This house is beautiful. The garden and pool are well kept and clean. The house is also very clean with lots of communal space and private spaces if people need some quiet time. The location is good, on a Dolmus route and with a taxi button just outside. The road is noisy but the plot is completely private and we got used to the noise so it wasn't a problem for us. There is a lovely pizza place 2 mins walk away and plenty of shops and restaurants 10 mins walk away. The host is very helpful and responsive. We had a lovely stay - we did scuba diving, visited Kayakoy, Calis Beach and Butterfly Valley via the water taxi and shuttle boat service - you don't always need to book the day long trips. We enjoyed going out for the morning, relaxing back at the villa in the afternoon and going out again in the evening. We had a lovely holiday. Thank you.

What a lovely little villa in a beautiful location, close to some amazing beaches and restaurants. We are a family of 5 and the villa was well equipped for our needs. Two well sized bedrooms, both en-suite. Kitchen had all we wanted. Garden and pool were lovely, although this late in the year (October), the garden is in the shade until mid-morning and the same again from mid-afternoon, so the pool was a little on the chilly side. Rabia was a great host, super-responsive and quick to reply to questions around beaches and restaurants worth visiting. Villa and location were as described, clean, tidy and we felt very at home. This was our first time in Turkey and we loved everything about our stay, we will be back for sure.

Merve Hanım çok yardımsever ve canayakındı. Her konuda yardımcı oldu. Ev temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Çok memnun kalınacak bir konaklama idi. Mutlaka tavsiye ederim.

Ailece dinlenmek ve keyifli zaman geçirmek için ideal bir konumda. Ev tertemizdi, ihtiyacımıza ev sahibi tarafından hemen destek sağlandı. Akşamları bahçede mangal yapabilmek için her türlü olanak mevcuttu. Yürüme mesafesinde bir köy marketi de var. Yeniden gelmeyi istiyoruz.

Loved every minute in this villa! Very modern, clean place with a gorgeous pool and luxurious hot tub to relax in after a day of exploring! Can’t fault our stay, a very smooth check in, even though we arrived very late, we weren’t made to feel bad and welcomed/greeted at the villa to be shown around… Town is a short taxi drive away but it is walkable… Ferhat was always contactable if needed and took us in his taxi anywhere we needed which was really nice, as all we needed to do was message him and he came almost straight away! Overall a lovely holiday! Thank you!

Bir daha fethiye'ye gelecek olsam tekrar Fatih abiden ev tutardım. Olabilecek en iyi şekilde ev sahipliği yaptı. Çok güzel karşılandık sorularımıza da her zaman hızlı bir şekilde geri dönüş yaptı. tekrar teşekkür ederiz

3 kişilik aile ve köpeğimizle eve ulaştığımızda Gülden Hanım ve Yusuf Bey çok sıcak bir şekilde bizi karşıladı. Ev tertemiz ve çok düzenliydi. Bir evde olması gereken herşey hatta fazlası mevcut idi. Ev, konum olarak biraz yüksek rakımda ve orman kenarında olduğundan serindi. Bu da sıcaktan bunalmamamızı ve rahat uyumamızı sağladı. Klimayı açmaya hiç ihtiyaç hissetmedik. Bahçe gayet büyüktü ve etrafı çitle kapalı idi. Köpeğimiz bahçede serbestçe dolaşarak keyfini çıkardı. Havuz küçük ama keyifliydi. Sabahları güne zinde başlamak için idealdi. Etraf çok sessiz ve huzurlu idi. Arada sırada uzaktan gelen köpek havlamalarından başka ses duyulmuyordu. Ev sahiplerimiz ilgiliydi. Sıklıkla herhangi bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordular. Fethiye’ye geldiğimizde kalacağımız tek adres. Gülden Hanım ve Yusuf Bey’e herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Çok güzel bir tatil yaptık sadece yaşadığımız tek sıkıntı yağmur yağdığı için biraz kötü geçti ama onun dışında çok güzeldi

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Eve ilk girdiğimiz anda uğur bey kaliteli bir insan olduğunu göstermiş. ev gayet güzel ve kullanışlı idi. çok rahat ettik. arabası olanlar için çok ideal bir yer. yakınlarda market ve ihtiyaçlarinizi karşılayabileceğiniz çok yer var. ortak kullanım havuz var sürekli temizliği ve rutin kontrolleri yapılıyor ve ortak olmasına rağmen pek giren yoktu sanki bize sunulmuş gibiydi. evin için tertemiz mutfak ve banyo pırıl pırıl. çarşaflar çok temizdi. biz aile olarak çok memnun kaldık. Uğur bey sağolsun hergun ihtiyaçlarımızı sordu ilgilendi. çok kibar ve nazik kaliteli beyfendiydi. herşey için kendisine çok teşekkür ediyoruz. inşallah seneye tekrar görüşürüz.

Great place to stay. Clean and nice looking. Kitchen has all stuff for cooking. Internet is good for working from home.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Ahmets Wohnung! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und genauso wie beschrieben. Besonders toll war die ruhige Lage – perfekt zum Entspannen auf dem Balkon in der Sonne oder am Pool – und das Meer war in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Supermärkte und alles, was man braucht, war schnell zu erreichen. Ahmet und seine Familie waren unglaublich herzlich und gastfreundlich. Sie wollten uns sogar auf einen Kaffee einladen – leider hat es zeitlich nicht geklappt, aber das holen wir beim nächsten Mal definitiv nach! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

We loved this apartment, it’s a beautiful and peaceful spot and we loved sitting on the balcony in the evening looking over the boats and water. It is a little bit of a walk to the main town but it suited us perfectly for avoiding being in the thick of it. There are a few excellent restaurants across the road from the apartment too, some of the best food I’ve eaten. Murat was also fantastic and responding quickly and giving us guidance when needed. Can’t fault the stay, fully recommend!

Sehr gute Lage, Gastgeber hat schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und auch Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegeben und Fragen beantwortet. Man war in 10 Minuten im Zentrum und konnte alles gut erreichen (Restaurants, Meer). Haus war sauber, Pool vor allem für die Kinder sehr vorteilhaft. Waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Öncelikle Aydın Bey’e misafirperverliği için teşekkür ederiz. Ev gayet büyük ve tertemizdi . 3 yatak odasında gerek yataklar gerekse yastık , pike vs her şey düşünülmüştü . Her odada gömme dolap var . Mutfak her türlü ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı . Bahçesi gayet bakımlıydı. Özellikle barbekü ve oturma alanı çok hoşumuza gitti. Üst katta ev sahibi olmasına karşı bizi rahat ettirmek için ne bahçeyi kullandılar nede en ufak gürültü çıkardılar . Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik . Evde hem salonda hemde yatak odasında klima mevcut. Aracı olan için asla sorun değil ama eğer araçsız gelecekseniz evin konumu plaja 1200 metre . Sıcakta yürümek biraz zor olabilir . Çok güzel ve sakin bir tatil geçirdik. Gönül rahatlığıyla evi kiralayabilirsiniz. Aydın bey’e tekrar teşekkür ederiz.🙏

Good apartment suitable for a longer stay. Good location next to the main street, dolmus (bus) station is 50m away. Hosts are willing to help with any problem. Internet can be very slow sometimes.
