Absolutely wonderful abode to relax and unwind in! We came in during Hurricane Milton and Jenny’s home couldn’t have been a better reprieve for everyone to find serenity. Perfect for adults and children, beautiful, cozy decor and comfy couches! Beds made for an iconic’s night sleep and an enticing, claw-foot bathtub called my name after a long day out-and-about. We spent every night by the fire pit making S’mores with the kiddos and enjoying the cool, evening breezes. The space was ideal for five adults and two kids, with room to spare! Neighbors were also very friendly and walking distance from the Bayou and oyster bar and grill. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend!! Jenny was also a fantastic host and very responsive with any need.

Aimee’s bungalow could not have been more perfect for a relaxing couples getaway for my husband and myself and our two best friends! Location was so nice, close to the beach and easily accessible to Alys/Rosemary! We got ample usage from provided bikes, beach towels and chairs, and we are very grateful for those provisions! The house is decorated perfectly and felt cozy and chic. We spent a lot of time in the dreamy backyard oasis, it was all divine. Thank you, Aimee!

Kelly and Sandy’s place was great! It’s just a few minutes from the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house is just like the pictures. Lots of things to do in the area. They were quick to respond with any questions we had. They also live close by, so if you need them, they’re just minutes away to help! Overall, it was a great place. I highly recommend. And will definitely come back!

Jennifer’s place was a great place for a family with kids to relax and enjoy private swimming pool & hot-tub with wonderful lounge chairs & a tiki garage with video games for the kids. The open living room dining was spacious for six people . The bedrooms had their own smart TVs . The public access beach was across the street with reasonable beach chair rentals. The golf cart which was rented separately was a great way to get to the beach and restaurants in the area. Great location to get to all restaurants and activities. We will definitely rent again!

This Airbnb was such an awesome place to stay at! The rooms were so nice, comfy, & clean. They had everything you needed in the kitchen & fun games in the living room. The murals on the wall were absolutely gorgeous & added a unique touch to the place. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great place would definitely come back!

The house is a very short walk from the beach and an easy drive to anything in PCB. We had other family staying at Laguna Beach Christian Retreat while we were there, which was very easy to access from this house. Other things we liked: the dining table is huge and also great for board games, the fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog, there were extra pool floats, chairs, and beach toys at the house so we didn't have to bring as much. All in all, we would stay here again.

The host Courtney was great, she made us feel welcomed, and was extremely helpful. This is a perfect location for any beach activities, the beach is literally a block away, and it's quiet. A beautiful home, the home looks exactly like the photos, we had a great time. If you are a coffee drinker there's goodies for you here too 😊 I highly recommend. I would stay here again. It is very clear that Clint and Donna are on their A+ game with the Air Bnb rentals. Everything was immaculate and all the amenities you would want or need. Things were up to date and my family would gladly stay at their locations again. P.S. A wonderful, consistent and affordable restaurant called Royal Thai within walking distance. Ate there everyday Ha…

Was exactly what the listing said and was a very nice getaway not far from PCB but far enough to feel like we were secluded in a lowkey area :)

Can’t wait to go back to Kathryn and Ron’s property. Was such an amazing weekend, they are an amazing persons and very gentle with us. The food was delicious and made by Kathryn, I loved the boat ride with Ron; husband and I were amazed by the Choctawhatchee river. For sure we will be back!

We had a lovely stay at Franco's Cove. We were travelling in from the East and I hadn't realised the time zone change was nearby so I got the timing wrong, but it did mean that we got to meet Nicholas. He was a great host and even helped us get going with the fishing. The boys loved it so much they got up before sunrise the following day to do some more. Such a great location, would love to stay again.

Probably one the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in in Florida! Visited our daughter and son in law and our 3 month old grandson that live nearby. We came from Clearwater. Spotless, clean and inviting! Loved the porch and spent a lot of time in the rockers and swing in morning and evening enjoying the birds on the feeder and wind chime 🎶🎶. Nice big bedrooms and master bath. Very close to restaurants (Uncle Ernie’s is always great) Copper Tap Grill is good. PCB is about 15 minutes away or less. Schooner restaurant there is on beach and really good. Great location and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us, Barbara! Was nice talking with you too.

Great setup for my family. Essentially 3 separate apartments joined by a common hallway. Only thing missing was some good kitchen utensils but who wants to cook all the time when you're on vacation anyways.

We had a wonderful time here! The private, white sandy beaches are beautiful especially with the sun sets! We went with our kids and they had a ton of fun playing with the sand toys and the floats that the hosts provided. The decks were amazing too, the grill, lights, and music provided a relaxing space after the long days at the beach. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were hospitable, great communicators, and so kind. Highly recommend and we hope to come back again!

Yana was an excellent host. She was very informative and helpful. The house was spotless and extremely well decorated with a vibe that felt like home. Also the location of the property was less than 15 minutes away from the Lynn Haven sports complex, where we enjoyed games of pickleball.

We wanted to unplug and reset- this place was perfect! Cool clean river to float in, a variety of vignettes to sit and relax, and kitchen equipment to do more than the basics. Added bonus of throwback dvds when you want to watch tv. Instead of getting sucked in to streaming/binging there’s a wide variety of dvds- not just one genre. Comfortable and clean with a helpful responsive host! We’re already looking for dates to go back!

If I could give 10-stars I would! I am an airbnb host and can be quite critical on bookings I make. I read so much about Ms. Theresa and was a little hesitant because some reviews made it seem like privacy was an issue ...NOT AT ALL!! I can honestly say that SHE was a HUGE part as to why we enjoyed our stay so much and will ABSOLUTELY be back!! She made us feel at home, made sure we had everything we needed, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She even made my husband a homemade birthday cake! We shared so many laughs and stories together. It was peaceful, serene, and certainly private. The property was gorgeous, had breathtaking views, and so many wonderful things about it that pictures and description don't do a justice! We enjoyed cooking dinner on the outdoor kitchen area on the lake.. but laying down on a bed, under the cabana, watching a movie, next to the fire, on the lake, was THE best part..next to enjoying fresh eggs for breakfast our last morning!

Better than described. Large wooded lot right on the lake with a dock to hang out on. Lots of space. Large rooms. Feels much more remote than it is. Close to groceries, restaurants, etc. We loved staying here!
