We felt as though we got what we paid for and the hosts were extremely thorough in communicating. Definitely needs some freshening up and maintenance, but again, for the price it was great. All the necessities were ready for us on arrival and the exit instructions were simple and not too involved.

We were only able to stay one night at Enmanuel's place, but our list is all pros, no cons! Enmanuel had Uber eats deliver coffee pods when we told him their weren't any. I live in NYC and so parking, neighborhood safety, and noise level was all good and nothing to complain about! We were loathe to leave in the morning, but we went to Philadelphia to sightsee, not to hang out in a unique and very clean Airbnb. Thank you, Enmanuel for providing this place.

Manpreet’s Airbnb was ideal for our short, girls weekend trip. There were plenty of bedrooms (3) and bathrooms (2.5), the furniture was comfortable, the air conditioner worked well, the neighbors were quiet and we successfully received the Amazon packages we had delivered. I would stay here again.

House is just as described inside, very clean and entertaining. The beds are comfortable, nice bathroom, great kitchen. Nice private, gated patio with comfy furniture. The location isn’t for everyone, and it is not ideal for kids or pets - trash and broken glass everywhere outside of the property, the entire neighborhood, out of the owners control but still deserves to be mentioned. Host was very responsive and helpful.

We had a great stay at Luke's place. Having lived in Philadelphia for 15 years, I know the neighborhood well, and was pleased to see that some of his local recommendations were in line with some of my old favorite spots as well. Luke was super responsive to any needs, the beds were comfortable, and the space was well appointed. We'd love to stay here again!

We had a great stay here and Angela was very easy to communicate with. Great places to visit such as The Franklin Institute and The Please Touch Museum for a kids were super short drives away.

Perfect location for our family. Right across the street from where I went to grade school many, many years ago, and close to my family that still lives in the area.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience easy and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb!

Great place to stay in Philly if you want to be in Fishtown. The Airbnb hosts were very friendly and responsive. They even allowed us to store our luggage for several hours so we could enjoy our final day in the city. Amazing food and cafes within walking distance. My only note is that this is in the ground floor and shares a wall with the next home, so if you will are a light sleeper, you can hear people talking and driving on the street and some noises from next door. Otherwise great stay, very clean, hot water for the shower, heating/cooling unit that worked

I had a wonderful, easy stay at this cute little apartment. Parking was essential for me, as I was in the area for work and had to load and unload my vehicle daily, so that was a huge plus. The place was clean and simple, and the mattress was super comfortable. Also, the location was central to the needs of my business. I would rent this space again.

A really well-kept apartment in a great location. Very walkable. Daniel was a very responsive host and kept me updated when I needed to be. The apartment really has everything you need for a stay in Fishtown.

I really enjoyed my stay at Eli’s place. Communication was smooth and easy, with clear details provided throughout. The self check-in process was simple and convenient. The house itself was lovely, well-located in a beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Excellent home close to the beach with lots near by, perfect for our little getaway, the only thing I was unprepared for was how cold it can get in New Jersey but there were plenty of blankets provided to keep warm and the place was overall everything we needed!

Jennifer and her husband were great. Quick communication turn around. We had an issue with the key code at check in and it was resolved within minutes. The only word of caution I would offer is that there are A LOT of stairs to the entrance of the apartment. We we’re traveling with a baby and a toddler, so we had quite a bit of stuff to carry up and down. It all worked out and was fine, but I didn’t realize ahead of time how many stairs there really were. Other than that everything was great.

Great location with coffee shops, restaurants and stores nearby. Plenty of street parking and easy access to other neighborhoods in Philadelphia. Kristen is a great host and responded to questions right away. My husband and I were in Philadelphia for my son’s birthday, would stay at Kristen’s place on a future visit.

We were in town for a weekend and loved our stay at Christina’s place - it’s so clean and comfortable (with many nice touches) and located right in the middle of a cool Philly neighborhood with excellent food/drinks options around! We also appreciated how responsive Christina was to our questions. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!
