We stayed for four nights and it’s was an amazing stay. The flat was comfortable and very clean with everything you needed. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to any message sent. Would definitely recommend this for families with children or just adults. Such amazing views , good parking , nearby beaches and shops. ❤️

Our second stay in this two story beachside apartment and we extended our trip this time. Perfect for small families wanting a cosy stay with a short walk down to the beach each day to run off energetic little ones. All you need in the space which is well equipped and a peaceful place to be and people watch from the fantastic window spot in the kitchen/sofa space. Owners are lovely and really responsive. We have had two wonderful holidays here. Thank you!

Very clean and private flat with an amazing view of the sea. Easy to walk down to the beach and access the Coastal path. A great base for exploring the area. Katherine was always quick to respond to any queries and the flat was pristine and clean.

Myself and my friend stayed here for a few nights and it was spot on. The location is perfect with the sea view room and lounge, we enjoyed morning breakfast from the bench seating next to the big open windows. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and through that we were able to drop our bags earlier than check in. Overall the whole stay was wonderful and it was in the perfect location

L'appartamento è in una splendida zona panoramica con facile accesso al mare e alle passeggiate. Il parcheggio è facilmente accessibile così come l'alloggio. I letti sono comodi e la cucina equipaggiata con tutto l'occorrente (lavasciuga inclusa). Nel complesso è un'ottima soluzione che può fungere da base per esplorare la Cornovaglia e le sue bellezze.

Fantastic studio very spacious and well decorated. Location was fab with full sea views no need to use a car ! The studio was well equipped for chilled evenings in with a view, bathroom was pristine slipper bath amazing ! Paul was a great host very responsive. Definitely be back !

Thank you Jax and Simon - we had a brilliant stay. Absolutely amazing location and views of the beach and cliffs from the house. The house was extremely well taken care of and looked immaculate when we arrived. A great set of sofas made for very comfy evenings when in. Jax and Simon obviously take great pride in the house and the experience - we had everything we needed and they were very responsive and proactive in all communications between us. Thoroughly recommended location, house, and owners.

The property is terrific and located in a particularly lovely part of the world. Easy walk to the beach, easy drive to local amenities, stores, and restaurants (also entirely walkable, though you may have to deal with lots of traffic and roundabouts depending where you are headed). On the couple of occasions when I did reach out to Lizzy and Scott, they responded quickly and completely. Everything in the property was as described or better, especially including the comfortable sun room and the huge back garden. I couldn't have wished for a better experience.

We’re so glad we chose to stay at Halula Beach House for my hen do weekend, it was the perfect pad! Pool, hot tub, silent disco, huge table we could all sit round… and just a few minutes walk to the gorgeous beach. Would highly recommend it!

Danielle and Marc are great communicators and were available via phone/text should i needed them. The annex is lovely and cosy with all you need for a short break, i look forward to being back down again either end of the year or early next year and hope they have availability.. will recommend them to family and friends

We had a wonderful holiday in the perfect location. From Ocean’s Edge, perched above the glorious Smugglers’ cove, the views are outstanding. All necessities are provided plus a welcoming bottle of Prosecco. We look forward to returning!

Lovely house in a great location, walking distance to the city centre. I would definitely stay there again!

We had a fantastic stay at Babs and Scott's place which was even more wonderful than than in the photos show! The views from the upstairs balcony are unbeatable with the path to the beach just outside the garden. Babs was very friendly and responsive and very accommodating with check-in too. A wonderful welcome basket and goodies awaited us on arrival and there is plenty by way of food and drink locally you can wander too. We'd absolutely stay here again! The place is described as small but it was plenty spacious for the two of us, our toddler and 3 dogs without feeling cramped. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Ben was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house is beautiful and in a great location. It’s a lovely, spacious modern house and everything it thought of. We all really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend.

The stay here was amazing, the views and local shops were perfect for our get away. Becky and Alex were great communicators with instructions and offering any additional information if asked. I would highly recommend.

Mitch’s place was a great place for us to center ourselves in Cornwall. Great location! Loved being able to use the washer. Mitch was helpful as well!

Die Wohnung ist super und hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. In der näheren Ungebung hat es zahlreiche tolle Restaurants und der Strand ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Newquay.

We had an amazing stay. So close to countless beautiful beaches. Would highly recommend to everyone who enjoys the sea and fab food.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Julia’s apartment. A beautiful apartment in a wonderful location overlooking the golf course and beach. The apartment was immaculately clean and tidy, and really nicely laid out, exactly as described. Nice touches like fluffy towels and welcome biscuits - thank you! 🙏 Fistral Beach is stunning and Newquay is full of good restaurants. Free parking overnight in close proximity to the apartment. Julia is a very responsive and communicative host and nothing was a bother. Highly recommended all round.

This was our 3rd stay at Alex & Arlene’s place. It was phenomenal as usual. Fantastic location, decorated to perfection and we love the thoughtful touches. They even remembered we are lactose intolerant and left us some oat milk. Very lovely and communicative hosts. Thanks so much for having us again, Katy, Farzad, Bella 🐾🐶 & Princess Snoopy was surely there in spirit 🐾🐶🌈

The apartment is as described and is furnished well with all you need . Kitchen is well equipped. This apartment is right on the beach with excellent amenities all around . Everything is walkable and the coast path is easy to access. Enjoyed a peaceful few days ! Hosts were very responsive and helpful.
