The house has central heating and laminated floors. A small garden set with outdoor chairs and tables to use if its not raining. Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors. Shared shower room & shared kitchen. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen . There are 3 public EV Charging points directly opposite the property.

The property is a self-contained annex built onto a bungalow. There is off-road parking for 2 cars. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a shower room and a room with kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. There is a decking area & a shared garden. WiFi included. It is within 10 minutes’ walk of Earlsdon (with its restaurants, cafes, pubs, and coffee shops) and Canley Ford nature reserve. We provide a welcome pack (bread, milk, coffee, tea, toiletries) and some Honesty Food (& drink) - pay or replace.

A high-spec self-catered log cabin that has recently been fully renovated in the centre of Coventry. A cosy atmosphere created with a luxury bathroom, modern kitchen and a light living area all with soft furnishings. Kitchen amenities: double oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, cutlery. Bathroom amenities: walk in shower, large bath and underfloor heating. A lovely peaceful, light space - large bedroom with seating area and beautiful new en-suite. The space is on the top floor of our house, and overlooks gardens at the back. Guests are also welcome to share our kitchen and lounge. Whether visiting Coventry for work, study or pleasure, we’re ideally located within a short walk of transport links, the city centre and local parks. There is no TV in the room but you're welcome to stream on a laptop or use the lounge. Travel cot available.

Refurbished in July 2023 and including free Wi-Fi & Netflix this is an ideal space for a city break, work trip or for any visiting academics.

Clean, safe and homely house in central Earlsdon. 9 mins from Albany Theatre, 22mins Belgrade Theatre. 20mins by bus to Warwick uni. Bus stop 4 mins walk. My private home, so you are the only guest at any one time. It has 3 floors, top floor private room for guests which is accessed by two flights of stairs. 4 mins walk to high st with pubs,cafes and food store. I have a friendly cockerpoo dog Fast WiFi and work desk in room. 17 mins walk walk to train station . 15mins on train to NEC

Place with its own kitchen facilities

The room has its own kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, kettle etc). Bathroom might be shared with 1person. All are in the same separate floor for guests’ convenience. The house is right at Earlsdon high street with 2minutes walk to access of supermarket, shops, restaurants, post office, etc. 15-20mins walk to Coventry station and city centre. We are a friendly cosy family house. CCTV at main entrance and burglar system for the safety. The place is on the 2nd floor of the house.
