Llegue tarde en la noche despues de un vuelo largo, frustrada y apesar de que las instrucciones estaban super claras yo no las podia procesar. Ricardo amablemente me respondia y me llamo para guiarme. Muy amable, muy atento. El lugar hermoso, muy bien cuidado y en excelentes condiciones. Excelente limpieza. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

The Marabella Club condo is a unit on the 3rd floor with a mountain view and a few steps to the pool area and beach. Very quiet and beautiful. We would walk along the beach or lay by the pool and see very few people. Mostly Americans and very friendly employees particularly appreciated Gustavo at the gate (who can answer questions and provide helpful suggestions). When you arrive, there is one gated entrance into Palmas Del Mar and another gate into Marbella Club. The condo was clean, very soft bath towels and linens. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has a cabinet with condiments, basics, newer appliances, coffeemaker, airfryer. The countertop could be updated but very clean. We stopped after airport and bought groceries at Ralph’s in Humecao as there is only a small market in Palmas Del Mar (plaza). The only challenge was the elevator is not available now as they are installing a new one so you must use the stairs. Favorite restaurant- Bocata! Thank you Jose!

The condo was beautiful for our 2 families! The resort was lovely to walk around and rent a golf cart to explore and go to restaurants. Phil made it super easy to rent a golf cart and the condo had all the necessities for a comfy stay. Our 2 families of kids loved the layout of the bunk bed room, and I really appreciated the other 2 bedrooms had king size beds. The layout of the condo was great for all of us to connect and have space to cook and eat. The condo was located right on the beach and near 3 pools! Phil also had all the amenities for the beach. We enjoyed leisurely days swimming, walking, and going out to eat around the resort. To plan-Many of the resort activities (beach club with the waterslides that is located within walking distance and the tennis courts) are an extra fee and available Monday-Thursday for guests. We truly appreciated the ability to relax, connect, and play out in the sun all day. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful condo!

This is a beautiful spot - Beach Village is between the beach and the golf course. We walked on the beach every day and sat on the back patio if it rained or watching the sunset over the golf course. The patio area was especially nice for these units because the AC output was not on the porch but around the corner on the side of the building. The villa was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels. All the plumbing & appliances worked well. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Luis was very responsive if we had questions. The view straight out the front of the unit is not the best because it's across the street from the back of the hotel, but we never spent time looking out there - the view out the back is lovely - that's where the porch/ patio is & the view from the living room. Overall, this was better than other Beach Village villas that we have stayed in. We had a great time & would love to go back.

Xavier was an amazing host and the property was perfect for our vacation. Our family of four fit very comfortably and the short walk to the beach and pool were perfect. The unit was clean, fully stocked, and exactly as advertised. We appreciated the many suggestions for local food and things to do. Palmas del Mar offers a lot of fun with great eating spots, places to walk, a spot to feed the turtles, and so much more. Highly recommend renting a golf cart to get around, our teens loved this. We would love to stay here again if we make it back to PR!

Had a great stay. Loved the resort and the villa. Fabulous 3rd floor views. Beautiful property. We recommend and would stay there again. Host was very good with communications and extremely friendly.

El lugar es el espacio ideal para unos días de descanso. Tienen tanta variedad de actividades para hacer con amistades y familia que ni siquiera hay que salir de la casa durante los días de estadia. Es perfecto!!

Our family loved our time at Luis & Ivette's place during our family vacation. Luis reached out to us on day one to ensure we had a smooth check-in, offer suggestions for local restaurants and activities and introduce us to the neighborhood. The home was lovely and well-equipped. The outdoor space is fantastic for relaxing, grilling, and playing with children. Our granddaughter swam in the pool every day and we really appreciated all the games and pool toys that were available for her use. A wonderful place to stay with plenty of room for families.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The house itself was stunning, with a spacious layout and all the comforts we needed. The yard and pool were absolutely perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The surrounding beach community was welcoming and made our trip even more special. We can't wait for our next visit—highly recommend!

Estuve visitando este espacio para celebrar mi cumpleaños #25 y es EXCELENTE. La propiedad, el espacio para estacionarse, la piscina, las amenidades pero sobre todo la vista. Te brinda tranquilidad y privacidad sin embargo tienes negocios o tienda cerca de necesitarlo. El host fue extremadamente amable y atento. De verdad que lo recomendaría al 100% y regresaría a darme el gustito de ser posible.

Enjoyed a 2 week stay recently at this lovely spot. Great 2 bedroom condo overlooking the tennis courts. Second floor with easy entrance and parking for one vehicle. The kitchen was well appointed with good pots and pans and good knives. The balcony is spacious and overlooks a lovely pond with a water fountain. Nice and quiet setting. The beds were very comfortable. The host responded to every question and request almost immediately. Would definitely stay again if returning to Palmas Del Mar.

The location of this home is special. The outdoor area is where we spent most of our time as a family. We had young children with us - so be aware of the stairs. But the outside pool, basketball court, gazebo and general space to play was such a great experience for us. It also is private with the lush vegetation around the home. Ramon is very quick to respond also.

Great stay, enjoyed the privacy and pool in the back. Home was very clean and had no problems while we were staying there.

This lovely large studio was a perfect spot for a woman traveling alone to WFH and enjoy resort living. It is a safe, beautifully decorated, and extremely well thought out space with plenty of storage, a large bathroom, washer-dryer, small kitchen with a good-size refrigerator, spacious sleeping area, great lighting, comfortable sitting area with a real desk and high-speed wifi, small indoor dining area and small patio with a little table and barbeque very close to the pool. The owner is super-nice, easy to get along with, and communicates quickly by text when a question arises. Worth the money if you have it because much nicer than the much less expensive studios in the same neighborhood. The Palmas Doradas neighborhood is perfectly located close to the beach on the third green and next to the hotel: it's my favorite area in Palmas del Mar.

Great place right on the water with an Amazing view & central location. Great shower head with hot water. Washer/Dryer in unit is a plus. We would book again.

The experience was amazing. The hosts were truly SUPER. Fast and friendly responses every step of the way. It felt like they were right there with us to help us in anything we needed. The villa was spotless, no trace of dust or mold smell like other rentals. I fell in love with the attention to detail: extra locks in the entrance, electronic hurricane shutters, and even solar “lanterns” in case of power outage. As a bonus, the villa is located just a few steps from the tennis club restaurant. Thank you for the memories!

Perfect location and views. Near to beach, pool, and golf camp. Great place to rest and have a peacefully time. My family will definitely return to this lovely place.

This unit is beautifully decorated and super comfortable. Everything is high end and we felt right at home. The media room is a vibe all itself and the unit has everthing you need including beach chairs. The views are spectacular. Great restaurants are right down stairs and the private pool is right next to the unit. John, was also very welcoming to our questions and accommodating. A+++host. Thank you John! Hope to stay here again!

Great beach vacation! Perfect for a family of 4! The apartment is clean and just as pictured. Porfirio was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Jean was incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. The space was perfect for us and our three kids. The pool was closed our first two days, but Jean reimbursed us for a pass to the Wyndham pool. Location is great, steps away from the beach. Highly recommend a golf cart to navigate the wider Palmas Del Mar. Loved the extra touch of the turtle food Jean had - definitely check out the turtle pond!
