This is probably my favorite place to stay when I come into town. Craig and Julie are super nice and accommodating. Lots of little amenities in the apartment and it's in the most peaceful location and walkable to the water and beach. Can't wait to go back again!

AMAZING only starts to describe this place. We stayed for 5 night and really didn't want to leave. The large windows off the bedroom open up to the ocean and the sunrise. The kitchen is a full kitchen and well stocked with all the things you need to make meals. The feel of the place is cozy, open and clean. David came down to meet us and share some local spots when we 1st got there. He was quick to reply when I did message him a could of questions. Great host, Amazing place.... 100% hope I get to stay here again!

Catherine was very responsive & helpful with check in and bag drop options! Place was very clean and perfect for a quick trip.

Enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Peaceful and safe neighborhood. Full kitchen was a plus, made a wonderful Easter dinner with the family.

I LOVED my stay here! I stayed here for my birthday trip to Boston with two other people. The view was insanely good for the price. We loved how cozy the place was, especially the couches. An uber to the city was around $20. Patricia was so sweet and gave recommendations of things to do in the area. Parking was free which was so helpful. My only complaint is me and my boyfriend stayed in the downstairs bedroom, and noticed there was a door in the room. We opened it and realized it was an unlocked entrance to our room from the downstairs, where other people were staying. The door had a window that wasn’t covered up very well either. We locked the area so no one could get in, but it was a little uncomfortable knowing we could’ve been sleeping and someone could’ve walked up there if we didn’t notice and lock it. Would 100% recommend just make sure those doors are locked!

I stayed at Michael’s place with two other friends and we enjoyed it very much! The home is great, was very clean and comfortable. We were very impressed with all the amenities and supplies in the home. Michael was very helpful and proactive in letting me know we could check in early or check out late if needed. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if given the opportunity!

There isn’t enough I can say about this Home and the host. Absolutely attentive and the place was perfect for me and my family. When we come back to Boston again, we would definitely look to see if this property is available. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience.

We had a great stay at Cecile’s. The place is very clean and nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable! We had plenty of space to gather and socialize. Very close to great takeout places, a grocery store…all the amenities. And the view is beautiful!

What a treat to spend a couple of days at this wonderful home. The house itself is very nice, comfortable and well stocked, but walking out to the back deck and seeing the river with all of its wildlife was amazing. So peaceful and quiet, a great place for a morning coffee or afternoon wind down. I will definitely be back, highly recommend!

This was our 3rd year renting, and we’ve already booked for the 4th year! That pretty much says it all! It’s our favorite long weekend of the year. You will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

The property was stunning and impeccably clean, matching the description perfectly. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the convenient location with a trail to see horses and access to the lake. The host was incredibly accommodating, and we are looking forward to returning with our family. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide garage access to the house for elderly guests who may have difficulty with stairs, as the pathway, although beautiful, was quite lengthy for my elderly parents. Nonetheless, we all had a fantastic time. Thank you.

The home is beautiful! The view and neighborhood are amazing! We felt like we were in a movie. It was peaceful and quiet and had things to do to enjoy a nice evening. Definitely will be back!

Lovely area, deer walk up to the property. Super clean, such comfortable lodging. Easy to enter, no lugging furniture up steps (sometimes makes a big difference), just unload and roll inside. All the amenities you’ll need for a perfect stay. Great restaurants very close. Would highly recommend!

I booked this Airbnb as I was attending a wedding at Piers Park in East Boston! It was so close and it was only a 6 minute walk away! Upon arriving Jay, the property manager met us at the Airbnb to go over how to run and find everything in the Airbnb, which I found to be super helpful! Not only was it helpful, but it was so nice to meet Jay. He was so sweet and he gave so many great recommendations! This Airbnb had it all! I truly could not have asked for a better place to stay ☺️

We had a great stay. Excellent location to walk easily into Salem and within 30mins of central Boston by train. The flat was spacious and was stuffed with absolutely everything one could need for a long visit. for example toiletries, umbrellas, torches and rain ponchos. The beds were the most comfortable we have experienced. Charley was very responsive to queries. Thank you for a super time.

Spiro was a great host, he was able to accommodate us pretty last minute and it turned out to be such an amazing place to stay. Perfect size for our small group of 4, and plenty close to be able to walk into town. Over just a great experience. Thank you again Spiro!

Gary provided an amazing experience during our stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, close to main attractions, yet peaceful and relaxing. Gary was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, making us feel right at home. A very cozy and clean apartment with an amazing view of the ocean. It has everything needed for a stay and the owner is very responsive and ready to help at any time. The location is pretty quiet and private. Everything needed is available within walking distance. We would definitely be happy to come back here again!
