Beautifully curated space, very clean, cozy fireplace, private, gorgeous landscaping , and my daughter caught her first rainbow trout on the property. Great home with everything you need. Super close to town. The only thing is that the neighbors clearly dont like Airbnb. They have picket signs up protesting short-term rentals which doesnt make you feel very comfortable. Doesnt affect the house at all.

We had a great stay at Emily’s place. The house layout was ideal to accommodate our group and I’d recommend to others who are coming to Apple Valley.

We will definitely be back and were sad to leave. We loved this cabin! The backyard is gorgeous! The house itself is comfortable and cozy. The beds were great and we all slept well. The main bedroom is HUGE. You could bring an inflatable bed if you needed to and it would easily fit. Others have mentioned the twin beds in the front room...they're off to the side from the kitchen and living space so it isn't like they're in the middle of that space and are bigger than they appear in pictures FYI and the second bathroom is near so that is also convenient. My large boys (ages 13 & 15) liked hanging out on the twin beds in the front room. There is a General Store right across the way with great milkshakes and food too. It was fun to buzz over there and grab a treat or breakfast or a burger. We can't wait to come back.

We had a great stay at Lorena's place! It’s easy to find, even though it’s on a dirt road. The master bed was very comfortable. The home is beautiful with plenty of space for us and our dogs.

We visit Kernville one to two times a a year. This was my favorite place so far out of the places my family and I have stayed. We have a family of 5 (3 kids) and they absolutely had a blast, plenty of games and activities for them to do at the house including swimming. We also had some friends and family visit us and the place was great for entertaining guests. I highly recommend staying here the host is very responsive and friendly. We look forward to visiting again. Thank you!

Very convenient location and easy to get to stores/restaurants/friends and family that live in town. The host was super easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. The home was super clean, and we were welcomed to it as if it were our own home. Very comfortable, up to date, and well laid out. It was the perfect arrangement for our family! Highly recommend it!

Ingrid is a warm-hearted woman with a gentle spirit and a gift for hospitality. Her space reflects her persona and is engineered for comfortable living. From the kitchenette, to the bathroom, to the laundry space, to the bed area, to the porch table and pool, everything is master planned for perfection. Ingrid's attention to detail transforms a cozy space into an understated yet extremely luxurious experience. Hand crafted soap, scented oils, complimentary domestic supplies, wines glasses, a smoking area, and spa-like amenities really make this location a gem in the region. I would recommend Ingrid's place to singles, couples, or a small family with one child, as it is on the smaller side, but it beats any 3-star hotel and easily rivals a 4-star experience. It is truly equivalent to a 5-star experience and superior to most places in Victor Valley.

Great place to stay! Just a heads up, don’t use Waze. Waze navigated me to the wrong place through a long dirt road.

This property was an amazing space for my friends and I to enjoy the lake! I think it's the best spot in the entire area to relax and enjoy all that the lake has to offer. Deborah was extremely helpful and kind! We will definitely be coming back here soon.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was cute, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Great to work with, they really cared about our comfort and happiness during the stay. Very safe and quiet area! We had 2 adults and 2 kids, we were comfortable during our week.

My friend and I spent 10 days in California taking classes. The place was perfect for our needs. It was spotless, the host was responsive, and it was in a great location for us between our classes and Burbank airport. We are hoping to come back for classes in June, and we will definitely try to stay here again - HIGHLY recommend!
