Era la nostra prima volta a Castiglione. Padrone di casa (mamma e figlia) gentilissime, accoglienti e disponibilissime. Posto meraviglioso, lontano dal caos cittadino ma a poca distanza dal mare, immersi nella natura e nella pace. Alloggio spazioso, dotato di tutto il necessario all'interno e all'esterno con sdraie, ombrellone e tavolo. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Grazie ancora di tutto. Torneremo sicuramente.

Alexandra's place is a great location to relax and enjoy peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed taking country road walks, lake side and hill top towns. All very nearby. Alexandra was very helpful and accommodating.

Sono stata a Castiglione della Pescaia una settimana con la mia famiglia e il mio cane. Mi sono trovata veramente bene nell'alloggio di Flavia , pulitissimo , molto bella la posizione e il giardino ben curato. devo dire che è il posto ideale per rilassarsi e godersi la tranquillità di una vacanza.

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

Rossano et sa femme nous ont très bien accueilli. La maison est fidèle à la description, propre et avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisinier et pour le petit déjeuner. Un grand merci!

Ottimo soggiorno, casa molto comoda e completa di tutto. Lucia e sua madre veramente gentili e disponibili. Privacy, panorama splendido, le pecore che pascolano e zero caos… una meraviglia, soprattutto per chi viene dalla città. Grazie a Lucia e famiglia!

We were a family of 5 with two 20 year old boys and an eleven year old girl. We loved the homely feel of the farmhouse. It had everything we needed for our 10 day break. The gardens and pool were amazing and we loved the two different sitting areas. If you are looking for somewhere to get away from it all then this is a great option. There are a few nice restaurants within a ten minute drive and the towns of Orvieto and Bolcina were great to visit. We also used the train service to go to Rome which was very easy. You definitely need a car when staying here. Andrea was friendly, very helpful and on hand if you needed anything. Would definitely recommend this fantastic holiday home.

Il casale è un bellissimo "rifiugio" in mezzo alle colline umbre dal quale si scorge la bella Orvieto. Ha un'ottima visuale sulle colline, un ampio salone con camino e addirittura una stanza forno a legna/barbeque. Il tutto in mezzo al verde, con piscina e diverse postazioni per pranzare nel boschetto dietro al casale. Certo, la strada è piena di curve e non si arriva immediatamente, quindi è un posto ideale per trovare pace lontano dalla città e non per fare ripetutamente sali/scendi. Noi l'abbiamo usato nel periodo di capodanno come base per visitare l'Umbria e siamo stati più che soddisfatti.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad! Het was een fijn appartement en alles was aanwezig. Fijn dat er ook een gemeenschappelijk zwembad is. De mensen in het dorp waren ook erg vriendelijk. Erg leuk om Sagra del Ravioli te hebben meegemaakt! Het is een mooie plek om van daaruit de prachtige omgeving te gaan bekijken!

I am so happy that I booked Alistair's accommodation! A private guest house with a spectacular view and lovely amenities (as listed). Located near beautiful Tuscan towns, it was easy to get to and from. It was great to meet Alistair and Maria, they were so welcoming and generous. They also provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants. We wish we booked for longer!

Ginevra was very friendly and forthcoming. Communication was smooth and prompt. Nice place, surely recommended!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could!! We had such a wonderful stay at Tom & Colleen’s place. Their renovation of an historic property is fantastic—lovely rooms with incredible views of the surrounding countryside. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed, and then some. We really appreciated being able to do a bit of laundry, and also having olive oil and basic spices in the cabinet too! Tom and Colleen also have so much helpful information about the local area—history, day tours, restaurant recommendations, everything. I do recommend having a rental car, but the company they recommended was very affordable and we had a great experience. Truly cannot recommend them enough. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in Sabrinas Unterkunft in der Nähe von Pienza. Sabrina war stets erreichbar und extrem freundlich & proaktiv. Die Räumlichkeiten waren tiptop sauber. Das Frühstück wurde stets frisch zubereitet. Der Garten und die Aussicht waren atemberaubend. Alles in allem haben wir die Zeit extrem genossen. Zwei kleinere Bemerkungen: - Die Preise für den Kochkurs empfanden wir doch noch ein bisschen mit 100 Euro p.P. im teuren Segment (100 Euro p.P.) - das war uns leider nicht im Vorhinein bewusst, evtl. wäre es gut ein bisschen mehr Transparenz zu gewährleisten. - Es gab an zwei Tagen komplette Wasserausfälle für viele Stunden - an sich nicht schlimm, aber sollte hoffentlich nicht die Norm sein.

Wunderschönes Farmhaus, wunderbare Gastgeberin! Ein traumhaft schön gelegenes Farmhaus, Mitte in Olivenhainen mit tollem Blick auf die Hügel der Toskana. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin die bewundernswert relaxed das große Anwesen leitet. Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit und Martine war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Pagiano del Ruggeri unbedingt empfehlen.

Absolutely amazing location in the countryside! Communication was excellent. We arrived at night to find our location with specific instructions. We stayed in Casa Azurre, a 2-bedroom residence on the property. Thank you Marta for an amazing experience! We woke up in the morning to the most incredible views! We had a long itinerary to drive around Val D’Orcia, but could easily just stay here and enjoy our stay! We seriously loved it here!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Lidia, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I've ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and stunning views that took our breath away. The location is simply perfect—a peaceful retreat in the middle of an olive yard. The recommendations provided by our host were spot-on, guiding us to hidden gems that we would have missed otherwise. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool area, where we spent sun-soaked afternoons relaxing and enjoying the peaceful ambiance. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration. Overall, Villa Lidia exceeded all our expectations. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a family retreat, this is the place to be! Proprietario: super disponibile in pochi minuti o anche secondi. Ha risposto proattivamente a qualsiasi tipo di richiesta Casa: corrisponde alla descrizione in modo fedele Cosa ho apprezzato: 1) terrazzo in cucina, molto ampio per cenare, fare colazione 2) parcheggio vicinissimo all'abitazione 3) zona molto silenziosa e tranquilla, ma a soli 10 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia (a Punta Ala non c'è mai traffico...) 4) il beach club è tra i più rinomati in zona, pertanto è un omaggio che ha un suo valore

Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Il posto è splendido, immerso negli ulivi e molto rilassante. La piscina bellissima e la zona è incantevole. Alessandro è stato molto ospitale, ci ha fatto trovare tutto perfetto e ci ha regalato una bottiglia di vino prodotto da loro, molto buono! Renato è super disponibile e simpatico. Soggiorno da non dimenticare!!

Una piccola oasi di pace in mezzo alla campagna toscana. La casetta è un piccolo monolocale posto in un seminterrato dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. I proprietari sono delle persone squisite, disponibilissime e ospitali. C’è persino una maialina stupenda all’interno di un recinto che scodinzola alla vista delle persone. Super consigliato Sicuramente ci torneremo e torneremo anche nella zona di Castiglione della Pescaia perché abbiamo ancora tanto da visitare.

Splendido luogo immerso nel bosco a contatto con la natura. La tenda è ampia e comoda con bagno interno. I panorami sulle colline toscane sono fantastici. Per arrivarci si deve percorrere una parte di strada sterrata abbastanza lunga ma fattibile ( io sono salita con una dacia sandero). Assolutamente consigliato 😊
