if you're coming in winter, this option is definitely for you. On the ground floor of the building, there is a beauty salon and a barbershop. If you need to get your nails done or a haircut, you'll find excellent service and skilled professionals there. There is also a grocery store in the building, Dodo Pizza is right next door, and a 24-hour Spar store with vegetables and fruits. The only downside is the lack of an electric kettle and a microwave, which might be important to someone, and the mattress is a bit worn out from previous tenants, with slight indentations on one side. Overall, I lived in this apartment for about two months and will definitely come again
