There are no words to describe exactly how peaceful this place was. We didn't turn on the TV the entire 4 days we were there. We sat in the window and watch all the beautiful wildlife and scenery. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire place, coffee bar and spacious kitchen as well. We really did need to unplug from the stress of life and this place provided. I will definitely be back!

This was our second visit. Just like our earlier visit, it was excellent. The only negative was that the Detroit Lions were NOT in the Superbowl, but that's not on Joe. 😉

Amy-Lyn was a nice host. The home was great and seeing the deer made our stay wonderful. Location was great and peacefully private. Thank you and we would recommend this home to everyone.

I've stayed in quite a few AirBnBs and this was definitely one of, if not the best I've stayed in. The pictures really don't do it justice- the view across the lake was gorgeous and very peaceful. The home itself was beautiful, clean, spacious, and very well stocked for basically any need you might have while there. Lauren met us for the check in and showed us around and was an all around fantastic host. You're also right by many stores and restaurants (which Lauren provided us a detailed list of, very helpful/appreciated) but we mainly spent our time just enjoying the home, hot tub, and lake. There are neighbors on either side and around the lake, but the way the backyard space is set up makes it still feel very private when you're back there. I would definitely love to come back in the future!

We enjoyed our stay here. Loved the farm decor throughout the house. There were 2 sweet kitties that came to say hi to us several times. We enjoyed them, and the donkeys next door. The back porch was a great, and we even got to see a deer on the hill one morning.

This is the third time we've stayed at Lori's place. Our family of 12, coming from Cleveland and Chicago, to spend time on the water and together. The kitchen is nice and big with plenty of cookware for gourmet meals. The 2 mile loop around the lake is quiet and a good route for running. There's lot of space to spread out and enjoy the fresh air.

Sandra was very attentive and came weekly for our fresh linens. Appreciate her quick responses

Second time staying at this location. Used for staff during an out of town work event. Left an item behind and they found it, and mailed it back to me! Will stay again should my staff be in need again.

I had a work project in MI for a couple of days. My project had delays and I decided to extend my stay in Paul's property. Everything went very smoothly from my check in to my extension request and to check out. Paul was a very responsive, fair, and communicative host. I strongly recommend this place for others to try.

Kara is so lovely and super responsive and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It reminded me of my Aunt’s bed and breakfast growing up — so cozy and surrounded by beauty. Can’t wait to return.

My stay was the perfect peaceful reset. I needed a weekend away and Deborah made me feel comfortable and welcome. I would love to come back and spend more time at lake etc.

We had a wonderful stay at Patrice’s place. It was the perfect location for catching a show at the Franke Center. Patrice was welcoming and kind and she left many thoughtful touches to enhance our visit. We adored the warm and eclectic decor around the apartment. We highly recommend this rental for a comfortable stay in Marshall!

I had no issues upon arrival entering the space. Easy, clear cut directions. Space is clean, tidy and perfect for a weekend getaway. Hot tub was nice with a great view of the lake. I felt comfortable staying here. I would visit again.

This unit was even better than the pictures! We were absolutely in love with this place. The tall windows beautifully lit the unit. The furnishings were top-notch. We enjoyed the large amount of blankets available as we enjoyed relaxing on the cozy couch inside and also out on the back patio. Great find in downtown Marshall!

Very peaceful area!

This place is perfect for me to stay at. My son goes to college in Olivet. It’s clean!! It’s quiet!! Has everything you need.
