A key feature of our villa is privacy—each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort for everyone. Outdoor & Entertainment - Step outside to your private oasis featuring a stunning infinity pool. The courtyard is equipped with a lounge area, an outdoor dining table, and a BBQ grill—ideal for alfresco dining. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience. Die Lagune ist direkt über einen eigenen Treppenzugang erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in 2017 neugebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die 15 m² große Terrasse  bietet einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist mit Sonnenliegen, Stühlen und Terrassentisch ausgestattet. Die Inseln PAK (3 km) und RAB (15 km) können schnell erreich werden.
