My group loved our stay at Alan and Cara’s place for the Sheep & Wool festival. Great space for a large group; we especially loved how comfortable the living room couches were and how there was space for everyone there to gather. The place was immaculately clean. We’d love to come back again!

Lola's place was clean, quiet, comfy and well situated for our needs. The house is well equipped, including butter, milk and eggs in the refrigerator (nice touch). Lola is very responsive, answering any question we had in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Erin’s beautiful home boasts natural morning light and a well-equipped kitchen. The gnome outside adds a touch of charm, while Art Omi nearby offers exploration. I highly recommend a quick weekend getaway at Erin’s.

My friends and I loved Jenny’s home. Every corner there was something else to look at. It was spotless and we felt right at home. What a beautiful weekend in Kinderhook, felt like an escape. Cute town too!

We had a fantastic stay and made wonderful memories. The views were beautiful from the deck, the kitchen was fully stocked and enjoyed all the special treats. Thank you Dena! The hot tub was clean and was very relaxing looking out to the view of the mountain. The sauna is a great addition. Great location with lots of activities in town and near the surrounding towns. We fell in love with this place! If you’re thinking about staying here- do it! You won’t regret it. This is the cutest little studio, right on a gorgeous lake. It feels so homey and had everything we needed for a cozy little weekend. Also, Lynne & John are the kindest, MOST gracious hosts. They made us breakfast one morning, left us banana bread & cookies & other snacks in our room, and they were just generally the sweetest people ever! They gave us tons of recommendations for fun things to do around town, too. The dock was so beautiful to sit and look at the lake in the mornings. We can’t say enough good things about this place & the hosts, and we really hope to come back again someday soon!💗

We were extremely pleased with our stay at Roberta’s place. This was our first visit to Saratoga Springs, and we wanted a quiet place that was convenient to downtown and that would allow us to fully experience the community. We felt at home from the moment we walked into the place. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the apartment was very comfortable. The unit was exactly as described and came with coffee for the coffee maker and even a package of scones for us to enjoy. It was a short walk to the restaurants and shops of downtown, and we felt safe walking at all times. Overall, we highly recommend Roberta’s place. We will definitely stay again the next time that our travels take us to Saratoga Springs.

Diane’s place was beautiful with a unique charm. She had lots of antiques and old photographs that were fun to look at. The kitchen and bathroom were newly refinished and very nice. The only downfall for us was the size of the bed. It is on the smaller side which made it uncomfortable to sleep in. Other than the bed I highly recommend Dianne’s apartment!

Cindy and Doug were phenomenal hosts and their suite was so lovely to spend the weekend in while skiing at Killington. Their suite was very clean and cozy, and they went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. They provided homemade banana bread, fresh fruit, snacks, coffee, and even left us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary. This was one of our favorite airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at, and we hope to stay here again on future trips!

Leo and Michelle were very responsive with any questions we had, and even reached out to offer us an early check in. The location was close enough to our places of interest, while still being slightly rural. The place looked just like the pictures and we felt right at home. We will stay there again when we return!

We had a good stay for one night on the way to a sky resort. The location was good for us. The house is spacious. The communication was good.

This was such a wonderful stay in Troy! Cheri was so welcoming, and even provided many breakfast foods/snacks which was not expected but very thoughtful and appreciated. The apartment had everything you could need and more. Highly recommended for a stay in this area.

I absolutely love this little cottage. This is our second time staying. It is very cozy, perfect for a couple for the weekend. The property is very quiet and peaceful with the brook running right past the back of the cottage. It is an easy walk into the center of town and the strip with various stores, restaurants, and bars. The cottage was clean, neat, and had all basic necessities. Panxi and Diana are great hosts, available for questions. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this booking.

We had a really enjoyable stay with Ernie and Eric! Ernie made us a delicious breakfast every day and made us feel right at home. The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was a nice addition! Highly recommend staying here.

We also really appreciated the great selection of books and board games—it made the stay feel even more like home. Everything was exactly as described, and the stay was quiet and relaxing. This spot was perfect. As soon as we walked in my mouth dropped. It was perfect! The floors, the decor, the claw foot tub, the COMFY bed and COMFY pillows. So happy that we decided to stay here. We will definitely be back! We came to Saratoga Springs for a concert at SPAC. We were 15 minutes away. Just a mere 10-15 minutes to so many great restaurants in town. We enjoyed this beautiful bed and breakfast to the fullest. The gardens were gorgeous around the property. The pool was great- even had plenty of lounge chairs to sun bathe in! And then Glen- amazing host. He answered questions immediately! Breakfast was delicious both morning! Definitely need to book here!

This is one of the most beautiful places we've stayed in. Charles has a designer's eye, and the general atmosphere of the bed and breakfast is luxurious. We slept so well and appreciated that pastries and yogurt were always available in the mornings for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again, especially since it's so close to Troy and Albany.

Highlanders View is the full bed and breakfast experience! Leam was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The views are second to none, and the surrounding forest puts you right in the middle of the Catskills. The Tavern Room was perfect, with a clean, full bathroom, comfortable bed, living room area, and a large porch to take it all in. I would highly recommend and would love to come back!

Cathy was the sweetest host, showing us around where everything was, and incredibly responsive to messages. Setting out breakfast for us in the morning was a great touch; very thoughtful! The place itself was gorgeous! An 1800's farmhouse with modern upgrades and still a beautiful, vintage charm and homey feel. WiFi offered, little chocolates in our rooms, plus fans and heaters for whatever sleeping style you prefer. We slept great and didn't have a single negative thought or thing to say about the experience we had. Cathy and her husband Todd were great hosts and we would ABSOLUTELY stay here again, whenever we return to VT. 11/10 experience!
