Lovely little house in a great location. Would stay again.

Laura's house is fabulous. It's comfortable, spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for our Easter break. She was the perfect host. It was lovely being so close to the beach. It was a bit of a walk to Whitstable Harbour, but there are buses. There is also plentiful parking in town. We thoroughly enjoyed our pizzas at the Woodfire Kitchen, and super coffee and cake at the castle.

We had a Great stay. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, tidy, as detailed and was in an ideal location. Liz & Andrew were great hosts, returned communications promptly and always very helpful. We will book this accommodation again on the next visit to Rye, if available. Highly recommended

Thanks so much Dan, Emily and Joe. We had the best time. Beautiful, weather, lovely dinner out, a big walk to Broadstairs and an icy swim. Magic. House was perfect for us. So much space, comfy beds and had everything we needed.

This is a nice little place within walking distance of sea front, restaurants, Co-op just round the corner, so very convenient. Parking space is a real bonus. We have a Renault Capture and that was no problem to park. A much larger car might not be so easy. We really liked how quiet it was at night. Netflix was another bonus. All in all happy :-)

Rye is a wonderful area and Steve’s house was perfectly located to be able to walk to local restaurants and coffee shops plus an easy drive to nearby attractions. Steve was helpful and responsive, the house was full of character and a great place to stay.

Absolutely fantastic and Ursula was always quick to respond to any queries I had. Will 100% go back in the near future!

5 stars – Wonderful Stay! We had a great experience at Heron House. We were a party of 6 adults and a toddler and stayed over Easter. The accommodation was exactly as described, very clean, cosy, and thoughtfully decorated. The beds were comfortable, with good quality linen. We appreciated the little touches of welcome tray, toiletries, coffee and baby equipment. Julie was incredibly responsive and helpful. The location was ideal too, with the beach and high street close by. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Whitstable.

Our stay at Andrea and Maitland's place was fantastic! The accommodation was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Communication was smooth and quick, and they were very accommodating throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting and would love to stay again in the future. A perfect Airbnb experience!

Absolutely gorgeous stay at Debbie’s cottage for the Easter weekend! Central location but at the end of a peaceful mews so perfectly placed in the centre but also quiet and enclosed. Cottage has absolutely everything! A complete home from home! We even found some Easter side plates for our Easter Sunday breakfast. Lovely layout with super social lower ground floor space with kitchen, and loving sitting room on the ground floor. Beds were SO comfortable. And lovely and quiet at night even though we were in the heart of things. Ample puzzles, games, and books which we made the most of. The cottage helped us to really enjoy being together as a family without being attached to technology the whole time. Perfect walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants on the doorstep. The dog also loved it! And appreciated the lovely bed and toys! Thank you for the lovely welcome gift Debbie! And the recommendation for fish and chips was spot on!

We dealt with Naomi rather than Jason - she was great and very attentive. The place was excellent and and as described, very clean. Would come again!

This house had everything to ensure a comfortable stay with an extremely well equipped kitchen, all the essentials provided and a very generous welcome pack. Our teenage grandson loved the TV room and we loved the location , just minutes from the old town shops. The garage was a bonus which thankfully (just!) accommodated our Golf car. Communication with Gilly and Rachel was excellent, check in / out was easy and flexible. If only all Airbnbs could be like this -highly recommended!

Cannot recommend this place enough - very central, comfortable and can host a family. Anne is very responsive and accommodating as well. Loved every minute of our stay!

Location in Canterbury was terrific. Property was recently renovated, clean, had good amenities. As the pictures showed, the bedrooms and bath are upstairs, which is up a spiral staircase. But, we managed that quite well. i would highly recommend this property.

The house is perfect for a weekend away with friends to catch up for a chilled weekend out of the city. There’s really nice local restaurants and wine bars in st Leonards within a 10 minute walk, and Hastings is a nice beachfront 45 min walk away. I’d recommend this house for anyone looking for a chilled weekend away with friends! One thing to note for anyone looking to hire this place (not a bad thing) - one of our party recently got engaged so we blew up some balloons for a champagne toast one night. We were a very chilled bunch and stayed out of the house most of the time, but the host did try and charge us £150 for the few deflated balloons we accidentally left in the downstairs bathroom. We did a thorough clean and stuck very closely to the rules of this property, but I would not recommend this house if you are wanting to have parties or spend lots of time in the house. I would only recommend if you are using the house as a place to chill together and explore the local area!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming property in Southend-on-Sea. The place was absolutely spotless, beautifully maintained, and had such a cute, welcoming vibe. It’s conveniently located close to local shops, cafes, and other amenities, which made everything super easy and enjoyable. The highlight, though, was the host—so friendly and accommodating! He came by a couple of times to make sure everything was okay. He greeted us warmly and gave us a great tour of the property, making us feel right at home from the start. I highly recommend this lovely spot for anyone visiting the area!

We had a fantastic stay here. A big group of us looking for a peaceful getaway and we couldn’t have found a more perfect place for it. We were warmly welcomed by Yvonne and Derek who showed us the beautiful house and everything we needed to know. The house has everything you could need. It’s very spacious and has a lovely garden. The bedrooms all had comfortable beds and ample space for relaxing. We were a short walk to the seafront and to the local shops. The hosts were very kind and responsive throughout the trip.

Hannah is simply a delightful and insightful host. Very kind and graciously accommodating to our queries and needs. Not only is the environment warm and lovingly filled, it’s spacious and giving with memories, laughter and gleeful spells. Located in a very safe and welcoming neighborhood, that has an enchanting morning light; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids were ridiculously giddy with excitement to explore the toys and books available. This was an excellent find and a wonderful place to stay. The house was clean, welcoming and comfortable, with everything we needed. Mel was a great host - responsible, friendly and accommodating. The house itself is just a 5 minute walk from the station and 10 minutes to Whitstable centre, and so you don’t need a car - but if you do there is off-street parking (and charging!). We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay in Karim‘s house. He was very helpful with any request that we had. Our stay was smooth and delightful and we enjoyed it very much. The house was big, in central Broadstairs and about 7 min from the beach as described on Airbnb. The only thing we found a little difficult was the explanation for Germans to start the heating but Karim helped immediately. For a house that size (it sleeps 10), we would have appreciated to have two or three sets of keys. Of course, there is the key holder but one just may forget to put the key in there…. However, we would come back anytime!

Wonderful place, full of character. Loved the fact we were on the seafront and we were incredibly lucky with the weather . Great places to eat nearby. Mary-Jo was very good in communicating and very kind in letting us stay on until the early afternoon as there was no one in directly following us which meant we had a very relaxing morning on the day we left. Great place for a few days break . Next time we’ll go by train as we walked everywhere. Highly recommended

We had a fantastic trip to Battle, staying in Jonathan's lovely house. Everything about the house was perfect, comfortable beds, beautiful garden, great location - we hope to come back soon!
