The Homestead is a beautiful home in a beautiful, quiet location with amazing views. The house is clean, and overall is good but has many small annoyances of items that haven’t been well maintained. - Stove top elements: some don’t work, those that do are very finnicky and jump from very hot to cool repeatedly while using - Kitchen sink is near to falling out / disconnecting from the counter - Dishwasher soap door is gone & can’t seem to change settings (but does still clean) - Blinds make a horrible high pitched squeal when rolling down - Window crank handles fall off when using - Shower handles super loose and wobbly - Downstairs toilet wobbles - Hot tub has a broken jet and some buttons that don’t work (but is still hot and bubbles) - Fireplace in photos is not usable

Amazing host, property and experience. Shelly was super responsive and flexible. The house and the location are unbeatable, especially the hot tub on the creek. Next time I’m in Golden I will definitely try to stay here and will recommend this spot to friends traveling in the area!

What a great stay! House was beautiful with so many amenities. it was the perfect spot for our vacation. lots of room to sit and visit, and a great location with easy access to highway, pool, golf courses etc. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our stay exceeded expectations. The photos accurately reflected the space, in some cases actually downplaying it, and the furnishings were good quality and very comfortable. Kelli was responsive, friendly, and did a fantastic job supplying the house with everything you might need. This was easily the most I have felt at home in an AirBnB. One downside is the water, as a bunch of city-folk we did find it quite smelly (showers primarily) and did not like the taste, but we brought in our own water to drink and cook so this was honestly a minor issue we were prepared for. I could go on for days but it was an amazing weekend, we will definitely be booking again.

Would definitely come back. Peaceful location, walking distance to many amenities. The mountain view from the patio and the hot tub is stunning! Very responsive hosts.

We had an absolutely amazing experience. 1. The house is cozy and stocked with everything you’d need 2. the wellness amenities are plentiful 3. The house is a 30 min drive to Whistler, during which we experienced no traffic.

Tobin's place was charming, clean, and had everything you need to cook delicious meals and barbecues! we enjoyed the hot tub and saw wild animals in the big domain! very recommended !

Great place for a large group having the carriage house and separate suite. Hot tub was nice after a day on the slopes and the kitchen was well appointed. Would stay again.

The gorgeous, professional photos online fall short of capturing the true beauty of this place. The majestic views and sweeping landscapes play out in vivid colors against a peaceful tranquility that’s accented by the soft sounds of waves crashing in the background. Inside the hosts have accounted for all of the tiniest details; ensuring a magical visit. For my ROI after visiting I would’ve gladly paid even more. The cherished memories made and enjoyable time spent was priceless!

Such a cozy and quiet townhouse, plenty of room, great kitchen to prepare meals, love the private hot tub. Just a few things of note: 1. There is no lift from the parking garage up to the units. 2. It may have been noted and I missed it, but the dedicated parking stall is not quite long enough for a full sized truck, so might keep that in mind. Overall, a great place and I’d certainly book it again.

Beautiful sunsets from the unforgettable hot tub. A great place to relax for days, but unfortunately we were not there in the summer to enjoy the lake which looked great.

The villa was beautiful and was exactly as described. My kids had a blast and loved the pool and hot tub. We would love to come back.

Very nice place. It was about 30 minutes to Banff Sunshine and an hour to Lake Louise ski resort. Hot tub was great after a day on the slopes. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. There is a train that goes by out the backdoor, but does not blow the horn and I think anywhere in town you'd hear it. We will stay again if ever back for another ski trip.

I love this place so much. What we received is too much better than what we've paid for :) even though we had to walk quite a bit up the the hill, but it definitely worths. I'll come back for sure

I stay at a lot of Airbnb's and always try to find unique and memorable spots. Just when I think I've found the best hidden gems a place like Shaun's comes along and blows the bar way out of the water. Every touch and detail was thought out with care. The surroundings speak for themselves but the space Shaun has created is outstanding. And Shaun himself is so friendly and hospitable, was able to borrow some milk for my coffee in the morning and he had it over in a flash. The cabin itself was quaint but clean and functional with much of the focus being on the large private deck. All the shared spaces have everything you need and create a great way to mingle with other guests. I got to have a chat with a very nice man who was visiting on a fishing trip and was cooking his catch of the day on the fire, he then later brought me a plate of my own, what a special experience. By far my favourite Airbnb to date. Will always make a point to stay here when I can. 10/10

2nd time staying in the forest. We like the short walk to Cox Bay and apres surf in the hot tub. Cabin is well stocked and comfy. We’ve already booked to return!

This place is perfect. Everything from the trees surrounding it. Felt like sleeping in the forest. So peaceful and quite with a hot tub to soak and relax. 10/10. We will be back for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah's cabin, could not recommend it more for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat from our busy lives!

This was a great place for a group! Super clean and comfy. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table a lot. It is a little bit out of town but not too bad to drive into Golden and easy access to Rogers Pass for ski touring. Would stay again!

Such a beautiful setting, great views. Melissa is very friendly. Lots to do on Bowen, nice hikes, beaches and pubs.

We booked this place for 2 days ! Such a cozy cabin ! The hot tub and bbq were fully functional and a major part of the experience. Ed was great at communication and made sure we had everything we needed .
