1200 sq ft dehumidified basement flat. 300m walk to World's Highest Tides beach. Netflix/YouTube TV. Comfy beds, nice shower. Linens usually dried in the tidal breeze. Green roof in photo. Mature gardens to explore. Incorrect number of guests and wild partying are not tolerated. Pets are welcome but not on beds. It's a very rural seasonal house 300m from breezy tidal bay kept as clean as possible. If seeing an earwig or fresh cobweb would spoil your visit, it's maybe not the place for you.

This spacious **4-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage** sleeps 8, with 2 queen beds and 4 twin beds. This cottage is not ocean frontage, it has a path to the bay. A fully equipped kitchen, living room with satellite TV, and 2 walk-in showers (one handicapped accessible). An airtight wood stove and electric heating provide warmth. All bedding, towels, and toiletries are included. Pets are not permitted, and the retreat is for registered guests only. Pool open June - September, hot tub May - November.
