You’ll be just 25 minutes away from Chautauqua Lake, The Chautauqua Institution, and Jamestown, 15 minutes from Lake Erie, and minutes away from Casssadaga public beach and boat launch, as well as Lily Dale. If you’re up for a day trip, Buffalo and Niagara Falls are within a couple hours. Come relax and enjoy a peaceful stay in the woods!

Kingfisher Point: Beautiful New Lakeside Home

This stylish new lake house was completed in September of 2022, and we are excited to open it to visitors to the Cassadaga Lake. Our home on Cassadaga Lake rests among the trees of an old growth forest adjacent to protected wetlands. Guests can enjoy the sun setting over the lake each evening from one of two porches facing the lake, or from the kayaks that are available to guests. And yes, Kingfishers are frequent visitors to the lakes as well! (No smoking and no pets allowed).

Crossroads-A hidden gem.

Crossroads, a historic home constructed in 1852, was one of the original stops on the Underground Railroad. It is included in the Historic Walking Tour of Cassadaga. Barry and Gayle acquired the property in 1989. In 2016, a substantial restoration project was undertaken to enhance the farmhouse. Crossroads is a hidden gem, located at the intersection of Glasgow Road, Dale Drive, and Frisbee Road. The property provides access to a wide variety of attractions and experiences.
