We had a great family vacation this spring break season. The view on a lake, quiet place, great cottage, sport amenities, marina make it all great location. Additionally it’s close to locations like Onyx Cave and Eureka Springs (great restaurants and shopping).

My husband and I took the weekend to enjoy nature and be with each other. This property provided exactly what we needed. We were able to bring our fur babies. They felt right at home. The balcony had a little gate that we were able to close and they were able to roam on the deck. I was very happy with how clean the home was even we arrived. We were not able to check in until 11pm on Friday and Aspen was very understanding and kind of our situation. While we were here, we did not see any neighbors, it was very peaceful and quiet. We were close to Eureka Springs and Missouri. The lake view is beautiful. You may not be able to see the lake from the property but you are still right next to the water. The property was great for us and made our trip stress free. Thank you Aspen for the wonderful experience. We will most definitely be staying at another property of Aspens! It does rain a lot In the area, don't forget your raincoats.

Was way better than expected! Pictures really don’t do it justice.. not far from main streets in Eureka Springs. Very close to the lake. Very friendly neighbors all around. Brand new large back deck. That was a great additional outdoor space. Would definitely rebook this space in the future

We loved Gypsy Rose! The studio is so adorable & cozy. There were many thoughtful touches throughout. Super clean & I loved the decor. Checking in was easy. It's also in a great location, a very easy walk to downtown, which is an amazing area. Loads of fun eclectic shops & yummy dining options. We loved strolling around downtown's surrounding neighborhoods, looking at Victorian and historic homes. If you like to walk & explore, this is for you :-). Nicole was absolutely lovely to message with. A great host & great stay! We look forward to future stays :-)

It’s a charming set up about a 10 minute walk into town. The place provided everything I needed. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony and watch a thunderstorm roll in!

Keith and Tabitha were wonderful hosts. We had a tiny snafu the one day and they were incredibly prompt and helpful. We were traveling with little kids and their location could not have been more walkable but still safe (enclosed/gated patio) right by downtown. The layout also works well for little ones to be able to stay on the futon, still get to the bathroom, and then to be close to parents/adults while the adults still have some peace and quiet.

Pictures and description are accurate. The hot tub was great. You can walk down to the water. We used the paved walking path which was great. Kitchen has most everything that you need.

I was impressed by how spotless everything was. The bathroom was absolutely majestic—beautifully designed and so relaxing. The hosts were sweet, accommodating, and kept everything simple, which made the stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a peaceful and well-maintained cabin, this is the perfect spot! Highly recommend.

This place was AMAZING. Spacious, clean, quiet, and SO relaxing. We brought our kids with us (4 and 1) and they absolutely loved it. We were able to enjoy so many activities in Eureka Springs (working bunnies, blue springs heritage, candy stores, etc) while also being 10 minutes away from this GORGEOUS cabin on the lake. What more could you ask for?! Our host was so kind & very responsive. We had a late check in & they were so gracious about it. Amazing experience, hoping to be back soon! Just book it, you won't regret it!

We love staying here. Excellent location overlooking the water. Close to Eureka Springs and other points of interest. The condo feels like home. I love the layout as it gives our family multiple areas to hang out. Can be together, but also have your own space. Love it.

The host was so nice! The condo was beautiful exactly as the pictures showed! We had an issue with noisy neighbors and we sent a message to the host, she quickly got us moved to another unit at 11:00 pm. The next day she was very very kind. I 100% recommend staying here. We will be back soon!
