Parking is provided on-site, so you’ll be able to ditch the wheels and walk anywhere in town within minutes.

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

Cozy BEE Cottage in Santa Ynez

Come settle in to the Cozy "BEE" Cottage located in beautiful Santa Ynez. Situated on a quaint dirt cul-de-sac walking distance to downtown. You will be greeted with a rose covered trellis entry gate and spacious fully enclosed yard for your furry family member. Studio feels much larger than it's 500 sq ft. but retains a warm and cozy feel. Short walk into the town of Santa Ynez or a 5-10 minute drive to all of the other lovely towns in the valley, Solvang/Los Olivos/Balllard/Buellton.

Newly remodeled bedroom (with cal king bed), attached bathroom, patio with private entrance, and self check-in. Across the street there is a nature preserve with a 1.5 mile walking path offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. The house is 2-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms above the unit. The bedrooms above are carpeted, and we insulated the ceiling above you in an attempt to mitigate the noise, but the 60 year old floors can squeak.

This tiny Cottage offers a peaceful, cozy and private getaway with a lovely mountain view deck shaded by beautiful oaks. Note the Cottage is tiny, 160 sq. feet. It is simply appointed with a "cabin" feel. It is perfect for a solo traveler or cozy couple with a double (not queen) bed, mini kitchen, and tiny living room. Access requires climbing the stone steps pictured.
