The place is perfect for us to for our staycation just a few blows away from glenwood so easy walking distance to restaurants. Also great view from a high floor.

Our stay with Alicia was amazing!!! She provided me with great directions straight to her condo. The condo was decorated very cute and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils. The kitchen was equipped with a toaster, microwave, Blender and electric can opener. She provided us with plenty of beach towels, even a small cooler to use at the beach. Her little touches were awesome she provided sample shampoos conditioner and body wash in each bathroom. Which I thought was lovely. The use of her beach wagon and chairs was super !!! She even had a small clothes line on the deck with clothes pins to hang out our suits and towels. We will definitely be back !!!

We enjoyed the condo. It was about a 5 minute drive to beach without traffic. The Perla happy hour had amazing oysters!

Katie was fabulous! The condo was wonderful and our stay was great! She messaged just as soon as it was ready allowing us to check in earlier than 4pm. Had a slight issue that was resolved immediately!! Definitely will seek her properties again.

Even nicer than I expected. The gym and public workspaces were particularly nice.

Overall it was a good stay. Todd was very friendly. The condo was clean and nice. The pool,lazy river, hot tub area was not so clean.

Beautiful place with plenty to do close by. Wasn't busy and loud- and not crowded on the beach! Thankful for the elevator and the helpful staff. Rooms were spacious and helped get into that beachy vibe.

We had an amazing stay at Rich's property! From the start, he was an outstanding host, responsive and attentive to our needs. Rich went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even accommodating a late checkout without any extra charges, which gave us extra time to take showers and enjoy lunch after a morning round of golf before heading to the airport. The property itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. His hospitality truly made a difference in our experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Beautiful house. You have to follow the directions he gives you to find it because Google is wrong. Definitely not his fault on that one. It's in a newer neighborhood, close to I95 but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Though I didn't have time to visit the track, it's not far from Darlington race track. Plenty of restaurants on the main road and I a full kitchen if you wanted to cook at home. The house itself is very well laid out, clean, and plenty of amenities. Digital lock was very simple to use so getting access is simple and easy. No weird instructions or rules, which great. Full size washer and dryer which would be awesome if had been staying longer than one night. Interior decor is very tasteful and unobtrusive, but still nice to look at. Zay was very proactive with contacting me in advance and had no issues with us arriving late at night. Pet friendly, even had a dog bed ready to go. Definitely would stay here again.

Allison is very responsive and checked in via messages to ensure everything was exactly how we wanted it, if we needed anything else and to help give us the best experience. Great host. Although we did not take full advantage of the amenities (we did not cook, rather it was a place to sleep) the house was perfect. The kitchen would be perfect for guests opting to cook. The living room was comfortable for gathering and bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. The location is quiet and feels safe.

This place was a great place to land traveling with some teenagers. Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms and we had lots of room to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed and was a great space to talk/hang out. While the place was very clean, there were many things left in closets, drawers and pantry that others had left. Some of those things could be removed. We went to watch TV and get connect d to WiFi the first evening and it did not work. Notified Gil who said he engaged AT&T, but ultimately a technician would have to come out the following week, so while we had our phones, we weren't able to use his TV's or log in to work devices for the entire duration of our trip. Overall, the place itself was great, the neighborhood was quiet and we would give it another try when in the area!

We were impressed how comfortable her place was for us. We were moving from New Jersey to Leland and had a gap between closings and needed a comfortable place for an 8 night stay and it was absolutely perfect. Its a beautiful comfortable home and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Extremely happy with our choice of accomodations. Highly recommend. Beautiful neighborhood and pool area too. Just lovely.

We were in town to celebrate our son’s wedding. Casey and Carl’s home was the perfect place the to rest in between activities. The master sweet was an oasis amid very busy days. We loved the back fire pit to roast hot dogs and make s’mores. We highly recommend this home!
