Great location, big space and excellent communication with the host! This is a great deal in the heart of Da Nang's desirable An Thuong quarter. Tons of restaurants and nightlife within quick walking distance, and just a 10-ish minute walk to the beach. This is an excellent alternative to a condo rental, with air conditioning units in both bedrooms and the 2nd floor common area. The host was very helpful, and checked regularly to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely rent here again.

The villa was spotlessly clean, with everything in perfect condition. We also had no trouble finding the location, as it was easy to reach with clear directions provided. The villa is very beautiful and spacious. We especially loved the outside pool and bbq area! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable 😍 The host was very helpful as well! Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Da Nang

We had a great time at Mai’s villa. Her and her staff were very responsive and helpful. The house is charming and located in a convenient part of Da Nang with lots of shops, restaurants and the beach nearby. We especially enjoyed the pool!

We had such a lovely stay here! My son absolutely loved the pool with the waterfall. I wish we had booked for more than just one night. The host was super friendly and easy to communicate with. We'll definitely come back with the whole family for our next holiday.

침구 정리 잘 되어있고 주변환경이 매우 깨끗합니다 1층에 한국마트(k market)가 있고 가격이 저렴해서 자주 이용했어요 주변이 안전하고 관리직원들이 많아요 1층에 맛집들이 많아서 지내기 편합니다 가게에 에어컨이 되어있고 맛있고 가격도 좋아서 자주 이용했어요 집주인은 친절하고 우리의 요구사항들을 빨리 처리해주십니다 아이가 있어서 간단메뉴 요리해 먹었는데 주방식기류 깨끗하고 잘 정리되어 있어요 세탁기도 있어서 빨래도 할수 있습니다 커튼이 빛 차단이 잘 되었고, 자동이라 리모컨으로 사용해서 너무 편하고 좋았어요 수영장이 큰편인데 물 깨끗하고 주변도 깨끗합니다 수영장에 사람들이 많이 없어서 쾌적하게 이용할수 있습니다 다음에 다낭올때도 이용하겠습니다

Homestay này thật sự tuyệt vời! Không gian rộng rãi, thoải mái, đầy đủ tiện nghi, đặc biệt có cả máy giặt và máy sấy quần áo rất tiện lợi. Chủ nhà cực kỳ nhiệt tình, dễ thương, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ. Một nơi lý tưởng để nghỉ ngơi và tận hưởng kỳ nghỉ trọn vẹn!

This apartment is new or recently remodeled--appliances and fixtures still have manufacturers' tags on them. Location is great--just three blocks from the beach and near some good restaurants. Not in the center of town, but cabs here are cheap and easy to find. Host Duy was helpful and easy to get along with.

This was a nice space and looks pretty close to the listed photos. The location is very close to everything—restaurants, bars, the beach, etc. That also means it can be a bit noisy, and there was a lot of construction in the area when I was there. The room needed a little extra cleaning when I arrived, but it was taken care of as soon as I brought it up. Carol is very fast to respond. There is not an actual balcony directly attached to the room, but you have roof access.

Wonderful stay in the best location of Da Nang. Apartment has everything you need and feels like a home away from home💗. The best part is the host-beyond helpful, always ready to make you feel comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience in Vietnam. ☺️✨

Không chỉ vì không gian sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, mà đặc biệt là vì chủ nhà quá thân thiện và chu đáo. Ngay từ lúc đặt phòng, bạn ấy đã nhắn tin hướng dẫn rất chi tiết. Khi tôi đến nơi thì được đón tiếp cực kỳ nhiệt tình – có nước suối, hướng dẫn khu vực xung quanh và thậm chí còn chia sẻ vài địa điểm ăn ngon mà dân địa phương hay ghé!
